The truth is: We all have someone or something to forgive – perhaps even ourselves. We know it’s good to forgive but we might not know how to do it. In 2012, after facing a personal challenge that her extensive skills and education couldn’t resolve, Dara searched online for a “forgiveness how-to” and was only met by a lot of “why” one should forgive. When a logical path came to her and after completing it, she felt peaceful and free for the first time in three years.
This epiphany led her to dedicate herself to researching and teaching this powerful concept, helping others process stuck emotions and move forward with passion and clarity.
Dara McKinley has studied and worked in the realm of spirituality and health for over three decades and possesses a graduate degree in Contemplative/Buddhist Psychology. In 2012, difficult life circumstances pointed her to forgiveness where she realized that many spoke prolifically about why one should forgive but no one spoke of how. Her background enabled her to successfully create and follow a forgiveness path that worked, but in the years that followed, the experience made her see some significant themes. In particular, she saw how mainstream forgiveness understanding (pardoning, ceasing anger, having compassion, and letting go) was obscuring the forgiveness path. She also saw that people who identified as spiritual-but-not-religious required a forgiveness path that was clear, and logical. This inspired Dara to devote her professional life to understanding forgiveness’ infrastructure and to making forgiveness the realm of spirituality and health it was always meant to be.

Dale has a Bachelor of Science degree with majors in Chemistry and in Biology from The University of Regina. After earning his massage diploma, he spent the next 5 years travelling the world and working with Royal Caribbean & Celebrity Cruise Lines in the spa industry. His present work & research involves bridging the gap between science & spirit, while drawing from his over 20 years of experience in world travels, science, and working knowledge of the metaphysical realm of body, mind & soul. He also teaches various workshops in massage and energy healing, including Heart Resonance. A car accident in June 2017 drastically changed the trajectory of his life in the most magnificent of ways. He was rear-ended and got really bad whiplash in his neck. I have spent my career creating meaningful change through digital publishing and marketing. I was born with psychic abilities. In fact, I could fully see as long as I could remember but I was raised in a Catholic School and a combination of disconnection and misalignment had me fearing my gifts, so I shut them down.
As most of the people I help, I too had some pretty traumatic experiences growing up but I always kept my optimism and serious intuition. By the time I was 16 I was working two full-time jobs (you can imagine the backstory) this was when I met my soulmate, Tom; I knew it would change my life forever. I was driven and fearless at 18 and I was running a Subway but unfortunately, I was a bit of a workaholic and had a nervous breakdown by 21 so I began to learn to heal.
Activating my gifts, just a little, and once healed the next chapter was business. I decided to get a business degree and managed be top of my class at Pittman Business School in Vancouver. After business school I ran a trucking company then a security company while I was blessed with two amazing boys. These boys were 5 years apart and came with their own set of challenges. My oldest son was so empathic and gifted that modern society did not understand him and he ended up getting very sick. After 6 years applying modern medicine, in and out of Children’s Hospital, no matter what we tried modern medicine just didn’t work. Luckily Divine stepped in and introduced me to the most amazing healer. She helped me activate my gifts again and showed me the clear path to how I could heal myself, my family and start following my path and purpose.
The first couple years I healed my kids, myself, my husband, my family, and anybody I could get my hands on.
With such success I needed to expand, and I reached out to the public. I did over 250 healing in my first year!
I’m proud to announce that since I decided focus full time on my healing and wellness business in 2016, I have been changing lives on a Global Level.
I was voted the #1 Life Coach in my area in 2023.
I assist in over 2200 healings on average per year and it is my honor to activate other healers all over the world with my sessions and online Academy.
