Melissa is Solomon’s Fresh Market Health Coach dedicated to helping you reach your health and wellness goals. She often lectures about health and wellness at corporations, hospitals, churches, schools and other civic organizations.
She is a member of the Cancer Society of the Bahamas, The Bahamas Country team for the development of a National Cancer Registry and the development of a National Cancer Control Plan. Committee lead for the Healthy Bahamas Coalition Cancer Awareness under the Ministry of Health.
A sixteen-year old young adult cancer survivor of non-hodgkins lymphoma, Melissa’s inspirational life story makes her relatable and empathetic. She is a mentor and wellness authority who works with individuals to help them feel their best through food and lifestyle changes.
Melissa is certified by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, American Association of Christian Counselors, Reiki Shoden Practitioner and Mad Dogg Athletics – Spinning Instructor.
