Love Our Animals

We have done many a show on our pets and animals in general through the years. We speak to the well beingness, their heart and souls and what they mean to us as a humanity.

Here you will find heartwarming tales and insightful discussions about our beloved furry, feathered, and scaled friends. You know, through the years, we’ve shared countless stories about our pets and the incredible role animals play in our lives. It’s been a journey filled with laughter, sometimes tears, but always with immense love and respect for these wonderful beings.

Let’s talk about not just the joy and companionship our pets bring, but also their well-being, their soulful eyes that seem to understand us better than we understand ourselves. These creatures, they’re not just pets, are they? They’re family, they’re healers, they’re our connection to a more natural, instinctive way of life.

And it’s not just about our domestic buddies. Let’s broaden our horizon to the wild ones, the majestic beings that roam the earth, air, and seas. They too have stories, they too have a place in the fabric of our world. Their survival, their rights, their habitats – they matter just as much.

On our shows, I bring in experts – from vets to wildlife champions – to shed light on these topics. But hey, this isn’t just my show, it’s ours. So, I want to hear from you. Your stories, your questions, your experiences with these amazing animals. Let’s make this a conversation, a community.

Together, let’s celebrate, protect, and learn more about our animal companions and the wild wonders that grace our planet. Stay tuned, and let’s continue this incredible journey together.

Till next time, keep loving and respecting all creatures great and small.”

Swapna Abraham.

Multiple World Record Holder & Award Winner, Singer-Songwriter, Actor, Author, Interior Designer, Mentor and Versatile Corporate Professional.

A multiple world record holder and award winner, Swapna Abraham is a singer-songwriter, actor, author, interior designer, mentor, and versatile corporate professional from Kerala with her roots and formation in India and prime experience in the UAE.

Swapna has authored and produced 21 musical albums and performed extensively on the international gospel music platform (www.swapnaabraham.com). Holding 4 world records in singing and songwriting with the Golden Book of World Records (www.1000songsin1000days.com), she has also published a memoir ‘She Played In The Dark’ entailing the journey and lessons through the 1000-day world record journey.

SHOW THREE. Composed live – music and lyrics, one song everyday for 1000 days from 8 April 2017 to 2 January 2020

This project was an afterthought before embarking on a world record attempt to establish legitimacy in the outcome. And proceeded to be a world record in its own right with the Golden Book of World Records – Longest quotidian feat of composing, producing and publishing children’s song incessantly.

SHOW TWO. ‘She Played In The Dark’ is the story of a protagonist that found her own definition of and path to fulfilment and success if one may call it that. All this with the responsibility of caring for two college-going children, one of which got married and had two babies in the course of the challenge; aged parents who were always at the back of her mind, the hustle with a rather busy day job that paid the bills, health matters, any travel whether it was on the road to work, by air reaching family and friends or in a lift headed for home (and the challenge).

SHOW ONE. To share my story of realizing my calling after having reached what I imagined was a dead end. There are people out there that are probably at that dead end and cannot see the light of day. If mine could help them see and navigate, I’d have achieved far more than I did through my 1000-day challenge that set four world records in singing-songwriting and everything until then.

  • Finalist – Spring 2023 – World Songwriting Awards – Best Modern Country Song
  • Official 2023 Finalist – InterContinental Music Awards

She is presently producing the 1000 songs that were written on A Children’s Song A Day through the 1000 days and that set one of the four world records; and is soon expecting it to be published internationally along with the song book in two volumes. Building your business with Sara Troy and her guest Jackie Cote, on air from November 28th

My Why is to help as many women as possible awaken, empower and own who they are meant to be on this earth so they can create their freedom lives and exponentially impact the world through their journeys.  This all starts with loving self fully and unapologetically showing up in their world. Being someone who was very successful in leadership management in the chaotic world of restaurants I always knew I was meant for more and doing my own thing but I just didn’t know what or how. Once I was shown the possibility of coaching and mentoring in my own business my whole world changed in a moment!

Your Freedom Life is waiting for you!!

Now she mentors ambitious professionals who no longer believe in the hustle and grind, but aren’t quite sure how to get out of that without losing the success they’ve already built.  After working with Jackie, you start doing what you are meant to be doing instead of what you think you “should” be doing while still creating more time, money, and freedom.

C23-48. Misty Laboy, Self Love Mentor

Choose Positive Living with Sara Troy and her guest Misty Laboy, on air from November 28th

Join a discussion on such profound and multifaceted topics like self-love & self-acceptance, radical honesty, spiritual journeys, plant medicine, living your truth, open marriage, ethical non-monogamy, self-confidence, and body image, offers a rich ground for exploration and learning. Here are some insights and questions that could contribute to the conversation: Here are some insights and questions that could contribute to the conversation:

  1. Self-Love & Self-Acceptance: These are foundational for personal growth and happiness. Discussing how to cultivate self-love in a world that often promotes unrealistic standards can be enlightening. How do different cultures and societies view and encourage self-love?
  2. Radical Honesty: This concept involves being truthful to oneself and others, including in uncomfortable situations. How does practicing radical honesty impact personal relationships and self-perception? Are there limits to how and when it should be applied?
  3. Spiritual Journey: Spirituality can take many forms and doesn’t necessarily have to be tied to religion. What are various ways people embark on spiritual journeys? How do these journeys impact their worldview and inner peace?
  4. Plant Medicine: Discussing the use of plants for healing, both physically and mentally, opens up a conversation about traditional and alternative medicine practices. How have different cultures utilized plant medicine, and what is its role in modern healthcare?
  5. Living Your Truth: This can mean different things to different people. What does it mean to live authentically in today’s world, and how does one balance personal truths with societal expectations?
  6. Open Marriage and Ethical Non-Monogamy: These are important topics in the context of modern relationships. How do couples navigate these waters while maintaining trust and respect for each other? What are the misconceptions and challenges?
  7. Self-Confidence & Body Image: In a world bombarded with images of ‘ideal’ bodies and lifestyles, fostering self-confidence and a healthy body image is crucial. How do media and culture influence our perceptions of ourselves, and what can be done to promote a healthier view?

Each of these topics is a deep well of discussion in itself, and together, they weave a complex tapestry of human experience and psychology. The key in such a discussion is to maintain openness, respect, and a willingness to understand diverse perspectives.

I’m Misty Laboy, a Master Makeup Artist, Weight Loss Advisor, and Self-Love Mentor. My journey began as an art student selling Cosmetics to put myself through college and support my family. Along the way, I discovered my passion for helping women transform inside and out. Despite achieving success in my career, I struggled with my weight until I found that diets don’t work, but lifestyle changes do. This realization led me to the top 2% of my company and a mission to help others shed pounds and gain confidence. However, my own journey toward self-love was the most profound transformation of all. In 2020, I hit a low point and embarked on a spiritual self-love journey, healing addiction and finding inner fulfillment. Now, I empower women to discover their worth beyond appearances, as I did. Join me in embracing self-love and manifesting a life that exceeds your wildest dreams!
