Black lives do matter, the persecution that people of colour have been through for 400 years is simply not acceptable and must stop now.

As the young girl above says, Black Lives matter, they are not saying only black lives matter, but this fight right now with the system, the police and society, and its racism has to change.

The only way we are going to change this is by each one of us looking at our own perceptions and in how we see people of colour in its self. Understanding of the right to live is for everyone’s skin, it is a human and all life forms right. Targetting black people because your programing says they are killers rapes and more if one big blanket of a lie, and if you would only converse with a person of color you will see what they bring to the table of life and how much you would gain by it, I know I have through the years and I am better of for knowing such wonderful people of colour.

We are products of our programing and our history, but we can rewrite that for we have free will. We can listen to what our black community would like us to hear, we can stand with them in the fight against police violence and hypocrisy. Yes, there is a high number of violence with people of colour, why? because we neglect them, we persecute them, we label them and we stifle them before they have a chance to grow or even believe there is a chance in life for them. So let us stop that, and take a look at the root of the problem which is racism and poverty and lack of support and start to heal the roots and let things grow with equality respect and love.

We may not know what it is like to live in their shoes, but if you have ever known fear especially fear of your life, you understand that.

So as we are being woken up and shaken up? Yes, so let us step up and be the change all people of colour need, for under that skin we all bleed the same and we all seek the right to work, walk, drive, to love and live in a place without fear of losing ones life to racism.

June 2013 I started my own Podcast network, we have been a few names since then and evolved quite a bit, but still, the core of our “Why” and whom we bring to you is still the same, as by supporting those making a difference in the lives of others.

I truly have found my calling, this is what I have been preparing for all my life and of cause did not know it. My journey has been one of my own Self Discovery, and a path to loving who I am inside and out.

It truly is an honour to be trusted with so many people’s stories, some so intermit and venerable that it warms your heart and shows us all how strong, resilient courageous and capable we can really be.

I hosted on a different network when I first started out, live shows which gave me some good training in dealing with the unexpected. Even when I started my own network with the help of Bill Macquie, it was learning as you go.

Now I do all my own banners, editing, videoing, and blogging and advertising my self. I am proud of that, even though it takes a long time for each show to produce, I love doing it and so glad this is my job. (Yes I do charge my interviewees as I am a service)

I have not reached my true goal as yet, podcast books, supporting the Fund-Action program, but I have started our Community Mentors program where our Mentors share their services which helps others on their life’s journey. What is enough? who decides who is enough? why di we have to prove our selves to be enough? It has taken me years to feel enough in my own life. I spent so much time trying to be enough in other people’s eyes that I let me down and them.

When you are living from the very core of you in the alignment of your soul, heart, and spirit which ignites the mind into knowingness, then you at your core know you are enough. That is not to say we rest on our laurels, but keep on exploring and growing but do it from a place of being enough for you and that will allow people to see you in your own light and that is enough.

What is real? who do we believe? how can we see the truth in all the chaos? This COVID 19 virus is manifesting in so many different ways, I do not think there is anyone answer, so let us be open-minded to the collective answers and see what common thread runs through it.

Let us also see how we can empower our selves in defense of it and lean form this time to know how to move forward and to prepare for what is yet to come.

The virus is one thing, the economic fall out is another, the hate that is growing, the sense of despair people are feeling.

Let us all take breathe and FEEL, THINK AND DO ONE STEP AT A TIME.
