How To Be A Beacon Of Hope To Those Precious In Our Lives
-Relationship Expert/Author Heather Dugan Available For Insights-
This week, fans of The Ellen Degeneres Show and So You Think You Can Dance were shocked and saddened by the unexpected death of beloved Dancer/DJ/Actor/Producer Stephen “Twitch” Boss. The public acknowledgment of his passing by suicide has once again brought to the forefront discussion around mental illness and depression.
Acclaimed author and relationship expertHeather Dugan (The Friendship Upgrade) is offering insights into how we can endeavor to pay better attention to the signs of depression in our friends and loved ones, especially as we come upon a holiday season.
“Stephen “Twitch” Boss’s death has a personal impact on the many who watched him dance across their screens at home and online throughout the years. He exuded joy. To learn that, in the end, he wasn’t able to access that joy within himself is shocking and frightening”, says Dugan.
“The strongest amongst us are often the ones who lack a safe place to download the very basic trials of life, and we need this kind of connection to feel fully human… we have to share our weaknesses to access true strength. None of us can fully know the life experience of another, and some carry far more than we know. Real connection requires more than pleasantries, so create conversations.”
Heather Dugan is available to offer insights and important tips on how we can help those grappling with emotional darkness and supportive thoughts for those who are struggling, despite the challenges of mental illness often being silent or hidden from the view of others.
Sara’s View of Life, with Sara Troy, on air from December 13th
Consciousness, what is it, how do we access it, and why is it so important to rise up to it. Without a conscience, we have no compass; we can not tell wrong from right and do not know kindness, caringness, or compassion. A higher consciousness is tuned in to a higher frequency and vibration, and the higher we go, the more we know, and the more we care about each other.
You hear of people doing atrocities to another, they can not have a conscious, and therefore no heart connection, and most certainly, no opening up to a higher power, for a closed heart can not hear the wisdom from the higher forces.
Knowing your reason for being here, and living in your purpose and playing your unique instrument, is truly an illuminating and inspiring heart felt way to live. How do you get yourself to this state of being? by stepping in to that conscoiusness of enlightenment and heart soul connection, we become the solution, not only to our our own lives but also the lives of others.
It all starts with opening up your heart, that is your compass, it is where love projects from, and it is your generator, so open that heart by seeing all there is to love about yourself, this world, nature, childen, animals, the sky, the wind, the sun and waters, for all of it when you truly decide to be come engaged, will open you up and you will recieve the love and enlightenment, the visions of possiblities, and an excitment to rise up to that higher energy of a loving conscoiusness.
May you rise up to your loving consciouness and radiat from that love to one and all.

Ignite Your Heart and Soul with Sara Troy and her guest Jeanine Thompson, on air from December 13th
Are you searching for that elusive something missing? Do you feel an urgency that time is clicking by too fast, and if you don’t crack the code on your life, you’ll have regrets? Are parts of your life thriving less than you sense is possible, completely off course, or turned upside down? Do the local and global unfoldings feel overwhelming? All around us, life seems to be turning upside down.
Enter the Great Search. What is going on? Who am I?
Jeanine Thompson, Speaker, Transformational Coach, former Clinical Psychotherapist and Fortune 50 Executive, Author of 911 From Your Soul,
Jeanine’s multi-faceted expertise shapes her perspective on the underpinnings of the Great Search, the crumbling of systems that are no longer viable, and what you are really seeking.
Problem:
Why people universally feel a longing for what is sacred
We’ve lost our connection to the very essence of who we are and the creative power we are.
There’s a bigger call happening…a call to remember our underlying connection to that something bigger than us and to the oneness that is who we are.
The search is not external
You might seek the counsel of friends and experts, experiment with retail therapy, or chase a lifestyle status that you’re sure will make you happy and successful. Unfortunately, these methods will eventually fall short and offer only temporary satisfaction or relief.
Solution: At its core, The Great Search contains one constant for all of us: it comes from a longing for what is sacred within, beyond, and around you.
Come ‘home’ to the sanctuary of sage wisdom, rest, renewal, and clarity that is ever present within.
Create the conditions to “remember” who you really are.
Soul and Love are the antidotes that help you embody your Soulful Self and be the agent of transformation for yourself, others, and humanity.
Living your highest joy, contribution, potentiality, and prosperity is not only possible, it is vital for the health and well-being for all.
