Your Health is Your Choice with Sara Troy and her guest Brad Williams, on air from February 28th
My WHY?
Personal Trainer for 13 years helping the over 40 crowd stay fit. Between turning 40 myself now and recovering from a horrible back injury has left me with a new mindful perspective on training and health in general. My mission is to better serve those who are over 40. I have several different Hacks that help with this.
Over the last decade, Brad owned and operated three gym locations in Orange County, and oversaw 40+ independent personal trainers each with their unique training styles. He built a loyal following and sought-after client/trainer community culture within each of his gym locations.
Post COVID, Brad had to focus more on online training and had started his first fitness podcast called Over 40 Fitness Hacks. He wanted the show to revolve around his passion of helping the over 40 crowd fight the aging process, while still having a social life.

Building your business wit Sara Troy and her guest Mary Lee Gannon, on air from February 28th
My topic is relevant for anyone who wants to be respected at work, advance in their career, and prioritize well-being without being so overworked they don’t connect with the people who matter.
I went from welfare, food stamps, medical assistance, being homeless and without an automobile to quickly being a CEO of a $33 million organization.
My “Why?” is that working harder is not the only necessary strategy to advance in your career. At a certain level everyone does that. Yet really hard working and great people get passed over in their careers because they either haven’t positioned their value proposition to create measurable impact, or they sit back waiting for their merits to get noticed. I help leader advance quickly and feel satisfied.
Success is freedom. Not more hours, says Executive Coach Mary Lee Gannon. Mary Lee was a stay at home mother of four children living what looked on the outside to be the country club life yet she was in an unpalatable marriage. She filed for divorce as a leap of faith, not at all prepared for the avalanche that befell her. Within six months she and her children were homeless, without an automobile and on welfare, food stamps, and medical assistance. She quickly reinvented her life as the CEO of organizations worth up to $33 million to support her family. She helps leaders get off the treadmill to nowhere and be respected, advance in their careers and prioritize well-being with her 5 Star Leader Formula.
Mary Lee began her executive leadership quest on the heels of a divorce as a single mother of four children under seven-years-old on welfare. She committed herself to the intention that public assistance was not the way she would lead her life and realized that to support five people she didn’t have time to go back to school or work her way to the top. She freelanced as a writer and public relations consultant to feed her children while she built her toolbelt of leadership quantifiers. She assessed her signature strengths, developed her transferable skills, volunteered to showcase measurable accomplishments, built connections, and grew a sphere of influence. Her first full time role in corporate America was as a president of a hospital foundation when she had held no prior paid positions in the field. As she grew her portfolio of successes, so grew the size of the organizations she ran and her income. Today, she is the CEO of a $33 million hospital foundation and is also an executive coach whose mission is to help good people become respected leaders quickly so they can enjoy a great life with people they care about without compromising their well-being. Success is freedom. Not more hours.

Her life goes from bad to worse when a wicked neighbor steals the baby. Things look up when the handsome son of Maggie’s employer falls for her. Anika Savoy is an award-winning author and attorney who has always felt a supernatural pull. A healthy skeptic, she can’t deny her near-death experience and the shift it made in her life and writing. She attended McGill University and graduated with distinction in 1988 with a B.A. in English Literature. While at McGill, she won several creative writing contests. Thereafter, she wrote three historical romance novels. In 1998, Anika changed course and pursued her lifelong dream of becoming an attorney. She graduated from University of Cincinnati, College of Law with Dean’s Honors in 2001 and practiced law for almost 20 years. Now, Anika returns to her first love: writing historical romance. She endeavors to add paranormal elements that take readers into a fairy tale universe where ghosts and witches exist, and happy endings abound.
The Ghost In Her is the first in Anika Savoy’s Ungilded Series.
ESCAPE FROM MARIUPOL: A Survivor’s True Story is the tale of her perilous journey to freedom, an incredible tale of a brave young woman’s indomitable will to survive. As told to award-winning author Anne K. Howard, the book is a must-read for those who appreciate tales of extraordinary courage.
A lawyer gets inside the mind of a notorious New England serial killer in this award-winning and “grimly compelling” true crime (Kirkus).
For nine months of 2003, William Devin Howell went on a killing spree in and around New Britain, Connecticut. Seven people went missing; all of their bodies were eventually discovered in a wooded lot behind a strip mall. But the investigation that led to Howell’s arrest is only part of the story.
Attorney and author Anne K. Howard aka Anika Savoy, first contacted Howell while he was serving a fifteen-year sentence for one of his murders. He was about to be charged for the remaining six. A unique and disturbing friendship between the two began, comprised of written correspondence, face-to-face prison visits, and recorded phone calls. Over the course of years, Howell shared his troubled history with Howard. When his case was finally over, he told her every intimate, grizzly detail of how he became Connecticut’s most prolific serial killer.
In His Garden, Howard probes the complicated mind of William Devin Howell. It is a story that explores the eternal question of human evil and its impact on others, including the woman he chose to hear his horrific confession.

