Sara’s View of Life with Sara Troy, on air from October 25th
Once we wrote on cave walls, or played the TomToms to relay a message, then the scrolls and then came letters. We have come to far since then, now we can connect via, email, social media, text, phone, zoom, video calls, EMOGIES plus plus. SO WHY ARE WE SAYING LESS?
With so many ways to talk to each other, why have we become abbreviations of what we want to say or have we become lazy? Business was conducted through letters, calls or in person; along came the email and it changed our live, we became to much more efficient because of them.
Enter Social Media, which was meant to be a platform of socialization and connections, but now has become a business platform, which is great in building a connection, but not in place of doing business..
So please be mindful of how you reach people, follow through and give them content, and in the end, it is those that take the extra mile with their communications who have the best foundation, there are no short cuts to building relationships with potential clients.
So be social, even promote your work on social media, but please interact with people, make the time, connect and invite, and follow through with a call, a zoom, or email, please.

Do you know you’re inside the Meatrix? Stuart Waldner is offering you the red pill. Are you ready to take it?
Though Stuart didn’t set out to be an environmental food activist, after transitioning to a plant-based lifestyle in 2008 and feeling better physically, he set out to uncover the statistical connections between our dietary choices and the worldwide crises we’re facing. His new eye-opening book, Escape the Meatrix, is a wake-up call for those willing to face the facts. “My book isn’t for Vegans. It’s for folks trapped in the Meatrix,” says Stuart.
A plant-based person saves the life of one animal everyday
The environmental impact and effects of the meat-eating industry on the planet
Eating meat is not sustainable — the Earth’s resources are not infinite
Indoctrination and why we don’t question eating meat
Why are we taught to care for certain animals but not others? Speciesism – some animals are pets, others are food
The cozy relationship between the Meatrix and the US government: “I don’t like to get into politics too much, but food is political.”
Meat industry spent 200 million just lobbying against climate change legislation
Marketing meat – ever consider how some of the most effective marketing campaigns revolve around the consumption of meat and animal products? Beef. It’s What’s for Dinner; Pork. The Other White Meat; The Incredible Edible Egg; Got Milk?
The shift from local farms to big conglomerates
In researching the book, he discovered that the top 9 of 11 causes of deaths in the US could be reduced by a plant-based lifestyle
The impact of meat on lung function – the same as chronic smoking
Alzheimer’s – the connection between animal-based foods and blood supply to our brains
Busting meat myths: Evolution – we evolved to eat meat, didn’t we?
Stuart Waldner is an activist and an author who invites readers to take the red pill as they Escape the Meatrix, the title of his debut non-fiction book, written after he transitioned to a plant-based diet in 2008. As his health improved, he felt better, and the more he learned about the statistical connections between our dietary choices and the worldwide climate crises we face, the more he felt an urgency to tell other people —for our health and for the planet.?
Waldner spent nearly two decades exploring Earth’s greatest wonders and connecting with sacred sites around the globe. When he’s not advocating for the health of people and the planet, he spends time playing with his dogs, cooking plant-based foods, running, and restoring his 128-year-old Victorian home.

Sara’s View of Life with Sara Troy, on air from October 18th
Love, is it just a word we use to try and express how we feel, or do we know that love comes truly from within and is expressed out? We say we love someone, or something, but do we understand what love really is?
Love is not just a feeling; it is not just your heart beating; it is your very essence and a part of your soul, heart, spirit, and mind-body. YOU ARE THE LOVE. We are so busy chasing love that we realize we are love. It is in every pore, every cell, and every part of us. The universe comes through our heart via the soul to ignite the spirit to enlighten the mind, which feeds the body. When we embrace that loving energy and allow it to flow through us, we then know what love really is, US.
We look to people to complete us, but that never works; for only in completing ourselves and becoming love can we truly invite the honest vibrational love that complements you. When we are strong in our love of self, of our purpose, of loving life and our part in it, will you attract the rights souls to you.
When we realize that love is us and all around us in every living thing, we see life differently, we see it through grateful eyes and illumination, so we take the journey into self-love and feel what it is really like to be a loving human being and live life from a self loving heart and soul, igniting our spirit into loving light.
