IG24-10. Viviane Casimir Zen Breath + Qi Gong

Ignite your heart and soul with Sara Troy and her guest Viviane Casimir, on air from March 5th

When I was in my twenties, I was obsessed with the meaning of life. Everything seemed dull to me, like zombie land. I came across a book that stated, “Quantum physics is like Zen; both question the reality we live in.” I was familiar with quantum physics but knew little about Zen. So, I began reading about it. This exploration shifted my consciousness towards the inner journey of self-discovery—Who am I? It became a journey of self-empowerment. Zen saved my life.  My spiritual journey took me to train in martial arts, Reiki, and I joined a Zen school (my Buddhist name is Myong Oh).  I combined all my expertise to create my approach called Myoku. My goal is to help people find inner peace through a Zen mind-body alignment, encouraging self-transformation and self-realization. It all begins by piercing through the ordinary to recognize the extraordinary in our daily lives, especially in these current times of transition on Earth. I humbly aspire to contribute to guiding humanity toward a better place of conscious evolution by reconnecting with our true nature.

24-10. When Spirit Talks Listen

Sara’s View of Life with Sara Troy, on air from March 5th

When the whispers of the spirit reach us, it’s imperative that we lend our ears, for ignoring these messages in favor of the relentless chatter of our minds often leads us astray. The spirit is unfailingly honest; it serves as our guide, aligning with the deepest truths of our hearts, and elevating our essence into action. This, in turn, brings lucidity to our thoughts.

Lately, I’ve found myself faltering, albeit in minor ways—missing details, losing my grip on tasks—attributable to my overzealous focus on rational thought, neglecting the profound wisdom housed within my soul. This experience has been a gentle reminder of the importance of maintaining a balance between the insights offered by our intellect and the guidance provided by our spirit. By embracing the latter, we ensure a path marked by fewer mistakes and a richer, more aligned existence.

Embracing forgiveness towards oneself is crucial, especially in the aftermath of mistakes. Acknowledging our missteps, seeking forgiveness from those affected, and importantly, refraining from harsh self-criticism are steps toward healing and growth. We all falter at times; it’s a shared human experience. Once we take responsibility and make amends, it’s only fair that others let go of any resentment they might hold. After all, our errors are seldom borne of malice. Understanding this, why should we not extend and receive forgiveness with grace? Holding onto past grievances serves little purpose. Instead, fostering a culture of forgiveness not only heals relationships but also enriches our collective humanity, allowing us to move forward with lighter hearts and a clearer conscience.

24-09. We made Amazon Best Seller

Sara’s View of Life with Sara Troy, on air from February 27th

After years of dreaming and meticulous planning, the universe aligned perfectly, allowing me to gather an exceptional group of authors for this significant project. It’s been a five-year journey filled with passion and dedication, culminating in a book that addresses the complexities and challenges of raising our children. I am overwhelmed with pride for every contributor’s effort and insight, which have been instrumental in shedding light on these crucial issues.

The journey has reached a remarkable milestone with the E-book achieving Best Seller status on Amazon, a testament to the book’s impact and the collective effort of all involved. This accomplishment is not just mine but belongs to every author, reader, and supporter who believed in our vision.

With the release of the Paperback edition, we are poised to broaden our reach even further. I encourage you to embrace this opportunity to share the knowledge and insights contained within its pages. Whether you purchase copies for churches, community centers, schools, child support groups, medical facilities, or government offices, you’re contributing to a vital discourse on child-rearing.

I also urge you to request your local bookstore to stock this invaluable resource. By doing so, you’re not just supporting our mission but also ensuring that more individuals have access to the wisdom and guidance our book offers. Together, we can make a significant impact and support parents and guardians through their journey, ensuring a brighter future for our children. Thank you for being an integral part of this journey. Your support is what makes all the difference.

Trust in Faith

Having been a person of ill health, depression, and loss, I know from my own experience that staying in spirituality is the only thing that will get you through. When despair knocks at your door, and you feel all is lost, the belief that you will make it through, even though you do not know how keeps you moving forward inch by inch.

Embracing the journey of life with its myriad of challenges requires a perspective rooted in faith and acceptance. It’s natural to find oneself questioning the fairness of our struggles, pondering, “Why me?” Yet, such questions often lead us down a path of isolation and despair, blinding us to the shared nature of human suffering. Each of us carries our own burden of pain, unique in its intensity and impact, yet universal in its existence. It’s crucial, therefore, to resist the urge to compare our hardships, to measure our pain against that of others, as if it were a contest in which the most afflicted is somehow granted a morose victory.

Instead, we are called to lean into our faith, whatever form that may take, allowing it to guide us through the tumultuous waters of adversity. Faith serves not only as a beacon of hope but as a reminder that our journey, with all its trials and tribulations, holds purpose. This perspective encourages us to open our hearts to the lessons embedded within our struggles, to embrace the growth that comes from enduring and overcoming.

We are here for a reason, a purpose that transcends our immediate understanding and discomfort. It is through faith and an open heart that we begin to unravel the tapestry of our lives, each thread interwoven with moments of joy and sorrow, pain and healing. Our journey is not a solitary trek but a shared voyage, enriched by the connections we forge and the support we offer one another.

In the grand scheme, it’s not the magnitude of our suffering that defines us, but our response to it. By choosing faith and openness, we step into the flow of life, ready to face whatever comes our way with grace and resilience. We are travelers on a path laid out with purpose, each step an opportunity to learn, to grow, and to contribute to the world around us. It is in this journey that we find our true calling, our reason for being.

When you can overcome the deep, dark depths of despair and start to see the light, you have to keep that light burning bright, as it will guide you on, where you will find that peace that reason that trust in life again. Everything that is given to us is for a reason. Still, sometimes, that reason is to make us stronger, believe deeper, trust more, and live in our divine spirituality in that pure belief, for there is the truth, the purpose, and the purity of the clarity of life.
