By having an indigenous soul, you are from this planet, from this solar system/galaxy, and are part of the movement it has. Each solar system/galaxy has a movement and a purpose.

I am a woman of Mexican descent, of Indigenous Ancestry. My grandparents came from the state of Zacatecas, Mexico.
I am a mother of 5 grown children and a grandmother of 27 and a great grandmother of 10. In this time of my life, my grandchildren are my Loving salve of my life as they bring into my life much meaning and this is why I do my work and word.
I come from a long line of Curanderas-The Seer of the Alma- walking in both worlds of the physical and non-physical, being in the knowing of them both from birth, walking them both in all eternally, and at times in struggle in the human realm of being.
That is how The School Without Walls came to Be. As we all walk this earth life, we human and alma beings walk both worlds whether we are conscious or not of that fact. So.. why not awaken to All of it – both worlds. As these both worlds do not have boundaries… hence.. the creation of The School Without Walls.

I am proud to be a woman in todays world, for we are the answer to what the world needs. The era of famine energy is upon us, and no matter how the misogynistic men of the world complain and try and take us backwards, we are already to far forward from the lasting restraints.

We have fought a long battle to be heard, seen, listened to and embraced for who we are, but no longer, for we are that higher consciousness of a loving vibration, and nothing is going to stop us now.

Embrace your womanhood, be the strength and value you are, and become the love and peace you seek, for that will guide both men and other women to embrace all that you are.

Cynthia is the founder of CommunityFinders and the original “community matchmaker.” Over the past decade, she has visited and worked with hundreds of communities around the world, including the ecovillage where she lives in her self-built passive solar home.

Formerly the co-director, she is now a spokesperson and educator with the Foundation for Intentional Community. She’s also the founder of Ecovillage Tours and a former trustee of the Global Ecovillage Network. She holds a degree in Sustainability from Goddard College and certificates in Permaculture, ecovillage Design, and Yoga Teacher Training.
