We all have highs and lows in life, some are lifes journey but some are of our own making. Are we being to heavy on our selves by expecting to be it all. We have challenges that we have to face every day and some are hard and some are wonderful, and those ups and downs its life.

Take a look at your life and ask yourself if you are living in your Beleif, Acting on that belief and are able to commit to that action because the beleif is your purpose. Say no to expectaion and yes to what serves you. Take time to repair regroup revive, and feel the love for your self and do not let the lows be a cost to high to pay, but a regrouping of what will be your calling of yur belief on soul heart spirit and mind.
