Growing I was told that my opinion did not matter. Nothing I said would ever impact anyone and that I should learn to take orders from those who were smarter than I was. When I told my school advisors that I wanted to attend university they sat me and my mother done to explain why people like me would never be able to do anything more than a simple trade and university was not the place for me. I did attend university and became a very successful chemical engineer and analyst. But that was not enough I found a calling to help people change their lives and change the world.

Most media business owners are after dollars and build shows simply to make money. I build shows that are designed to inspire change in our world. I want everyone to know they have a voice worth listening to and they have a message that can help empower at least one person to live a brilliant life. While, yes our shows at Depiction Media do make us money and attract sponsor listeners my hope and goal is touch lives the money helps me find more lives to change.

Our company is founded on the idea that everyone has a voice and everyone should be heard. If you are in a state of around speaking out. Please remember this your story could change the life of just one person and what that one person you touched help change the course of humanity to a society filled with Love, Trust and Beauty where every living being is respected.

After several contracts that did not share their family vision they retired that journey.

At that time her husband was actively working as a Walmart store manager and due to the long hours and high demands he decided to resign and pursue a career that allowed him to spend more time with the family. So they began a division of the company named Protocol Landscape Consultants. They worked to build this company from its conception of April 2016 to serve as a profitable business to sustain the family as the sole source of income.

In January 2017, LaChelle began pursuing life coaching with Protocol Group. With a zeal to be transparent with her own experiences such as 3 occasions of hospitalization in a behavioral hospital for stress and postpartum depression. Her audience grew to encompass coaching to help empower others to overcome their obstacles in life.

We will be covering.

7 ways to avoid Mommy burnout. As a wife and mother of 15 children, I have seen first hand the effects of mommy burnout. I have learned the ways to strategize a system to create balance and avoid stress, anxiety or depression which may proceed burnout.

The 7 ways are:

  1. Your worth is not determined by the role you play like wife, mother or position in career.
  2. Identify what you can and can not control.

3. Establish realistic goals/expectations.

  1. Create a system that consists of including work towards your goals in your daily routine.
  2. Spend the first hour that you awake doing something for yourself. This will allow you to have a better attitude in tackling your day.
  3. Create a support group/tribe of like minded people to help encourage you on bad days.
  4. Get a good night’s rest of at least 6 hours.

In addition to life coaching she uses her degree in Marketing from Indiana University to help small businesses increase their market share.

LaChelle enjoys accomplishing impossible feats because she believes that is evidence of God working in her life and creates momentum in her life when she is faced with challenges in life. Her goal is to leave a lasting impression with everyone that she meets and add value to make their lives better.

Gillian’s work experience includes working with women, children and diverse populations in residential addiction treatment, psychiatric settings, elementary schools and private practice.

My counselling psychotherapy practice is based on the idea that body, mind and spirit are interconnected. I believe that our bodies hold the wisdom for our healing and recovery.
My approach to mental health and healing is person centered and trauma informed: which focuses on the strengths of the individual rather than the pathology.
I use a holistic approach to therapy; one that supports and deepens body-mind-spirit integration, by nurturing the expression of all senses.
I draw from Mindfulness practices, Life Span Development, Feminist Theories, Expressive Arts Therapy, Play Therapy, and Somatic Psychology.

Gillian is the creator and facilitator of two Body Mind Spirit Groups.

C 18-08 The Human Chain of HOPE Together WE Stand

Choose Positive Living with Sara Troy and Cindy-Diane Rheault, on air from February 21st

The Human Chain of HOPE  is a loving project of Cindy-Diane’s to bring hope from many caring people to all people who are in need of it, TOGETHER WE ARE THE HOPE FOR TOMORROW.

It is a time of year where the season of depression hits people the hardest, and for some unknown reason, suicide is most common in spring.  Depression is the leading cause of disability worldwide. Over 300 million people of all ages suffer from depression.

As opposed to sitting on the sidelines, Cindy-Diane Rheault, decided to bring people together by creating a unique Movie of Hope using social and digital media, a first of it’s kind.  A Human Chain Link of H-O-P-E to send a well-needed message to the world.

Having lost her cousin in November 2017, and having suffered herself from depression, anxiety and toxic self-chatter, inspired the making of a Massive Gathering based on the Power of Hope. Sending out a much-needed message of Hope to those who are in a dark place, and to the families and friends who have no idea how to support their loved ones through it.  Saving lives in the process is exactly what she is set out to do with the creation of  IntentionTherapy.org platform.

Cindy-Diane Rheault the founder and Executive Producer of the Movie presents her vision of creating a Virtual Human Chain Link of Hope featuring on-line interviews with over 20 guests who are either authors, doctors, coaches, spiritual teachers, mom’s, sons, and grandmothers.

In a 16 Day Social Media Campaign, over 12,000 messages filled with feelings of H.O.P.E flooded in through Social and Digital Media, making it the first ever Virtual Network Movie.

The Human Chain Link Of Hope, Together WE Stand! reveals the Power of a gathering of people that brings an Uplifting message that shifts hopeless towards Hope, Trust, Connection and Possibility. The movie of Hope brings mental health professionals, inspiring organizations, and the general public to the social media table in a cinematic experience that is equal parts education and a highly vibrational gift of entertainment.

In presenting this Movie to the public, Cindy-Diane Rheault aims to move and shake how we treat depression and personal challenges, encouraging people to reach out for help and know that there is support for them that is filled with compassion and hope.  A solution that is not solely reliant on medication and others to fix them, but a willingness to take the first step to a new way of looking at how coming out of the toxic self-chatter and how being aware that their old unsupportive beliefs no longer support them in their self-recovery process.
