My 10 things you may not know about me.

1. I was born a spiritual child of God and I played with dead people as a child as I saw their energy. I was a sickly child so therefor I lived in other worlds as I could not live in mine, I have always found it hard to live here.

2. I have just written my Memoir as daunting as it was, I just let come out what wanted to be said. It will be out in the spring of 23.

3. I was South Africa’s very first Go-go dancer and did mobile DJ parties for high society and live events and had a blast doing it. I was 16 years old working with my then boyfriend and setting the stage music for the parties.

4. I have always seen the path to possibilities and the truth and what lay’s within people, this can make people who are hiding from them selves uncomfortable, but I am here to reveal them to themselves.

5. I have always counseled people right from a child, it just happened from my knowingness, even if I did not understand what I knew, I knew they had to know. .

6. I live in physical and soul pain daily but focus on the belief that I am here for a reason and that is to serve others on their path in life. I believe my pain and lack of energy is to dampen my spiritual energy, as it has been too strong for others in the past.

7. I am a Mother of 3 adult children and a Grandma of 3, they light up my world. 2.5 as one will be born on 3 months.

8. I am driven to awaken souls intellect, ignite people’s hearts, lift up their spirits, and open their minds in knowing their knowingness in trust and faith.

9. That as a professional Podcaster, I have learned so much about my self, life and the universe, that it inspires me to keep doing it forever.

10. Until I die, I will always work to change this world’s possibilities, one person at a time, through my podcast network Self Discovery Media (soon to be Wisdom) and the Orchard of Wisdom organization, because it is my divine purpose. This is why 2023 is my year to expand the voices of consciousness more into the global arena, in the cohesiveness of new partnerships. books, programs, and mentors. Check out details here

23-01. Welcome to 2023 Self Discoveries

Sara Troy on Sara’s View of Life, on air from January 3rd 2023.

Here we are, a start to a new year, what kind of year will it be I wonder, what kind of unrest of disruption will we have to face and can we face yet another year of such discord??? Haglas the Celtic Rune (disruption) is still upon us, but instead of looking at it as a bad disruption, let us see it as a reconstruction of a society that needs to change the way it looks at life, all life and this earth, and in the way we treat each other and this planet.

Yes, we may be going into a global depression, so much of this is the old paradigm doing things the old way with out remembering the negatives about their decisions, and not entertaining that there could be a better way to do things. Does that mean we just have to blindly follow? NO, it means that each and every one of us needs to look at life, our lives’ from a different perspective and make the changes needed in order to thrive and grow, as individuals and as a human race.

We are the change we seek, so when we decide to come together as a collective, and pool together our experiences, our ideas, and be open to all ideas, we then have a better picture in what the solutions can be, and then to apply them. Do not blindly leave your life up to everyone else. Listen, read, converse, learn and open up to your inner intellect, so you can make choices needed to progress in your own life in a positive manner, and therefor in the lives of others around you.

No matter what we are handed this 2023, let us face the challenges with openness, grace, whole intellect, and with collaborations with each other as a collective. For it is only in this action that we will see any changes for the better. None of us want to see the same-ol same-ol, So let us participate interactively, gracefully, and with open mindedness and heart-feltness to know what we can empower ourselves to do.

May kindness of heart be your compass, and may you open your heart to soul to spirit to mind, in a way that always supports you in everything you are and do.

It has been an incredible year, and I wish you thank you for all you have done for Self Discovery Media. Thousands of these shows have influenced and inspired people into knowingness and action, and it is all because of those who have shared their heart purpose and soul wisdom and human intellect with us.

These are the people who are making a difference in the lives of others with their skills, knowledge, kindness and caringness that feeds so many of us in so many ways.

Thank you to each and every one of you that has shared your stories with us here. You truly are having such a positive impact of those who choose to hear you.

Thank you to all who have listened and shared the shows. Sharing is the ripple effect that touches us in so many needed ways.

