Ignite your heart and soul with Sara Troy and her guest Susan Walter, on air from February 22nd
Art is my spiritual practice, considering myself to be an Intuitive Visionary Artist creating Sacred Art and Divine Space. Using art and sound as a way to connect with the Divine and with the Universe, with the intention of helping others to recognize the divine within themselves.
How can one truly explain their connection with the Divine and the Universe at large, this is something that can only be felt with a conscious heart.
Susan is an Intuitive Visionary Artist. After near-death experiences as a child, Susan was given the ability to see into the Angelic Realms allowing her to see the angels in their pure light form. She uses this ability to draw your Angels Portrait and relay messages and insights from your angels.
Susan is also the Artist/Author of the Solfeggio Mandala Activation Guides & Meditation Decks assisting us to realign with our original blueprint. She also creates healing art with a conscious heart from her visions during meditation. This is her way of connecting with the divine and assisting humanity to do the same and recognize the divine within ourselves and each other.

Quantum Spirituality with Sara Troy and her guest Permelia Parham, on air from February15th
We all have an Energy Field (aura) with energy moving through and around us with specific vibrations. Each person has different vibrations that can become blocked through negative thoughts, words, feelings and actions. If these blocks are not removed, they will eventually manifest as disharmony in our physical bodies. Vibrational Healing occurs when our physical energy and our soul energy are in balance.
My “why” is to create and support a proactive wellness society. We have been a reactive illness society for too long. I am in the process of designing an International Wellness Corporation called The Healing Institute Inc. which includes holistic practitioners and information on holistic wellness practices.
Permelia Parham has studied and taught energy and emotional healing for over 20 years. She is a Certified Body Code and Emotion Code Practitioner. For 4 years, Permelia has offered emotional healing sessions to release unprocessed negative emotions from the subconscious. Permelia has had great success working with adults, children, and animals by releasing these unprocessed negative emotions for better health. Through her company, Vibrational Healing, Permelia also provides individual consultations by teaching strategies on how to realign limiting beliefs, heal past lifetime energy, and balance chakras which in turn expands self-awareness and empowers her clients to make positive and successful life changes.
What is the Body Code? It is an energy healing technique that assists in identifying imbalances and disconnections in the body ~ including Trapped Emotions.
What are Trapped Emotions? Trapped Emotions are unprocessed negative emotions that get trapped in our body due to stress, illness or an emotional event.
Why it is important to have a Body Code? Releasing imbalances, disconnections and trapped emotions provides better health, increased joy and happiness and greater success in all areas of life.
Permelia lives and works in Parksville, BC on Vancouver Island.
My give-away is a 20 minute complimentary Body Code information session.

Mental Health Awareness with Sara troy and her guest Dr Amelia Kelley, on air from February 15th
What I Wish I Knew: Surviving and Thriving After an Abusive Relationship.
Whether you are a survivor of domestic violence, or in a relationship wrought with intimidation, gaslighting or control of any kind, it’s time to regain the part of yourself that you may have lost and find your support network to regain living your true authentic life. In What I Wish I Knew: Surviving and Thriving After an Abusive Relationship written by co-author Dr. Amelia Kelley and survivor Kendall Ann Combs, the authors use the journey of Ms. Combs’ tragic relationship experience along with Dr. Kelley’s trauma-informed, psychotherapist techniques and real strategies to support women and men who have experienced toxic, unhealthy, abusive relationships. Dr. Kelley’s whole health approach to healing and self-care is critical for those suffering from violence and other forms of relationship abuse. She shares eye-opening anecdotes, cutting-edge research, facts, and intimate wisdom in this much needed, gripping guide. The statistics of physical abuse in relationships are still astounding:
1 in 3 women have been abused by an intimate partner in their lifetime, according to the United States Center for Disease Control and Prevention.
However, emotional abuse is almost equal for both genders, with close to half of both having experienced at least one form of psychological aggression by an intimate partner (which can include gaslighting, coercive control, being insulted, humiliated, or acted upon in a dangerous manner). CDC/2018*
In addition, COVID 19 exacerbated alarming statistics regarding domestic violence and emotional abuse in the U.S. (NIH**).

