Denise Schaad is a thought leader, Spiritual Guide,Author, and a speaker who empowers entrepreneurs to embrace and enjoy their lives.  Denise has a natural gift to see emotional energy and release it from the physical body. Her purpose is to guide entrepreneurs to feel empowered and whole, so they can take their business to the next level.  

For 15 Years Denise owned a successful Personal Training Studio where she was unknowingly using her gift to sense what was not functioning properly in her clients’ bodies and was correcting it with exercise. During that time she became a Certified Life Coach.

In 2014 Denise began to study energy through Reiki. She has a  Reiki Level 1 Certification, 200 hour Yoga Instructor Certification through  Sattva Yoga in  Rishikesh, India, where she lived for most of 2016, and learned how to work with energy through Kriyas, Mantras, and Tantric teachings. As a certified meditation teacher, she teaches her clients the importance of managing their thoughts. In 2017 she met her teacher Kimberly Sherry who taught her how to use her gifts for emotional, physical, and spiritual healing. 

Today Denise has taken her own experiences with healing emotionally, physically, and spiritually and created the Your Energy Awakening System (Discover-Activate-Illuminate), which led her to create the “Ignite Your Sensual Warrior” program that leads women from the depths of their secret darkness to connect to their sensual sexual energy. Their Power!

I am, in many ways, a renegade of an Environmental Psychologist. I am not steeped in research, and I have spent my time trying to understand elements of physiology after losing the ability to walk.

This has taken me on a journey to attempt to influence our working environments, a place where we spend countless hours carrying out specific tasks. By using critical thinking about spaces, places, and how people interact with them, I have become a Wellbeing Consultant.

By using multidisciplinary theories to integrate regenerative practices into workplaces, my mission is to make where we work a place that energises us, rather than drains us.

I combine environmental psychology assessments with both physical and mental health workshops, designed to build employee awareness around sleep, nutriton, mindset and habits.

I provide training for wellbeing champions, enabling them to build commuities within organisations so that wellbeing becomes embedded within business processes. And I assist leadership and management teams with measuring it benefits, planning strategy, and igniting a shift in culture.

Losing my ability to walk changed my worldview completely, and propelled me on a journey to understand how we, as humans, can optimise our bodies and our minds.

I have worked in the Private Sector, the Public Sector and in Elite Sports. I have founded 3 businesses, two of which still run today. I have a Level 4 or above qualification in:

Leadership and Management

An Interview with The Dragons

In 2009 Sara became aware that she is a channel for many Mythical Friends, including Dragons.

She shares monthly messages from Mythical Beings as well as the Dragons that guards over the Earth’s Crystals.

Last year her awareness of Grandfather Dragon grew, an old and very wise Dragon, who came through, with others, to answer questions on a live program.

If you have any questions you would like to ask of the Dragons, feel free to ask them.

Who is Sara Jane?

Sara Jane is the Master of Voice and creator of Vocal Reiki, founder of Gift of Healing TV, an International Speaker, and Author. 

She is based in Bournemouth, England, where she runs her own therapy practice and hosts workshops to help you connect with your inner child.

Sara is a Master Teacher & Practitioner of both Reiki & Vocal Reiki.

Sara draws on her own life experiences and healing journey to support those who attend her practice, courses, and workshops.

She comes from a varied background, having worked in retail, office and Public House management, as well as insurance.

A fun fact about Sara is that she has been a Trainee Handler with the Wolves at the UK Wolf Conservation Trust and felt honoured to interact with these amazing creatures.

She is also a voice for many friends from the Mythical Realm, including the Dragons that guard over Earth’s Crystals.

They are often misunderstood as they don’t fit into the ‘one size fits all’ established rules and patterns. This causes problems at school and in the home. The book explains what an Indigo is and a questionnaire to discover if a person is an Indigo and which type. You’ll be fascinated to discover why Indigos are here, what qualities they have and how to help Indigos using alternative solutions to improve self image, achieve their goals, and get along with parents/teachers.

I’ve stood where you are! Maybe not in the exact spot, but I can guarantee you I’ve certainly encountered my own fair share of professional and personal successes and challenges and I’ve even learned to enjoy riding the waves!

At 50 years old, my ex said he needed space and it wasn’t me, it was him and he left, after 34 years together! From there I knew that his words were purely subjective and that I could either choose to play the victim or I could choose to take action and whole-heartedly believe that I could and I would prove to myself that I could live the life I wanted! Yet, these experiences often make us grow stronger and to this day ironically I am ever grateful.

I also learned that in order to truly succeed, you need the right support network and tribe behind you in order to challenge negativity, fear, and judgment. For me, it was my family and friends. For you, I will be your most supportive cheerleader and help you overcome the challenges to celebrating each success with you! Through these experiences, your confidence will grow and you’ll begin to believe in yourself no matter what anyone else says or what life throws at you!

My professional life to date has been uniquely varied and it is precisely because of my varied expertise and experiences that I am able to empathically understand my clients. I’ve worked in publishing, done book-keeping and trained as an interior designer for luxury properties.

Eventually, with my varied experience, expertise, and passion to support people to live to their highest potential, I decided to take the plunge to retrain and practice as a Spiritual Response Consultant (clearing the Akashic Records) and Personal Life Coach.

Personally, I guess you could say I’ve experienced what most people experience; the highs and lows of relationships, the importance of a work-life balance, the importance of facing my smallest and biggest fears, career and life-direction changes, the roller coaster ride of parenting, the void of empty nest syndrome, the joys of being a grandmother and ultimately valuing myself enough choose to live my life in technicolor!
