  • Be ambitious: yes, that’s right, and it’s not an ugly word. Life is full of possibilities, but also there is a lot of expectations from ourselves and the people around us. If we lack ambition, we do not know where we want to go in life. Ambition, should be with a ‘royal capital A’ – be kind, understanding, honest and fair to people in your journey towards your goal. They will come with you, or at least, they will generously help you along the way.
  • Participate in Life: fully! Happily! Enthusiastically. Be there for your people. Be present, explore, be brave. Dance and sing. I should do more of this!
  • Think of the nature that surrounds you: moments of calm, beautiful sunrises and sunsets, enjoy the smell of the linden trees, dispose of your rubbish thoughtfully! Touch the soil and play with it. Cook hearty meals. Exercise.

Being your most authentic highest self, your most embodied self. Breathe into your true authentic soul being. Come home to yourself through the breath. Going from being a burned out celebrity wardrobe stylist/ stylist to the stars to a certified breathwork coach, embodiment teacher and Intuitive, I went from living in a place of fear and high cortisol, fight or flight in my nervous system to receiving and finding true homeostasis in the body, finding peace and joy. More faith and foundation all around. Physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually aligned and centered. Instead of running from the body and all I was feeling, I faced it and took my power back in my life. The authority within us when we become embodied and reach this homeostasis. It all starts in the nervous system. When you are regulated, you are real. Period.

I wish to share because I know what it’s like to live a life from your ego, pleasing others, being lost in who you truly are, fight or flight and not living for your own happiness and authenticity. Living for others happiness and never taking a breath. Trying to run away from your fears and limiting beliefs and instead of feeling you numb yourself. We have to feel in order to heal. Not being in my body, always trying to jump out of my body and get stuck in my mind.  Receiving that homeostasis. That Divine way we are created to be. Surviving to thriving in life.
