Some of Guettier’s secrets for success are: she cleanses her body four times a year and make sure she takes care of herself so she can provide for her kids and keep a youthful healthy appearance. She believes in putting her best self forward to deliver a positive message: “You need to live the life you want to present to the world. Named after a famous Viking Warrior I had a lot to live up to.

I think I’ve done pretty good, and lived up to the tenacity, passion, sardonic humour, boat rocking and deep loyalty that my name engenders.

My life has been pretty hectic, messy, scary and full of incredible moments. These repeated, and so-called ‘failures’ I’ve experienced have culminated in a full life thus far. They’ve informed, crafted and transformed me in some incredibly profound ways. Now that I am in my 40’s – mid-life, and all that – I realize how important all those failures, heartaches, heartbreaks, mistakes, wrong choices, BAAAD choices and everything thing in between have been. A survivor of abuse and heartache everything is a lesson in THRIVAL. All that I have been through has designed the person I am proud to be today – and it’s pretty KICK ASS if I say so myself.

Kaare Long is a single mom to two beautiful daughters who are growing up quickly. She is the Creative Director of her own Business, a Cue Creative Consulting, an online digital communications agency and the executive director and founder of the Social Movement ‘#sayhitoastranger’ which has become a popular event in the City of Vancouver, B.C. and has recently been nominated for the ‘Power of Peace’ award from the YMCA. Kaare is also a professional performer—musician, actor and vocalist. Creativity is her driving force, along with Community and Connection. She believes that we can do so much more working together than we can in competition to each other. From that original goal and finding the right business partners in Sydney, Dominic set up his own direct sales company. Selling various products and services via business to business and door to door methods.

Through a combination of massive inspiration, working with great people and lots of hard, focused work, he ended up managing over 1200 independent sales contractors. He lived and worked in some of the greatest cities in the world. Sydney Australia, Auckland New Zealand, London England, Copenhagen Denmark, Amsterdam Holland and finally Vancouver Canada. He trained managers, supported expansion, managed people and offices in Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, England, Ireland, Kenya, Uganda, Denmark, Holland and now Canada.

At the peak of his career in his early 30?s He decided to spend more time with his children and raise his boys in The Netherlands. He spent the first few years running his own Direct Sales business and partnering on some various ventures in the telecommunications market.

In his 40?s he decided to become a Business Coach and share his unique insights with medium sized companies. He was certified and trained by the world renowned Dr.Skiffington and before long was coaching and training multi-billion dollar Dutch Energy companies in the newly deregulated European energy market; coaching executives, developing sales teams, helping set up whole infrastructures to support sales and product development.
