17-30 The Wind Says THIS way

Just like Mary Poppins, the wind is changing again for me and I must follow.

So which way will the wind blow me now? The message I am getting is to flap in the wind and let it guide me to my new direction, where that is who knows, but I must be courageous enough to follow.

When I had my fall, I was confused at the message, was what I was planning with the radio station wrong? the answer is No, your on the right track, but need to do it a different way. So surrender I did and now I am told to store everything I have and trust the journey ahead of me.

What is that journey? where am I going? who with, with what purpose????? All I know is I am going to be house sitting, how long we will see, with whom we will see ( although a wonderful offer has already come in) but I do know it is to expand my personal horizon and meet new people.

I have for the last 5 years dedicated my self to my radio shows/station and the message to the world. It is a pleasure and encouraging to interview such amazing people doing such wonderful things for humanity, for all life forms and this wonderful planet, it gives us hope and inspirations to walk the walk our selves.

This is still happening where ever I go, have the internet I can work, but; the need to meet people on a personal level as Sara not interviewee needs to happen. I have lost me, not the woman of service, not the soul heart spirit of being, but the connection to living participating in life and not just recording it.

I am not sure when this happened when we are forced to slow down, take stock and review, we come to understand that while I love my meaningful purpose in what I do, once the recorder is off, I am back with just me. Now don’t get me wrong, I like my company, quite at peace with self, but in that, I was forgetting to interact with others outside of my work.

Who is Sara when not working? my work and myself are one and the same, but I have lost my connection to life outside of that work. So now they throw me in the deep end and say go mingle Sara, find your tribe out side of work, live a little, for it has been a very long time since you have.

So I am offering no new shows Mid August to September 5th and taking that time to meet new people, hang with friends and family and see the path that lays before me and prepared to walk it.

Come fall things will be clearer, directions shown and plans to walk them ready. I hope for I am surrendering myself to the powers that be and tune into their loving directions they want me to take, even though my knees are shaking.

I have been at a loss for some time, I know I love my work interviewing those who are making a global difference in the world, it is my calling my purpose in life, but I have to admit, I am at a loss of who I am in my own life outside of purpose. So I am thinking of going home to England for a while.

I do not know how this is going to happen, but I want to give it a try and see if this is what is calling to me. I have to admit, even though I get to speak to some awesome people daily through my radio shows, I am lonely in my personal life, in fact, I have no life.

I have a couple of wonderful friends who make the effort to see me, others it’s about what I can do for them. But even my friends have full lives and are busy, I am just flapping in the wind here, trying to find a life.

So maybe going home for a while, spending time with my sister and brother will give me some direction. I know they are also looking for new directions and maybe we can do it together. I am not looking at going for long, a few months, but go and see what happens, for even though I have been here in Canada 37 years this month and have my children here, I do not feel at home. It is not  Canada, as this is a wonderful place to live, it is not my children, for they are all living their own lives, it is me trying to find a place in my own life that I feel at home in.

So the seeds are planted, if it is to be it will be, but water it I will, for I must do something outside of work to feel alive before I become too comfortable living in the nowhere land.

    As some of you may know I had a bad fall a while ago which has led to extended concussion.           This is why I have not had any new shows here for a while, just too trying.

It was a silly fall over an uneven pavement that has caused not only this concussion but numbing in the legs due to burst blood vessels and painful bruising, but also deafness in one ear and a slow response in memory.

Who knew it would take this long to heal, it is 6 weeks so far and I am told expect months. This is of cause for me is a challenge, I like to work 7-8 hours a day on my radio station and was about to take it to the next level when this happened. Frustrating as it is, I have to listen or the healing will take longer.

So why DID THIS HAPPEN? IS IT A SLOW DOWN GIRL? OR PAST ISSUES, OR WRONG DIRECTION?

I believe it is your on the right track, but not now, it is time for ME to love and heal ME the same as I do for others. I am a giver very often at my own expense, I have had to learn to be a receiver and that had been a challenge, but now seen as a gratitude gift for my contribution to humanity from those who celebrate me.

So over the next few months, there will be fewer shows, the station’s upgrade will take longer, the next phase will be introduced slower and I hope that all will be revealed when the time is right on what the divine wants from me.

People have become so disconnected to life its self, constantly numbing themselves with things to find a reason to live. Without a meaningful purpose and a passion for life, there is no reason for being. Connection, belonging, celebration and participation in life is a must if you want to live in a world of meaningfulness. Complacency is a danger, for it excuses the negative behaviour and holds no countability.

We blame the governments, Isis, the arrogant, the 1%, but who gave them the power to control us with fear? you did. 

We are owners of our own actions, our own choices our own thoughts, and until we take action in being responsible for those actions, thoughts and choices we will keep running on a dead-end treadmill of discontent and disconnect.

We want a better life, we must do the work to make it so, we are unhappy, then we must seek what makes us happy, we feel unfulfilled, then we must seek out purpose, we want peace we must be the peace we seek, it is all in our hands every living soul on this planet, for we are the problem but also the solution. When we are whole happy in purpose, contributing and in self-love and inner peace, we are the solution in our actions, in ouR intent, in our contribution to life and each other as a human race.

It is really simple, step up and deal with your own inner self, stop making excuses but be willing to change things to make them better by doing the work necessary in order to live in that meaningful purpose and inner joy of living.

This is what the world is being invited to do, the see the problem, know the hate fear and destruction, so now it is time to take action and clean up the mess we have as a human race made before it is too late.

It is “Ask not what your country will do for you but what you will do for your country”.Well, what do you intend to do? feed the fear, the anger, the EGO or step up and do the work to become a person the world and you in your life needs?

June 2013 I started my own radio station with many thanks to Bill Maquis that was called PLV RADIO. Now 4 years on and 1800+ shows and around 840 shows I have done personal and under a different name Self Discovery Radio, I am poised for the next chapter.

So what does the next chapter involve? 

For a start, EBook 2 is in the works and will be out in October. (self-discovery’-e-book-opportunity)

New Genre’s are coming around the topics of Children, Food and Nutrition, Travel, Business and Spiritual Growth. These shows will also be available for guest hosting. (become-a-self-discovery-host)

Guest hosting is available for those who only wish to do a show periodically, you can be from any country (English only at this time) and a desire to share knowledge that serves our global society.
