15/06 Ask Sara about SOUL LOVE

Ask Sara with Sara Troy. Aired February 10th-on

WHAT IS SOUL LOVE?

imageslovLove is an emotion that defies logic, it is a feeling that is all-encompassing, it is the truth that guides us. Love is every soul’s desire, every hearts need, and every spirits freedom, love does not need the mind to love but an engagement of our very being.

Let us look at real Love and understand that it is the very seed that feeds us and how we can honor that seed into full growth of ever lasting SOUL LOVE.

15/04 Ask Sara about The Gift of Age

Ask Sara with Sara Troy, Originally Aired January 27th/15

Age is a gift of wisdom and simple joys embrace it.

My Mama Jo made it to 95 years old. Here she is in her 70’s

Mama Jo passed February 13th finally at peace and dancing in heaven.

Age is not something to fear but an accumulated wisdom and experience that shows us the true value of life. I am 67 y.young, and finally at a place where I am enjoying my peace. I have slowed down but not to a point where I am not productive, on the contrary, I am more productive than ever before because I am directional in my purpose and armed with the right tools for my task of living.

We must celebrate getting older and allow the gifts it brings us, for only age and life’s experience can bring you this divine gift of life’s inner tranquillity. Look at the women today in their 60’s plus doing wonderful things and living life to its fullest.

14/51 Ask Sara about The Lonely

Ask Sara with Sara Troy, It’s all about loneliness and interaction.  Aired from December 23rd

486018_3514339054384_1149158359_33575735_1118989002_n

This Christmas be mindful of the lonely, see them hear them and interact with them in some way, for we have all felt lonely along the way.

Share your story for it may inspire others to walk theirs.

We do not have to be alone, there are so many ways to interact with people, but are people listening to us are they seeing us and do they really care? Loneliness is painful but it does not have to be if we learn to be open about our lives and also willing to care enough to listen.

14/50 Ask Sara about A Parents Message to Kids for this Festive Season

Ask Sara with Sara Troy Aired December 16th on

Family-christmas-celebration-wallpaper4-650x406

I started out like every human does — a child, small and unknowing, unaware of all that life would ask of me. My environment and the intentions of my family shaped me. Many dreams were placed upon me, yet not much was truly expected of me. I learned to wish for a life I didn’t believe I could reach, to want things I was told I’d never become.

My desires didn’t match my confidence, and my self-worth sat too low to reach for the stars. This isn’t a “woe is me” story — it’s a familiar one, lived by far too many. The dysfunctional raise the next generation in a world that is, itself, dysfunctional.

Television shows us the ideal family — the picture-perfect standard we’re told to uphold.

But in whose world?
By whose evaluation?
And why do we believe that perfection is the norm?

We cling to the idea that there is one correct foundation for family and life — but who defined that standard? What does normal even mean, and who gets to apply that label?

If a child is loved, fed, housed, and nurtured — if they are seen, valued, and given time — is that not the true definition of family wholeness?

We are all flawed. No one escapes that. But flaws do not make us bad. Life is a classroom, and learning is the curriculum — not living up to someone’s unrealistic expectations, but living by the guidance of one’s own conscience.

Each generation hopes the next will learn better, grow wiser, and rise beyond the mistakes of the past. We forget that everyone is a student in the classroom of life — learning in different ways, through different experiences.

It’s easy to judge our parents for what they didn’t do right.
Harder to thank them for doing the best they could with what they knew.

So, children — be patient with us, as we have been with you. We know how hard growing up is… we’ve done it too. We know how exhausting constant change can be — because life keeps rewriting the rules.

That’s why I say:
Live by your conscience.
Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
Choose optimism even when the odds seem stacked against you.

And always remember:
If you believe it — the sun will rise again tomorrow.

This Christmas go out of your way to let your parents know that you appreciate what they have done and have tried to do for you. After all, odds will be that one day you too will be a parent and all you will wish for, is your own children’s happiness, safety, health, and personal abundance. Hopefully, they will be appreciated what you did for them.

I wish you Joy, Laughter, Love, and Peace to one and all over the world this Festive Joyous Season.

Remember saying ‘Thank You’ can work miracles.

Merry Christmas & have a Mamarvellous New Year.
