Well, it is here at last, my trip home to see family and friends.

The last time I was home it was to say goodbye to my Mama in April 2014, she passed February 2015. I did not go back for the funeral, we had a celebration of her life here my children. Since then my brother had a heart attack, which as he went Vegan is now doing very well, my sister is a few years older than so and time is a clicking, so it was time to go home and unite once more.

I am also taking the time to meet with some of my Self Discovery radio guests while there, it is going to be awesome to put faces to the voices. We have our first Self Discovery Ebook coming out in April, of which Tony Selimi of London is in, so excited to meet him. Maybe get some of them to commit to the next ebook due out in the summer.

My sister Jane has got us on a fun schedule, seeing cousins, shopping, museums etc. Then I go see my brother in Lincolnshire where we have a few days before we come back to London to have some sibling time altogether.

So bags packed, finishing up my shows edits, got some good ones for you while am away, will be working on social media and email while away, but I am taking time for me and have a look at what is possible for my future.

I do not want to be a man to own my equality, I do not want to think like a man to be heard. I am a woman with a broad spectrum of understanding that needs that balance of woman and man.
When we stop apologizing for thinking, feeling, and living like a woman we may give men a chance to know us in our own strength, in our own empowerment and know what positive energies we bring to the whole. Women you want to teach your sons how to respect and value women start by respecting and valuing yourself. Women you want to be seen in all your feminine light, step into to the glorious light of womanhood.

A man will treat you in the value you give yourself, in the truth of your soul in the purpose of your spirit. So stand tall woman of the world, and be the wonderful feminine being you are and live in that embracement of inner love for all to see.
Friendship is trust, honesty and pure love
Friendship is inner honesty through pure love                                                                                       Friendship of self in all that you are.

Love, we all seek it, we all need it and love is the vibration in which brings us loving peace.

Love is not only man woman, parent-child, it is love for everyone, for all living things and for life in its self, for without love who are we? Without love why are we? and in absence of love what is there?

LOVE is our healing, it is our joy, when we do anything with love it grows, when do anything in love it resonates, love is the most common denominator in this world, for, without it, we only live in hate, fear, and distrust and that is no way to live.

Join me as I speak of love and the embracement of it even when the tide of hate comes at you. When we give love a chance we all as one global nation win.

Understanding and enlightened communication in the workplace raises respect and good relations, which in turn is passed on to the clients. A happy workplace makes for long-term staff and long-term clients. A tension in the workplace usually comes from misconception and perceiving communication. Clear concise talk in your S.E.L.F for everyone to understand, eliminates the problem of misunderstanding the situation.

We want our employees to get along, and they can when they know each other’s personality traits and in how to communicate with each other. Well, that communication comes from knowing your own personality traits and where you are at this space in time of your life, which helps you interact with self and those around you in a far more concise way.

Clarity is the key with the Discovery of SELF, knowing how you speak, how you’re heard, and how to hear others.

If we were all blind death and dumb we may be able to see hear and feel.

Yes, people have different traditions, and yes the world is not going to agree to some practices that oppress a person’s freedom. But folks, we have so much more in common than we have apart and that is what we should be seeing.

1. We all need love and care to grow beautifully.

2. We all need food, water, nurturing to sustain our lives.

3. We all need to be seen heard validated to know we matter.

4. We all need a purpose that serves us and our community

5. We all need to belong to something that matters

6. We all need to feel life and the joy of living

7. We all need to contribute to what serves mankind

8. We all need to find that love within to find our peace and meaning of life

So we may see things from a  different view in life, we all may communicate in a different way, we all may need different things at different times, but we all need something to survive.

So why can’t we explore each other’s points of view without hate or fear or dictatorship and in respect or each other listen to that point of view?
