I was working at a stock brokerage firm as a sales assistant, but then, due to my own very painful birth experiences, I created a super successful childbirth program (Hypnobabies Hypnobirthing). To help other people, I became a hypnotherapist and put hypno-anesthesia in my childbirth program as well as binaural beats, affirmations and mindfulness (we call it The Mindful Connection) to help women enjoy a much easier and more comfortable pregnancy, birth and postpartum! It has made a huge difference for so many – avoiding that first traumatic birth, or having the healing birth they dreamed of!

Raising Children at any time can be hard, but when we have a society that is leaving them behind and not addressing their unique needs, it makes it so much harder. I have put a collaborative book together to bring awareness of some of the issues around the raising of our children in todays world, and what changes are need to support our children and their own struggles and gifts.

Raising children is no easy feat, and it seems like the challenges are only growing in today’s world. Our society often neglects the unique needs of our kids, making the job of parenting even more demanding.

That’s why I’ve taken the initiative to compile a collaborative book that sheds light on the pressing issues surrounding the upbringing of our children in the contemporary world. It’s essential to recognize both the struggles they face and the incredible gifts they bring into our lives.

Through this book, I hope to raise awareness and advocate for the changes that are desperately needed to support our children. It’s time we come together as a community, as parents, and as a society to ensure our children have the nurturing environment they deserve to thrive and grow. Together, we can make a positive difference in their lives and the future of our world.

In our collaborative book project, we’ve brought together a diverse group of passionate authors who are dedicated to addressing the pressing issues surrounding raising children in today’s world. Each author brings their unique perspective and insights to the table, making this book a comprehensive resource for parents, caregivers, and anyone interested in the well-being of our children.

“It’s a funny thing about life. We send our wishes, hopes, and dreams out into the vastness, almost like throwing a message in a bottle into the ocean, hoping that the universe will answer. We meticulously chart out our paths, believing we’ve accounted for every twist and turn. We anticipate a rhythm, expecting milestones to unveil themselves one at a time. But here’s the catch: the universe has its own rhythm, its own mysterious cadence that doesn’t always align with our carefully laid plans.

And now, here I am. I waited, I hoped, and sometimes even doubted. But just when I least expected it, the universe delivered. It didn’t hand me one answer; it showered me with all of them, all at once. It’s like waiting for a bus on a cold winter’s day for what feels like hours, and then three show up simultaneously. It’s overwhelming, thrilling, and a tad bit intimidating.

So, the challenge I face isn’t about the waiting anymore. It’s about juggling these blessings, these opportunities that have suddenly been thrust upon me. I find myself in the thick of it all, doing a delicate balancing act, ensuring that not a single ball drops. It’s a reminder that life’s gifts don’t always come in expected packages or on our timeline. Sometimes, it’s a flood when we were bracing for a drizzle. But amidst the chaos, there’s a lesson, a hidden blessing, teaching us agility, resilience, and the power of embracing the unexpected.”
