2020 what kind of year will it be for the world? already war is raising its ugly head and the fires in Australia are destroying life and earth, what else will we have to face?

What ever we have to face this year let us do it with kindness, a caringness, a sense of community. We have lived in judgment for centuries, all it does is condemn and breed hate, how does love have a chance in that arena? We start with caring and showing compassion for each other, we can condemn an action but need to understand why it is being done in the first place. Maybe if we choose to hear each other, listen, learn and care about what we are saying, we can bring some kindness into the mix and understand the why, for not knowing is why we constantly repeat the bad stuff.

If you are feeling left behind, in pain, sorrow, fear or even hate, try a little tenderness towards someone else, when you make a difference in the life of another you begin to feel how kindness and caring can make you feel. Do it over and over again till you feel kindness towards your self, for that is the start of self love.

I share 2020 Pearls of Wisdom here just as a perspective of how to interact and become part of the solution this year. After all it could be the best year in the worlds history if we decide to feed the solution and not the fear or pain.

Well we are at a new year, what wonders will 2020 bring? Through all the years I have been interviewing on podcasts, one thing is for sure, we are all ready for change.

Change is within our grasp, for we are the change we seek. Life is about tuning in to ones inner self and living from the inside out. Action and interaction is key if we wish to make those changes as is sharing the stories of those who embraced change.

The Choice is ours to make, are we going to live in the past of pain and doctrine or are we going to allow ourselves to open up to what is possible if we choose to step out of anguish and step into the joy of life.

Sara’s View of Life with Sara Troy on air from November 26th

Children are everything no matter how old they get, they will always be your babies. Seeing them become the awesome adults each serving mankind in their own way is so very beautiful, and I am so proud of each of them.

My eldest daughter just made a visit home from Toronto, it was the first time in a year. It is way too long, as a Mama, I want to see my children regularly, but also have to respect their life choice even if they take them away from me for a time.

Children are your forever no matter how old they become, they will always be your baby.

We could not all come together at once, but I had Tabytha and Tasha (with Hubby Rob) in Victoria then Tabytha and I went to see Tyler (my son) in Vancouver. Only 4 days together, but we got them jam-packed.

As a parent, we have to remember we are here as their custodians and we are here to inspire, lead, support and believe in them and love them unconditionally. We do this so when we let them go out into the world, they are filled with wise knowledge, inner truth, empathy compassion, and loving excitement of what the world has to offer them, and in Self Discovery of what the share with the world.
