You might have seen him last year at the veg-expo or Non-GMO Show, or been there for his epic world renowned performance at March Against Monsanto Vancouver…Ladies and gentlemen boys and girls welcome 10-year-old Daniel Bissonnette.

GMOs are Genetically Modified Organisms whose genetic material has been altered using genetic engineering techniques. Our bodies are not designed to digest these foods, and the chemicals they use in pesticides are causing our bodies to break down.

Studies in humans reveal that GMOs leave behind harmful material in our bodies linked to cancer in humans, and in animal studies, GMOs have been associated with organ damage, immune disorders, and accelerated aging early death.

Without GMO labeling laws, what can you do to protect yourself from hidden GMOs that continue to threaten your health and wellbeing?

We have a voice, and it starts here and now with young people like Daniel and his parents. We have the power to change things by buying local and organic, make your voice heard in the grocery store, buy organic and be aware of the foods you eat.
