Your Health is Your Choicewith Sara Troy and her guest Susan Kewin, on air from October 25th
As women, we experience various life stages. From puberty through womanhood, our bodies develop and evolve. We become mothers, focus on our careers, or juggle both.
With age, hormonal fluctuations occur during perimenopause, which causes menstrual changes such as shorter, longer, or irregular cycles. Likewise, 12 consecutive months without a period, marks menopause. Hormonal profiles plus physiology of younger and maturing women differ. We want women to transition comfortably and as symptom-free as possible at any stage of menopause.
I am 64 years old. I have 4 living children and 4 wonderful grandchildren. For the past 10 years my husband and I have been very active in serving the homeless community our city. Giving back has always been a passion for me. I was taught growing up to leave where ever I was a bit better than I found it. I want to leave this world a bit better than I am finding it. That includes helping women live their midlife experience better than they are living it.

Authors Kiss with Sara Troy and her guest Wanda Luthman, on air from October 25th
When you’re at your lowest, who do you turn to? Who is there for you? Some are fortunate to have family and friends who come around them and help them through, but what if, even all those people’s best efforts just don’t bring comfort? What happens when you’re truly alone in the darkest part of the night, where do your thoughts take you? It can be a frightening place to be. Have you ever listened to a song or a sermon or a friend’s words trying to find that one nugget that would ease your pain? I’ve been there and have survived. I hope to inspire others to begin their journey to God or back to God (whatever the case may be), the only one that can truly bring us peace and hope and healing to live again.
Wanda Luthman is an international multi-award-winning author. She’s been a Christian since she was 3 years old, was baptized at 12 years old, and attended a Christian College in the Midwest double majoring in Psychology and Sociology. She has practiced in the field of counseling for over 20 years. But she felt she really “met” God in her late 40’s when her Pastor taught her contemplative listening which is a Christian form of meditation. Since then, she’s been on a mission to share God’s love with everyone she meets.
I write fantasy adventure stories that show lives being changed by the magic of love! Come on this journey with me and let’s brighten the world.

“for the love of Music” with Sara Troy and her guest Michel Pascal, on air from October 25th
Who are you Michel Pascal and what is YOGANANDANCE? I am a French meditation teacher, author, film director and singer, born in Paris, and living in LA. As a singer, I’ve performed at Carnegie Hall close to every year, from 2016, and also with Myron McKinley, the Music Director of the Legendary band, Earth Wind and Fire. I started to sing on stage at the age of 9, also in churches and cathedrals. At 16 years old, I became a professional singer in France.
In life, a lot of us set ourselves up for higher expectations, especially in a field such as production where it’s a bit oversaturated. We want to be the best, and the ones who make it are the ones who don’t settle for anything less than that. We all have times when we realize we need a break, or we need changes in our daily patterns. Sometimes we just don’t know what the next step is, or where we should take ourselves through this path, and only after taking a hiatus do, we truly understand what to do. See, we all have this tendency to be afraid of change or to stray away from things that might bring change to our lives. But for what? If you have the right mindset and good intentions, then the change will only make you a better person. French meditation teacher, author, film director and singer, born in Paris, and living in LA. As a singer, performed at Carnegie Hall close to every year, from 2016, and also with Myron McKinley, the Music Director of the Legendary band, Earth Wind and Fire.
His passion is to combine Hip Hop and spirituality. When he composed the song Yoganandance, he felt the soul of Michael Jackson guiding him for the groove. He played all the instruments, with loops, and real parts. He started to create a loop, between Hip Hop and BeatBox. He comes also from jazz music, scat, so it is his passion to create groove, and to combine loops and real vocal patterns. He did not want to quantize his voice, in order to keep the authentic inspiration as raw as possible, because for him, Hip Hop is also a music from the roots of who we are. After he wrote Yoganandance, he brought it to his friend, the incredible sound engineer producer, Esteban Calderon, in his studio in LA, and immediately they felt something very special, deep. This song will close Yogananda The Musical, like a feast to celebrate The Divine Energy. More than ever, we need to meditate…Musical narrated by Temple Hayes
Exploring both spirituality and physicality, mind and body, Meditation for Daily Stress is an essential read for busy people looking for an approach to meditation that will allow them to start a daily practice right away in order to live a healthier, happier life.

Sara’s View of Life with Sara Troy, on air from October 25th
Once we wrote on cave walls, or played the TomToms to relay a message, then the scrolls and then came letters. We have come to far since then, now we can connect via, email, social media, text, phone, zoom, video calls, EMOGIES plus plus. SO WHY ARE WE SAYING LESS?
With so many ways to talk to each other, why have we become abbreviations of what we want to say or have we become lazy? Business was conducted through letters, calls or in person; along came the email and it changed our live, we became to much more efficient because of them.
Enter Social Media, which was meant to be a platform of socialization and connections, but now has become a business platform, which is great in building a connection, but not in place of doing business..
So please be mindful of how you reach people, follow through and give them content, and in the end, it is those that take the extra mile with their communications who have the best foundation, there are no short cuts to building relationships with potential clients.
So be social, even promote your work on social media, but please interact with people, make the time, connect and invite, and follow through with a call, a zoom, or email, please.

Building your business with Sara Troy and her guest Vicki Noethling, on air from October 25th
I have been coaching and mentoring speakers for over 26 years. I remember one woman who was speaking to a group of 10 people. She was shaking and looking like she was going to be ill. Engaging her with simple questions in a conversational tone, allowed her to take her mind off speaking and relax. Her whole body changed and she actually began to smile. That is when I knew I had to help others get past the fear of the “speech” and just relax with the fact that it’s just a conversation. So many fail to connect with their audience because they are not being authentic or allowing themselves to be vulnerable. But it is in lowering those walls, that we allow others to connect and our message to be heard.
I would like to talk about why it is so important that we work on how we present our messages online and in person. We spend time trying to write down the words that will reach our audience and fill a need, but often neglect examining how we are delivering that message. From video to the stage, our impact is tied to how comfortable and authentic we are in sharing our message. If we don’t connect, our message will get lost. My mission is to work with you to make that impact to show up and nail that next presentation or meeting ensuring your presence will lead you to greater profits.
Being the 2nd of seven children, Vicki knew college was not in the cards, so she got a part-time job and put herself through a 6-month business school in Pittsburgh. Upon graduation she continued to work two jobs and looked for as many personal and professional development tapes, books, or courses she could find. The thirst for learning continued and eventually she found herself working for a large transportation company in Atlanta. Here she learned to embrace change and go outside of her comfort zone. It was also where she was introduced to Toastmasters. She then spent the next 3 decades mentoring, coaching, training, and stepping outside that comfort zone. Her journey has been and continues to be fueled with a passion for life-long learning and helping others see their potential and slay their next presentation or zoom! Her message to all is stop fearing that next big speech, presentation or sales call – just remember – It’s Just A Conversation. Relax, smile and enjoy the journey it will take you on.
