Our conversation with Sara and Lesia is about how we can guide this Gen Y generation to listen from within and embrace their divine souls, hearts and spirit minds.
Lesia Kohut is a Soul Excavator, empowering young, adult professionals to live their extraordinary and true life’s purpose through connection with, and mindful use of the indwelling Universal Power (Creative Source Energy) within all of us.
Using a variety of techniques including Mindset Shifting, Visioning, Meditation, Tapping (EFT), and Spiritual Mind Treatment, Lesia inspires her audience to dig deep, let go of limiting beliefs and embrace the infinite potentiality we all are.
Through this connection with an expansion of Consciousness, Lesia’s clients are able to deepen their relationships with their clients, community and themselves; discover how to best be of service; and, help create and foster a world founded in compassion, understanding, and love.
Lesia is currently working on her first book, and on the Triple C Ministry Project (Consciousness, Creativity and Conversation) as part of her Spiritual Practitioner Studieand evolving ministry.

Currently, five generations make up our society. Each of those five generations has an active role in the marketplace. Depending on the specific workplace, the workforce includes four to five generations. Here are the birth years for each generation:
- Gen Z, iGen, or Centennials: Born 1996 and later
- Millennials or Gen Y: Born 1977 to 1995
- Generation X: Born 1965 to 1976
- Baby Boomers: Born 1946 to 1964
- Traditionalists or Silent Generation: Born 1945 and before.
