If they happen to be aware of the shackles, they are usually unaware of the mechanisms necessary to remove them. Empowering them so that they can live a transformed life and so thereby experience true freedom and joy.

Ainsworth was baptised at the age of 17 ½ started preaching by 18 and was a pastor by 19. A role which he was engaged in until 34. After which he did seminars and workshops etc. Through a series of events which led to intense study he eventually, about 7 – 8 years ago, decided that he was no longer going to accept the Christian dogma as THE TRUTH. Nor any dogma for that matter. Instead he began an inward journey that has lead to where he is right now. The main discovery being that: Truth is not to be found in writings of any kind. Truth is not something that is taught, rather truth is an inward journey, a journey to self. Truth is something we become.

arc Pietro Abela, is the visionary and founder of The ARC (A Return to Consciousness) Institute, the creator of ARC Bodywork, and the originator of BodySpeak.

He has been an ARC Practitioner since 1990 enjoying a full practice with an extensive waiting list for the last twenty-four years. Pietro is also a distinguished teacher, mentor, and workshop leader, and writer.

pietro Following careers as a professional musician and school teacher, Pietro began an intensive two-year training in nutrition in 1986. He later studied with renowned teachers throughout North America, such as Barbara Brennan, Rosalyn Bruyere, and Ron Kurtz.

Pietro’s studies and research on stress, emotional issues and their connections to physical well-being led him to the development of ARC’s powerful self-healing methods.

His creation of BodySpeak, an 8-step dialogue technique and creative communications process became an important addition to ARC Bodywork Therapy’s support of physical and emotional well-being.

BodySpeak’s communication tools are currently being used effectively in school and college teaching programs, health-care facilities, business management, counselling professions, senior care, parenting and personal relationships.

Many of Pietro’s clients wanted to learn his highly successful health care techniques. This led to the creation of the first ARC course in 1994. The courses grew in popularity and eventually developed into complete programs. The ARC Institute opened its doors in 2000 as a school of consciousness.

book As a health modality and a personal growth support, ARC has become the catalyst for thousands of people to become better parents, career professionals, life partners, and health communicators. It enables many to experience the self-confidence to allow them to excel in life and to discover dependable physical health, emotional well-being, and ongoing vitality.

Pietro travels internationally for The ARC Institute. He is a teacher at the Centre at Naramata. He has recently completed his first book,” A Return to Consciousness”, and awaits a publishing date.

People live their entire lives for mistakes. They think they got “the skein yarn” means of control, leading the predictable life. Well, life is not predictable nor does it have to be. If God has placed you in a world in trouble, it’s because he knows that by trying to overcome obstacles you are getting smarter, intelligent, you evolve and become stronger. You are able to connect and resolve issues within your soul – it’s wonderful.

God has allowed experiences/issues/challenges to come your way so that you can evolve and at times to clear karma from past lives, and what do you do? You activate the control side of you and spend your life doing and devising strategies to ward off problems, to avoid them. Those who avoid problems do not evolve! You have to face your fear of eternal loss.

If you understand that nothing belongs to you and in your heart you start feeling, feeling that all you think you have is actually borrowed throughout life, your lifetime, you then never lose anything, and thus will not need to defend or control. Fear of losing creates a need to control and that control generates frustrating situations in your life, where you hurt and in turn hurt others because you create a block in your life and the force of life stops and blocks. So in order for you to flow in the river of life and for your path to return to its right way, it is imperative that you stop controlling and start observing life.

Bring forward the signs of change and therefore transformation. Accept that, for you to stop controlling, you have to learn to lose. The loss is directly linked to the fluidity of life, with happiness. This will never make you a loser or a winner – as you are in your right path in life, learning to “lose”, to lose what’s no longer needed for your evolution. People think that in order for them to be completely happy, they must have it all, they have to win, they have to have what they want and have it their way, but in fact when they find themselves, when they connect in spirit to Universe/God with what all that they are, they must learn to lose so they can win.

When this mistake is reviewed, when one really comprehends that winning and to keep on winning, has to do with their own exterior self-esteem (self-esteem means, you like yourself for what you have in your heart, and not liking yourself for what you think you want to be), when you realize, all returns to the place that was to be from the day that you lost your way and you then begin to tread the true path of true and pure happiness, the happiness that you have from pure love.
