The common thread throughout my career has been mentorship. I have always made it a point to mentor recruits and employees in whatever role I have held. Inspired Integration is where my passion for mentoring people meets my purpose of helping everyone find their dream jobs.
I have been coaching, mentoring and guiding people through the world of Talent Management for over 30 years. I worked my way up from the bottom, cold calling for a recruiting firm. When they thought I wasn’t ready for recruiting, in true entrepreneurial fashion I offered to work for straight commission to prove them wrong. I went on to become the 2nd highest earning recruiter for that agency.
I am an entrepreneur and coach who empowers and inspires change through helping people find their passion and purpose. I know what it’s like to want more than just a ‘job’. Typically, I work with women between the ages of 40-60 who are longing for that next step in their career where they can live their best life. Women who are challenged with landing a new job, who want a promotion and keep getting passed up, or who aren’t satisfied with what they are doing and want a change. I help them make the change and transform their lives from frustration into one of passion and purpose.

Will 2022 bring us into unity? Join us as we take a look at what is in store for 2022 through the perspective of An and The Code Journey. Each year An brings us a book of yearly wisdom which she has channeled. We will discuss if it is really possible to find greater unity, and a coming together of people during this year; and what the year 2022 has in store for us.
An is a Magi walk-in from the multi-verse. She stepped into this existence to relieve another soul, known as Jesse. She continues to use the human name for the body of Jesse An Nichols George; but goes by the name An. Jesse and An are part of the same Magi team; which work to assist people in living compassionately, wisely, and harmoniously. Their work helps people to be conscious of their wholeness, and how they are existing. Through the human vehicle, Jesse and An have created 8 books on their own, with an 9th one to be released in the Fall of 2021. Jesse was also a collaborator on the International multiple times Best Seller in multiple categories “Embraced by the Divine: The Emerging Woman’s Gateway To Power, Passion, and Purpose”. Jesse hosted her own international radio show The Code Connection for 5 years and created the Genesis Clearing Statement. An’s human self is a 13+ generation spiritual healer, energy tuner, spiritual, and wellness coach. She is also a 13th+ generation Druidic practitioner; honoring and appreciating the harmony of all things, and working with the natural cycles of life. This bloodline history includes everything from Freedom Fighters like George Washington, a lead translator and Hebrew scholar involved in the original translations of the Bible, a 4-star general in the Airforce, royalty, Apache and Cherokee Indian, European farming, many of the Celtic and Northern European influences, as well as a bit of Norse energy. As a Magi, An works with all-star seeds, soul groupings, and existences.

As a Coding Interpreter, she helps people understand the flow of their energy in this world, and how to bring that into Divine Alignment. Her work utilizes approximately 39 years of experience teaching and working with clients, as well as blending Eastern and Western philosophies through over 50 different modalities.

It was in losing everything ( mental and physical health, career, finanaces, relationships etc), that I found myself, learned to feel my emotions, love myself and love life. I almost died trying to figure out how to live. It’s a miracle that I am alive. I am here to share my message of hope and inspiration and to end suffering on this planet. Life is a skillset. We are here to learn to live skillfully and in alignment with our mind, body and soul. Let your lifestyle be your medicine.
I give hope to the hopeless. Our most important relationship is with ourself. Know thyself. Love thyself. I was addicted to adrenal and being busy and not listening to my body. After realizing it’s about feeling good I got addicted to feeling good and honouring myself. This realization opened the door to my healing and transformation. My mission is to get others addicted to feeling good, fully alive and thriving.
My background is health sciences. I have always helped people. I was a Nuclear Medicine Techonologist and then and Occupational Therapist. 11 years years ago I was told I would return to my career as an Occupational Therapist following the removal of my thyroid gland. I attempted 3 return to works and they all failed. My identity was wiped out. Gone. I felt like a nothing.
What unravelled was layers of chronic illness. I was bed ridden for up to ½ a month in bed for years. It was a complete mess. My mess is now my message. You have to feel to heal.
Running from emotions creates imbalances in the system which eventually lead to disease. I lived from a place of deep trauma my whole life. I have lived the last 11 years in my ‘urban ashram like a crosss between a navy seal and a yogi (Ha!) ‘unlearning everything I knew, reprogramming my nervous system for peace and calm and creating my new identity as a Spiritual Coach and Yoga Teacher.

