In her new book, “Inner Medicine: Becoming One with Mother Earth for the Survival of Humanity”, Kerri Hummingbird brings us a wake-up call to go on a great departure from all we have ever known, step into the Mystery on an epic quest for the survival of humanity, and make a bid for power to evolve into homo luminous…the one who dreams the sacred dream of New Earth for our descendants seven generations to come.
The current state of our world demonstrates clearly that we have all been touched by the Mother Wound. For thousands of years, mothers have been disempowered, shamed, belittled, and abused. As a result, our world is torn apart by greed, competition, neglect of the environment, shame, judgment, blame, abuse of all kinds, and war.
Intige Your Hear and Soul with Sara Troy and her guest Christina Hill, on air from April 18th.
What is the NOW and how does it set us free? When we are present in the NOW moment there is no chitter chatter of the mind, no thinking, no emotions, no stories that the mind creates, just formlessness. This is where we can be and feel the energy of Life. To feel the heart beat of the planet. It begins with your own body temple. We feel light and life within our own body. As we feel this light within we start to notice our other senses, birds singing, water trickling, the sound of the wind. When we step aside from thought we realize that those sounds are the heartbeat of the Planet. The silence is the pause in between heart beats. The NOW is well above and beyond anything our minds can come up with. Be observant but do not swim in storyland. When we understand this, here lies the FREEDOM.
Christina Hill is a world renowned channeler featured in the acclaimed Gaia film “Tuning In: Angels and Aliens”. She is also a celebrity coach and a 2 time presenter at Carnegie Hall NYC alongside Deepak Chopra, Michael Beckwith from The Secret, and performers from Madonna & Michael Jackson. Having been the worlds’ first ever channeler to channel in the prestigious Carnegie Hall NYC, Christina has trailblazed a new outlook about channeling and the healing power it has on human beings.
Born with a heightened awareness of her intuitive abilities, Christina has communicated with the Spirits of people and animals since she was a child. Told her abilities would condemn her to eternal damnation, she grew up hiding her gifts and experiences from others. Through years of personal work and spiritual mentorship, Christina learned to embrace all aspects of herself and live in harmony with them. From there, she began to hone her spiritual abilities, focusing in on the ancient art of first-person channeling.
Incredibly, Christina’s backstory doesn’t end there– she was recently filmed in the documentary “Everyone Can Change” (trailer clip: https://youtu.be/Qxccfzeb6SU) a film about her Ascension from homelessness, drug addiction, prostitution, and trauma recovery. This film received recognition as the premier inspirational story of 2019 for the City of Los Angeles, and is now playing on the official Mind Dive App of Los Angeles. She currently lives in the Yucatan Peninsula where she has founded the Athella Retreat Center, and guides clients from around the world through healing dolphin retreats in the Mayan Crater of the Earth.

Help my group or organization learn how to “Think and Lose Weight”
Weight loss is a topic that has been misunderstood for decades. Products and services have been created and sold resulting in a multi-billion dollar per year industry. The marketing for this industry sells individuals on the idea of quick results with promises of “Lose 30 pounds in 30 days” or “Get a six-pack with these quick and easy steps.” These results are achievable, they say, if you buy their product or service.
There is no need to buy anything and you don’t need a guru or a system. Over the past 13 years I have helped people get out of pain and lose weight. I’ve heard all of the excuses and “reasons” why someone hasn’t reached their goal. I can sum up weight loss in one sentence: if you want to change your weight, change your habits.
5 Steps to Fix Your BS
Feel like life is passing you by? One day blends into the next and before you know it, another year has gone by. It’s time to take action. Here are five simple steps that will help you improve and achieve more than you ever thought possible.
Step 1 Identify the 5 pillars and what each one means in your life. Learn how each pillar affects your life/happiness (outcome to what people are wanting)
Step 2 Examine each pillar and assess what your life looks like today in each of these areas. What’s going well and what could use your attention? What areas do you hope to grow the most in?
Step 3 Digging Deeper. Now it’s time to look more closely at each pillar and be more intentional and specific at identifying the root causes of why these things aren’t unfolding as you’d hoped. Once we identify the problems, it’ll be easier to identify the solutions and create a path forward.
