Sara Troy and Sara’s View of Life, on air from November 15th
How we see ourselves can be so detremental to our wellbeing, stop putting yourself down and see the beauty of you, within you. We get so dictated to by what we think is beautiful that we stop seeing our own beauty, as we age we see sagging, wrinkles, graying, instead we should see life lived, laughter lines, silver halo and resonate all the beauty within and around us.
I love a woman who embraces her age, her battle scars, her life lived, for it shows me her truimphs, it shows me her resonance of beauty exuding from her very being.
We need to love ourselves as we are and let that love flow, for it is that love in which we grow in and in which we are truly seen.
Here is a show I did on the beauty of age. GO HERE

My company The Art of Positive Living has been operational since 2001, where I discovered my ability to help people in a different way. I will be speaking to what is the Art of Positive Living and why our thoughts, words, feelings and intent is important in embracing that positivity.
We are what we invite, we are what we vibrationally put out, we are our content or discontent, we must choose what we feed in order to perceive its actualization. I have been running a program for the last 43 years called Your View of Lifewhich speaks to where you are in life right now, and when we see the now we understand the how. I will speak of my view and the world’s view of life right now. Check out the full program. discovering-your-true-s-e-l-f

Positive Vibration Roundtable with Sara Troy and her guests Pablo Stennett and Emree Franklin, on air from November 15th
An anthem of hope for a new generation, “We Are Tomorrow” is an effort to send a positive message, to bring awareness and spark discussion about the steps we must take to improve our world. At its core, the message is about being mindful of the challenges and issues that relate to each of us individually, and encouraging positive change while influencing how the next generation perceives the world and their place in it.
We believe that “We Are Tomorrow” will shine a light on the renewed importance of a timeless message: that collectively, working as one.

The song “We Are Tomorrow” is a vision born of deep passion from the heart of multi-Grammy winning musician Pablo Stennett, who composed and produced the music. The veteran bassist, composer and producer collaborated with his core team to create this new anthem of inspiration.
Driven by an infectious melody, powerful and insightful lyrics and deep, global grooves, “We Are Tomorrow” offers an introduction to the incredible voice and artistry of emerging singer/songwriter Emree Franklin, who is backed by a multi-ethnic chorus of beautiful and talented young children. Emree Franklin is a rising 21-year-old singer, songwriter and recording artist whose captivating voice and poignant lyrics speak eloquently to the hopes and dreams of young women. Growing up as the daughter of master falconers in the San Juan Islands north of Seattle, Emree was deeply influenced by the naturalist lifestyle of the Pacific Northwest.
Moving to Nashville in 2013, she began honing her songwriting skills and became prolific in penning songs that range stylistically from acoustic Americana to a soulful blend of Pop. Her writing began transcending genres, as her vocals were featured on house and trans tracks, released on Soundcloud. In addition, one of her tunes was recently selected for a major motion picture.
Emree’s natural signature storytelling talent draws inspiration from her life experiences. Striving to write songs that are heartfelt, authentic and boldly honest, she writes openly about emotions that speak to her generation. She brings that sense of authenticity to the collaboration with Pablo Stennett on “We Are Tomorrow.”

Maggie spent 20 (mumble) years in the corporate world. Granted, it was in wine, but it wasn’t all sipping and spitting! She led many large projects and cross-functional teams – many of them global. She had a unique career path, fixing a lot of broken systems, structures and processes, which gave her access to a wealth of tools and metaphors.
In her coaching practice today, she will use anything at all that helps her clients to take inspired action and fulfill their true and full potential. These things can come from the world of science (neuroscience, quantum physics, nutrition), from the land of corporate (project and change management, executive coaching, process improvement), the world of woo (visualizations, thought work, metaphysics), pop culture or just random fun things (humor, jargon, sticky notes and Tombow markers.)
Maggie lives in a quirky, almost imaginary world that looks suspiciously like Stars Hollow (of Gilmore Girls fame), with a workspace straight from the set of The Good Witch, except that it is in Sonoma, California, where there really isn’t any snow. She thinks in a weird combination of metaphors, song lyrics and Excel.