Building Your Business with Sara Troy and her guest Cassandra Little, on air from February 14th
Energy is something that is felt or experienced. As a highly sensitive individual, my awareness was highly in tune with the frequency of everything around me. I was consciously aware of my outer environment, my inner environment and everything in between. As a creative, and as many creatives know, it’s harder to create when you are stressed, or distracted, or focused on anything other than the task at hand. I struggled for many years to move forward in my business because there was too much energy working against me, and not enough supporting me. The biggest thing that made a difference for me was working with scalar energy tools and incorporating various energy practices that help me to connect more easily with what I call the flow state. In this space, I am supported, expansive and feel more connected to my authentic self – where everything just flows. As I continually worked to strengthen this muscle and be in this creative flow, the natural momentum of things would build and come into my life – clients, connections, relationships, opportunities. This led me to want to show others that there is a different way – a different way to doing business. We aren’t met to force, or push, or manipulate our businesses – this goes against the natural rhythm of flow. Can we connect and sit in our inner frequency, and allow this to be the invitation to opening us into creating an abundant business?
I’ve never been big on labels but if I would to give myself a title I would say I am an Intuitive Designer & Alignment Facilitator. How I got here was a merging of two worlds… I originally studied and went to school for graphic and website design. This ignited my passion for creation, and design. This led me to dive deeper into the digital world, learning all things about marketing, analytics, websites, emails, design, social media. I worked with many start up entrepreneurs helping them establish and create their online presence. Although I loved it, there was a part of me that felt like something was missing. So I ventured into more of the spiritual side of things, learning various different kinds of energetic and healing modalities – reiki, subtle aromatherapy, soulful communication, light healing, thai massage, sound healing, metaphysical anatomy technique – to name a few. I loved supporting people to shed the layers they needed to connect with their innermost self, and move forward in creating the life they deserved. So here I was with two passions, both in two seemingly different worlds that felt quite opposite from each other.
Fast forward to today, I help clients develop an authentic brand, and create a website that matches with the essence of who they are. Along with this I use different techniques and tools to energetically support them in moving into a coherent space within them so they can go forward and weave that energy into their business.

Think of Rapid Transformational Therapy as the shovel to dust off the true diamond that you really are , which is lying beneath heaps and piles of limiting beliefs, shoulds, should nots, not good enoughs, overthinking, self doubt, procrastination, underplaying yourself.
-What is it that leads to overthinking, procrastination, self doubt, followed by strategies to combat it.
-You were all born to let your inner light shine bright, please don’t dim it to make others around you feel comfortable.
-Our subconscious governs 95 % of our daily lives.
-Procrastination is the outward result of fear of failure and fear of judgement.
-The mind learns by repetition.
-The mind cannot hold conflicting beliefs.
-The mind respond to pictures and words you install.
-The quality of your inner dialogues determines the quality of your life.
-Inner child healing is a very important aspect of achieving and living at our best potential. Almost all subconscious self limiting beliefs take root during our very early years on earth.
I trained as a medical doctor, specialising further become an eye specialist.
I have been working in the National Health Services UK since 2013.
I was pretty burnt out working full time. Becoming a new mum and COVID lockdowns came in all together in 2021. I ended up in a really dark place. I had to get myself out of there. This gave me time for introspection, go deeper to look for what is it that I am truly called for. My desperate search led me to Marisa Peer via Mind valley quests ( online learning platform ).
Rapid Transformational therapy transformed my life and I listened to my inner calling to train in rapid transformational therapy. This was August 2021, when my son was 4 months old. I did the virtual online training and then the live training. As RTT transformed my life and I offer RTT sessions to help others find the true diamond with unlimited talent and possibilities that they really are by helping them get rid of the limiting beliefs and be the true authentic self there are meant to be
SKY IS NOT THE LIMIT, BUT YOUR BELIEF SYSTEM IS……
I still love working as a medical doctor, I have found more balance in my life. I work two days a week in the hospital setting and rest of the week I am providing life transforming RTT sessions and working on my own personal growth, development and of course being the best mum that I can be to my toddler son…..