I share my journey (in a nutshell) on my alcohol recovery but I didn’t do AA participant as it was not a fit for me. I speak to what did and how to navigate through the recovery process into becoming a whole meaningful person of strength and courage.
Caroline bravely shares her journey to becoming sober and shares with us the tips and skills in staying sober no matter what anxiety or celebration is around you.
Caroline is a mother of 3 children she considers her life teacher. She also rescues animals which adds up to having four dogs and one cat! She loves soccer, reading, creating, walks in the forest and self-development.
Having worked in the corporate world for over 20 years, Caroline decided to leave it all to pursue her passion. She now is a Network Marketing Professional, Coach, Co-Owner of a Media company and Co-Hosts a weekly Podcast. Her drive is happiness, peace, freedom, authenticity and helping people better themselves, their life quality, health, and wealth.

One thing that drives me bonkers is watching people trying to explain their business with the wrong words and delivery. Aside from feeling embarrassed, they are leaving money on the table. Every. Single. Time. Let’s clear this all up for you and get you ON TRACK for speaking with confidence, clarity, and charisma. Then you can grow the business you want — and deserve! You’ve got this! Here’s a hint: It’s not about your credentials. It’s not about your money mindset. And it’s not about your website, branding, or snappy business name. Attracting dream clients to your business is a helluva lot easier when you have the 3 V’s that open the door. Only then can you start sharing your expertise, gifts, and talent. Look, I’ve had the honor of coaching newbie entrepreneurs trying to get their first few clients to experienced speakers who coach NFL + NBA athletes and CEOs. I’ll tell you one thing that’s absolutely true. Not a drop of doubt— ALL of them have the same 3 KEY V’s at their core. Not one of the KEY V’s is ever missing. So… what are the 3 KEY V’s, you wonder? 1) Messaging that clearly shows deep VALUE to dream clients because it’s always about keeping their results in mind-not yours (It doesn’t matter if it’s widgets or wealth investments—this is ALWAYS true!) Which brings me to… 2) A story and offer that reveals the VISION of your dream clients’ desire. Heartfelt storytellers show prospects that they understand them at a deep core level. They know their wants and desires beyond a goofy avatar. It could be they want more time with family, a boat, a degree, a new partner—or a holiday bursting with gifts for the kiddos. It doesn’t matter…Which brings me to the need for… 3) An irresistible, mesmerizing, and charismatic VOICE for people who are ready to buy. You’ll infuse your natural personality in just the right way so you feel aligned, not awkward. And it works. Because it’s simply a conversation and not a pushy sales pitch. And, if you’re like some of my clients who don’t like to sell, remember this: You don’t have a viable business if money doesn’t trade hands.
The 3 KEYS may sound easy enough, right??? But if people aren’t responding to your message, it means one or more of the KEY V’s is either missing or needs tweaking. And you feel frustration, disappointment, and angst. So how do you fix this? How do you have the right KEYS to open the door (AKA sign the new client) so you can start sharing your expertise, gifts, and talent? How do you make the 3 KEY V’s work for YOU? Well… it’s WAY too long to explain in an email.
Susan is a former on-air radio news anchor. She spent 10 years as a reporter, interviewing everyone from homeless people to presidents. She also managed the Office of Radio + Television for New Jersey Gov. Christine Todd Whitman. In addition, she was a public relations director for a statewide nonprofit.
Susan is a Certified Practitioner in Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP). Through online group and private coaching, Susan brings NLP into a refreshing blend of storytelling, sales, subconscious reprogramming, and psychology into her work.
Susan has been honored as “Entrepreneur of the Year” and is one of the ‘Top 75 Badass Women on Twitter.’
