Sara’s View of Life with Sara Troy on air from August 11th
Consciousness, Awakening, Enlightenment, Tuning-in, are all statements to allowing our selves to step into that source of energy that feeds our soul, heart, spirits, and minds.
We are in the age of Awakening to a higher consciousness that raises our vibration to a more loving and creative state of being. This is so needed right now as a human race we have let our selves down, and the only way out of this thunderous vibration of disruption is to rise up to a higher frequency in acts of caringness, kindness, and love of self, life and all in it.
The choice is ours, we can keep feeding the loathing, the disfunction, the hate, or we can feed the caringness, kindness, consideration, collaborations, our self love, love of all life, the cosmic loving energy and see how our lives and that of our planet rises up.

A Failure (nonperformance of something due, required, or expected) it does not mean that you are a failure, just that you tried something and it was not right or was there just to be a lesson learned.
In my eyes failure is giving up, making excuses to not try again and inability to redirect. Failure is a lesson, what did you learn from it? which redirection is it putting you in? How will you try next time?
I have had many perceived failures, I look at them as redirects, for they taught me many things and some of them was I was going in the wrong direction. It was time to redirect with the knowledge learnt and apply to the next path of discovery.
I know it can take some time to get over a failure, but lick your wounds, hug your self, have the pity party, but take the next step even if you do not know where it is going.

Building your business with Sara Troy and her guest Brenden Kumarasamy, on air from August 4th.
Brenden is the founder of MasterTalk, a YouTube channel he started to help the world master the art of public speaking and communication. He coaches purpose-driven entrepreneurs on how to master their message and share their ideas with the world.
Despite all the presentations I’ve given over my life, I still remember to this day how scared I was to post my first YouTube video.
I didn’t look like anything in my workshops or presentations, but I went ahead with this project for one reason.
As an experienced speaker and facilitator, Brenden understands that audience members need to walk away captivated, and above all, inspired to master the art of communication. It should be seen as something to look forward to rather than a burden that must be overcome.
Impact.
A wise friend once told me that I couldn’t possibly coach every human being on Earth with the limited time I had in my life, so I needed to go on video to share my message with the world. I got over my fear, practiced 100’s of times on camera until I was finally able to say that I was “YouTube Ready”.
All’s to say that when you care about others and only want to add value, you’ll be able to overcome any fear/obstacle in the service of others.