Step 4 Taking Stock of the Now – What would be your ideal feeling in each of these areas? What do your short and long-term goals look like? What behaviors, beliefs or attitudes are you engaging in that are moving you away from these goals? In this step, we take a moment to find out where you are starting from today.
Step 5 Chart Your Course – It’s time to start the path to having the life of your dreams. In order to do that, you need to have a plan. In this step, we look more closely at each area you want to grow in and create a specific action plan on how to do exactly that
Helping you envision and create the life and body you desire!
I got married in 2004. A little over a year later my wife and I welcomed our daughter. 5 months after that I graduated as a Chiropractor and 7 months after that we moved 2 hours south to start a business. In May of 2008, after 1.5 years in business, our son was born with dwarfism, which is very rare. This was unexpected and we were left with more questions than answers. Some of the complications of being born with dwarfism affected his health.
Over the next 12 months he spent a total of 6 months in a hospital 2 hours away from our new home. We were stressed in every aspect of life including mental, physical, emotional, chemical, and financial. My focus shifted from running a business, making money, and supporting a family to keep my son alive and my family together. Exercise, eating properly, and my health in general weren’t things I was concerned about. As a result, my health declined and my weight went up, and up, and up. I noticed changes in my health like a slight wheeze upon any physical exertion, I was coughing more, I had less energy, and it was harder to go to sleep and stay asleep.
I didn’t recognize or even like myself when looking in the mirror. I felt as if I had no choice but to focus on my son and family. The problem is, if I was not taking care of myself I would not be able to take care of my family. One day I recognized this was not heading in a direction I wanted and if it continued I would end up being in a place I did not want to be. At that moment I decided to make a change, but how? What should I do? Where should I start? This is when “Think and Lose Weight” was created. I took everything I knew and had learned in practice and applied it in this program.

Their Story Matters with Sara Troy and her guest Col. Eileen Collins, on air from April 11th
Retired NASA astronaut and the agency’s first female shuttle commander, Col. Eileen Collins
With all the craziness happening here on Earth, recent stories of big happenings in outer space haven’t received as much media attention as they might deserve.
Trashing the International Space Station, mountains of space junk clogging the atmosphere, gender-specific spacesuits for woke bureaucrats, top-secret Chinese space walks, and lots more have barely registered a blip on the public’s radar.
Retired NASA astronaut and the agency’s first female shuttle commander, Col. Eileen Collins shares her journey in space and what is happening now.
Introducing Retired Colonel Eileen Collins, NASA’s first female shuttle commander. As of today, 72 women have flown in space, and many of those have cited Col. Collins as an inspiration. Eileen Collins retired from the Air Force in 2005 and from NASA in 2006, having logged more than 6,751 hours in thirty different types of aircraft and spent 872 hours in space. She is the recipient of the Distinguished Flying Cross and NASA Outstanding Leadership Medal and was inducted into the Astronaut Hall of Fame, among many other honors. Col. Collins recently served as an advisor to the National Space Council and is a board member of the Astronauts Memorial Foundation.
She retired from the Air Force in Jan 2005 and from NASA in May 2006 after a 28-year distinguished career. A former military instructor and test pilot, Collins was the first female pilot and first female commander of a space shuttle.
Collins graduated from the Air Force Test Pilot School at Edwards Air Force Base, California, in 1990. She was selected by NASA and became an astronaut in July 1991. After tours at Kennedy Space Center (shuttle launch and landing) and Johnson Space Center (shuttle engineer and capsule communicator), she flew the space shuttle as pilot in 1995 aboard Discovery. She was also the pilot for Atlantis in 1997, where her crew docked with the Russian Space Station MIR. Collins became the first woman commander of a U.S. spacecraft with shuttle mission Columbia in 1999, the deployment of the Chandra X-Ray Observatory. Her final space flight was as commander of Discovery in 2005, the “Return to Flight Mission” after the tragic loss of Columbia. She has logged more than 6,751 hours in 30 different types of aircraft and more than 872 hours in space as a veteran of four space flights.
Collins currently serves on several boards and advisory panels, is a professional speaker and an aerospace consultant. She is married with two children.
Collins is also a member of the Air Force Association, Order of Daedalians, Women Military Aviators, Women in Aviation International, U.S. Space Foundation, the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics, and the Ninety-Nines.
