As we step into 2026, there is a deep sense of optimism and purpose in the air. This year aligns with the energy of the Fire Horse—a year that doesn’t linger in thought but moves with intention. After a time of listening, learning, and weaving wisdom in 2025, 2026 calls us to anchor that knowing into grounded presence and steady impact. It is a year of rooting before rising, of being rather than becoming, where aligned action replaces hesitation.
True progress now comes from surrendering the mind’s old programs and allowing heart, soul, and spirit to lead with clarity. As we clear away what no longer serves—personally and collectively—we create space for kindness, accountability, and conscious collaboration to take hold.
This is a year to step into our own truth, participate fully in our lives and communities, and recognize that we are both the change and the solution we seek. When we root deeply into who we are, we gain the strength to grow, to reach, and ultimately, to help illuminate the path for others.

As we come to the close of another meaningful year, I want to pause and offer a heartfelt thank you to each and every one of you who has listened, supported, shared, and participated in Self Discovery Wisdom podcasts. Your presence matters more than you may realize. Every download, every message, every quiet moment spent listening is part of a living exchange of wisdom and energy.
This year has been rich with conversations that touched the heart, stirred the soul, and invited deeper awareness. Together, we explored spirituality in ways that were grounded, practical, and lived reminding us that wisdom is not something separate from daily life, but something we embody. We spoke openly about self-dignity, compassion, and the courage it takes to reclaim confidence and stand fully in who we are.

I’m here to lead spaces where people meet themselves honestly, authentically, and without performance. My purpose is rooted in sharing conscious conversation, testimony, and embodied empowerment; supporting the integration of lived experience by shifting wounds into wisdom and turning pain into purpose—not through perpetuating healing cycles, but through presence, choice, and embodiment. I believe real transformation doesn’t come from fixing ourselves, but from being grounded in the body, witnessed in truth, and learning to listen to what the heart already knows while remembering who we are. Through speaking, sound, story, and dialogue, I guide people back into their own authority, clarity, and capacity to lead their lives from the inside out. When embodiment leads, the heart ignites and life begins to reorganize around what’s real.
My journey began in early childhood and at the age of 15, I created a prophetic painting reflecting a collective shift in consciousness toward the heart—something I wouldn’t discover until years later. While this path has been unfolding my entire life, it became more intentional in 2006 as I began exploring embodiment, conscious awareness, and the integration of spirituality into everyday life. In 2016 I became a Reiki Master, earned multiple certifications including Theta Healing, and developed a body of work that weaves conscious conversation, sound toning, singing, and intuitive transmission. I am also an international best-selling published author, sharing insights rooted in lived experience, testimony, and embodied wisdom.
I also work with individuals and leaders who value depth, integrity, and real-world integration. I serve as a trusted advisor with the Millionaire Lifestyle Path, helping connect heart-centered coaching, retreat and travel leaders with everyday heart-led millionaires—supporting aligned prosperity, mutual growth, and legacy-building. Behind the work, I believe success and spirituality are not separate, and that the most meaningful impact is created when purpose, presence, and embodiment lead the way.
