The Earth Organization (TEO) is a science and logic based environmental solutions non-profit. After observing that, despite 80-plus years of environmental conservation and restoration messages being shouted from media rooftops, so many people don’t know what to do in their own lives to help be part of the solution to restore the health of our planet. Worse, people commonly think that, to achieve a healthier planet, mankind can’t flourish and prosper and the economy must be suppressed. The organization is dedicated to educating people on rational solutions that not only benefit nature, but also people, jobs, and business and industry, as well.

For over 40 years, Barbara Wiseman has led humanitarian and environmental initiatives worldwide. As Co-Founder and President of The Earth Organization with chapters in nine countries, she champions science-based, non-political environmental solutions to some of today’s toughest challenges. Her journey began in the 1970s helping to resettle 60,000 refugees and later hosting the nationally syndicated radio program Building a Better World. In the 80’s and 90’s she headed up one of the largest private practice consulting firms in the U.S. Today, she brings that same passion for storytelling and problem-solving to global environmental action.