Thank you to all who have supported us with donations, with out you we could not survive, and because of you, we can bring you such incredible people. Thank you to all the people I have interviewed who have donated, you help me share your wisdom.

2022 has been another rocky year, but we learn best when times are tough, our resilience, strengths and courage, and when we come together in aid of each other.

The world is changing, and those changes are so necessary in our growth and sustainability as a human race.

We are the difference we seek.

We are the love we seek

We are the peace we seek

We are the solution to the problems, each and every one of us, so let us engage, and be willing to take the journey of self discovery and make our lives and the lives of others, better because of our self love and actions.

May 2023 be a year of Actionism, where we apply the wisdom and take the journey in to living in that life of enrichment and abundance in all areas of our lives.

We are here for you, and each and every week, will bring you those who can guide, support, and lift you up to a higher vibration of self love, and your meaningful purpose in all areas of your lives.

Consciousness, what is it, how do we access it, and why is it so important to rise up to it. Without a conscience, we have no compass; we can not tell wrong from right and do not know kindness, caringness, or compassion. A higher consciousness is tuned in to a higher frequency and vibration, and the higher we go, the more we know, and the more we care about each other.

You hear of people doing atrocities to another, they can not have a conscious, and therefore no heart connection, and most certainly, no opening up to a higher power, for a closed heart can not hear the wisdom from the higher forces.

Knowing your reason for being here, and living in your purpose and playing your unique instrument, is truly an illuminating and inspiring heart felt way to live. How do you get yourself to this state of being? by stepping in to that conscoiusness of enlightenment and heart soul connection, we become the solution, not only to our our own lives but also the lives of others.

It all starts with opening up your heart, that is your compass, it is where love projects from, and it is your generator, so open that heart by seeing all there is to love about yourself, this world, nature, childen, animals, the sky, the wind, the sun and waters, for all of it when you truly decide to be come engaged, will open you up and you will recieve the love and enlightenment, the visions of possiblities, and an excitment to rise up to that higher energy of a loving conscoiusness.

May you rise up to your loving consciouness and radiat from that love to one and all.

22-50. I am a Woman See ME

In my teachings of soul awareness I find that it is when you teach the woman to embrace womanhood we end up teaching the world what gifts a woman is. I do not want to be a man to own my equality, I do not want to think like a man to be heard. I am woman with a broad spectrum of understanding that needs that balance of woman and man.

When we stop apologizing for thinking, feeling, and living like a woman we may give men a chance to know us in our own strength, in our own empowerment and know what positive energies we bring to the whole. Women, you want to teach your sons how to respect and value women, start by respecting and valuing yourself. Women, you want to be seen in all your feminine light, step into to the glorious light of womanhood. A man will treat you in the value you give yourself, in the truth of your soul in the purpose of your spirit. So stand tall woman of the world and be the wonderful feminine being you are and live in that embracement of inner love for all to see.

I have battled my entire life trying to be what a man wants of me, only to let myself down, and in turn them, for I could not be what I am not, but only whom I am, see me, hear me, for who I am., for I am heart, soul joy and love.

Now at the grand age of 68 years young, and doing what I love interviewing people who make a difference in the lives of others, I am in my element, I am being my true self, and the Sara you see on air is the woman I am. The beauty of doing it on line is they see my eyes which sparkle in truth, hear my voice of conviction, see my essence of being, and I am not judged for my weight, health, or wealth status, but only by the woman I am, me.

I am deserving of respect, for I give it; I am worthy of wealth, for I give it. I am deserving of love, for I give it in spades. All I ask is that you see us, women, from the inside out, see our hearts, souls, wisdom, spirit, and mind, not just the body or what you want from us. See us for the abundance we are, and do not be intimidated by it, for we are not here to replace you but walk side by side in respect, self-value, divine intellect, and abundance. We ask you to rise up and meet us on this higher plane and join us in all that is possible when we choice to see each other from the inside out.