She shares eye-opening anecdotes, cutting-edge research, facts, and intimate wisdom in this much-needed, gripping guide. What I Wish I Knew is part memoir by Ms. Combs about her former relationship, and part therapy and advice by Dr. Kelley who has worked with abuse survivors for over fifteen years. Throughout her career, Dr. Kelley has focused her research and training on serving those recovering from trauma, resulting in attachment and relationship issues. The book provides resources for those trying to break the cycle of abuse as well as recognize when your relationship is unhealthy and maybe even dangerous. Additionally, What I Wish I Knew can serve as a resource for those in helping professions, or for loved ones supporting someone in an abusive relationship. The Book’s Backstory: Co-author Kendall Ann Combs is a survivor of domestic violence who offers help and support to others going through similar situations with her podcast, “High Heels and Heartache.” She offers advice to survivors and those currently in abusive relationships as a free resource. On her podcast she discusses relationship issues to help her listeners recover from toxic, unhealthy, and abusive relationships. Dr. Amelia Kelley is a licensed therapist who came across Ms. Combs’ podcast by chance. After reaching out to Ms. Combs, they created a powerful episode exploring how trauma impacts the body. Since then, the two have supported one another’s mission to bring healing to those experiencing abuse and trauma in their relationships.
Dr. Amelia Kelley is a trauma-informed therapist who has conducted research on the effects of exercise on ADHD symptoms as well as the effects of resiliency on PTSD. She is a trained Hypno-therapist, Art therapist, HSP Therapist, EMDR-informed therapist and meditation and Yoga teacher. She is a presenter and writer in the “science-help” field focusing on relationships, Highly Sensitive Persons, trauma, motivation, healthy living, and adult ADHD. She is a guest podcast presenter focusing on women’s issues and coping with the trauma of unhealthy relationships, as well as a coach and trainer for SAS’s Work/Life Program in Cary, NC and a resident trainer for the NC Art Therapy Institute. Her practice is also currently part of the Traumatic Stress Research Consortium at the Kinsey Institute.

Sara’s View of Life with Sara Troy, on air from February 15thArt by Natasha.
Super Heroes, fighting the bad guys, warding off evil, there are so many TV shows movies games, etc, that build the superhero up to solving all our problems. There is a major flaw in this, it is feeding the need for an enemy, someone evil to fight, when the fight is always within us and in what we create around us.
We get excited about creating or supporting an enemy. Why does someone or a particular party get so much attention for instigating discord, hate, fear, ego, and lack, when we have so many good people doing so much for humanity? Is it an avoidance of our own discord, our own inner imbalance? and that it is easy to fight externally than internally.
Is it not sexy enough to have a more peaceful solutional view on life? do we love living in constant turmoil? Do we think we are thriving on all this imbalance? Where is the gain? all it does is cause a physical, mental, and spiritual dis-ease that leads to illness and a lack of everything in our lives.
THERE IS A BIG INTEREST IN KEEPING CERTAIN PEOPLE DOWN, EDUCATIONALLY, FINANCIALLY, SPIRITUALLY, AND ACCORDING TO RACE. THE ENEMIES IN POWER DO NOT WANT PEOPLE TO RISE UP BECAUSE THEY WILL LOSE CONTROL. FEAR SELLS, DIVISION SELLS FEAR, AND IF WE WANT TO COMBAT THAT, WE NEED TO BE RISE UP TO A HIGHER FREQUENCY OF LOVE, PURPOSE, AND ENLIGHTENMENT AND BECOME THE UNITED HERO’S THAT SAY NO MORE. FOR THAT YOU HAVE TO SET YOURSELF FREE FROM THE INSIDE OUT.
I interview people who have chosen to walk away from the world of turbulence and for their sanity, health and abundance, have chosen to live a more enriching life that not only gives them more purpose and fulfillment but also serves the whole of society in a far greater manner.
If we need a hero so much, why do we not see the true heroes all around us and that lie deep within us? There are so many who have fought the inner battle, the outer infliction of pain and anguish, but because they went through it in courage, strength, and a willingness to be free, they are now able to live in wonderful possibilities and some awesome abilities; they thrive today and shine bright and shows us how to do the same.
So seed the seeds of love, water nurture and shine loving warmth on those seeds, and become the fruit of love and light in our own life and in the lives of others. We have enough enemies, there is enough hate in the world, and to much division, it is time to see the hero’s of light and love and appreciate them for being that hope, that encouragement, being that teacher and shining so bright in inspiration, for these are the true hero’s and there is a hero within you, just waiting for you to ignite.
