Tara Arnold is an Intuitive Artist and Conscious / Trance Channel Medium. As a Medium she channels messages of universal knowledge and divine healing energy. As an artist, Tara channels this energy into her artwork. Tara works with the Ascended Masters and consciously / trance channels universal messages of love and guidance from Ascended Master St.Germain. As an empathic child, Tara received messages and guidance from spiritual guides and in her twenties was drawn towards a career in healing. She became a registered nurse and spent 12 years nursing before going back to school and becoming a natural therapist. While Tara was taking energy healing courses all her intuitive abilities began opening up and she started sharing messages from spirit to her clients during her healing sessions. She enjoyed consciously channeling messages and this led her on her path to trance channeling, where she could access messages more quickly and precisely.

The last couple of years have been very stressful for many reasons, and it appears that we may be in for another few stressful months ahead. Stats show an increase in people feeling anxious and stressed, up over 25% increase. Doctors are beginning to see an increase in chronic disease that can be directly tied to stress. Also, there is a great concern about how all of this stress and anxiety is affecting our immune systems as we head into flu and virus season.
But the good news is there are things you can do holistically to minimize your anxiety and stress. These holistic tips not only get you results but can help you improve your overall wellness. I will share 5 tips that require incremental lifestyle change that can make a big difference when it comes to feeling that anxiety, stress, worry and sense of overwhelm.

Lynnis is currently working on her certification with International Coaching Federation.
Lynnis lives in California with her hubby and has 4 grown daughters and 4 grandchildren and one grandchild on the way.

Love, is it just a word we use to try and express how we feel, or do we know that love comes truly from within and is expressed out? We say we love someone, or something, but do we understand what love really is?
Love is not just a feeling; it is not just your heart beating; it is your very essence and a part of your soul, heart, spirit, and mind-body. YOU ARE THE LOVE. We are so busy chasing love that we realize we are love. It is in every pore, every cell, and every part of us. The universe comes through our heart via the soul to ignite the spirit to enlighten the mind, which feeds the body. When we embrace that loving energy and allow it to flow through us, we then know what love really is, US.
We look to people to complete us, but that never works; for only in completing ourselves and becoming love can we truly invite the honest vibrational love that complements you. When we are strong in our love of self, of our purpose, of loving life and our part in it, will you attract the rights souls to you.
When we realize that love is us and all around us in every living thing, we see life differently, we see it through grateful eyes and illumination, so we take the journey into self-love and feel what it is really like to be a loving human being and live life from a self loving heart and soul, igniting our spirit into loving light.
