MA 20-40 Dr. Klara Gubacs-Collins. Winning my “Grand Slam” an ecstatic feeling!

Mental Health Awareness with Sara Troy and her guest Dr Klara Gubacs-Collins, on air from September 29th

A mind is a crazy place. How do you navigate across this jungle where the confusion is rife and chaos reigns to come out as the champion in your field?

“This is the time to crush your goals like never before”, they said. But there is something undefinable, percolating in your mind. Holding you back from achieving success. I’ve been in that spot many times.

Like several high achievers, I craved winning. For me it turned into winning that one last trophy to clinch my “grand slam”. When push came to shove? I was a complete disaster. Why now? I didn’t feel any different and won many times before.

Since this was the first time I really, consciously, wanted to “win” something. It was also the first time I crashed with my deep Inner Core Conflict (ICC).

I looked for help everywhere. You see, the traditional approaches were missing one key concept: getting to the deep-rooted cause of the problem in a step by step sequential manner. I realized that The Inner Core Conflict (ICC) is the main culprit that holds us back. With a champion’s effort I developed the most potent system that for over 10 years has helped professionals bring their best when it matters the most.

The Winning Mind Blueprint (WMB) is a 5-stage step-by-step system based on the combination of scientific and spiritual processes that creates radical transformation FAST!

While we all get tangled up in this negative mind chatter. High achievers fight through this conflict most of the time, but at a high price! You don’t have to FIGHT anymore! What if you could finally develop a Winning Mind, wake up every morning ready to tackle your next dream so you can start taking control of your time, energy and health?

NOW you can.

Winning my “Grand Slam” has been an ecstatic feeling! Let’s get you to perform to the best of your ability and become a champion in your practice, business, sports, and life! Feel free to reach out if you ever need any support and guidance on these tricky horses. We can get it done together in half the time.

Dr. Klara Gubacs-Collins is a University Professor, Professional Speaker, Author. Coach and Multiple Champion Athlete.

My background is in product development, business and strategy analysis, and project management. My goal is to assist organizations in applying measurable processes to support their member’s mental health. I believe that when organizations utilize proactive strategies with their mental health resources they will not only increase the overall wellbeing of their members, they will increase their organization’s bottom line.

My pivotal career moments:

In 2000: I developed a Group Home Youth at Risk Management Model for individuals in Ontario who live in group home settings. I specifically worked with youth at risk and individuals living with intellectual disabilities. This work inspired a unique opportunity to create a software program to help these youth.

In 2012: I was invited to speak at the International Autism Conference as a keynote speaker to introduce this newly developed software. I was honoured to receive the Medical Research Award.

Later in 2012: my experience with software inspired the founding of Qwantech Inc., of which I am the Co-Founder and Product Developer. My accomplishments include providing software development analyst solutions for Health and Safety Ticketing Systems, Medical Management Systems, KPI and Reporting Systems, CRM’s, Fuel Management Software, and Learning Management Software among other diverse projects. I drove new business, strategic partnerships, and provided business analysis for product development.

In 2016: I was invited to present a software project for youth with intellectual disabilities titled “Finding the Path” for TEDx Talks.

RG20-39 Armin Brott, aka Mr. Dad –Parenting During Corona

Raising our gifted children with Sara Troy and her guest Armin Brott, AKA MY DAD, on air from September 22 nd

COULD CHILD/PARENT ABUSE BE HAPPENING IN USA?

PARENTING ANALYST: Armin Brott, aka Mr. Dad, is author of The New Father: A Dad’s Guide to The Toddler Years, a nationally published columnist on manhood and fatherhood, and Host of ‘Positive Parenting,’ a weekly talk show.

The coronavirus lockdowns around the world have sparked fears that many people may be living in quarantine with violent partners or spouses. A new study reveals a different disturbing pattern growing in isolation: young children abusing their parents.

Researchers from the universities of Oxford and Manchester find this “hidden” problem is intensifying during the pandemic, with the number of violent episodes skyrocketing by 70 percent.

The study of more than 100 families and 47 social workers reveals many moms and dads believe the months-long quarantine is making already volatile homes even more unstable. Parents say being confined at home is creating a “cabin fever effect.” For some, this “pressure cooker” environment leads to violent outbursts.

20-39 Ruth Ginsburg stood up for us, NOW let us stand up for each other.

Sara’s View of Life with Sara Troy thanks Ruth Bader Ginsburg, on air from September 22nd

“Because of this astounding human being . . .

* Women can take out a credit card in their own names without a male signatory

* Women can’t be fired for being pregnant

* Women can earn admittance into military academies

* Women are legally protected from any form of violence

* Women are allowed to live with their significant other without being married

* Women can ask for divorce due to domestic violence

* Women can open their own bank accounts without male permission

* Women can adopt a baby as a single woman

* Women are allowed to sue companies for pay discrimination even after six months have passed and on…and on…and on.

We owe an immeasurable amount of gratitude to Ruth Bader Ginsburg for the freedoms we enjoy today as women. It’s now on us to never take for granted the progress we’ve made while at the same time continuing her fight for equality and women’s rights.

Rest in power RBG.”
