The end of a day must be as calming as the start of a day, for in your dreams you are laying foundations for what is to come, and when you awake in your knowingness you are guided to what can make those dreams come true. Dream well and welcome a new day with enlightenment.
Where do the seeds of our possibilities grow?
Where do our dreams come from?
Where do we find the courage to build that dream?
Where do we find the knowledge to succeed?
That desire that lays within you is that a dream? that energy called excitement that is unleashed on an idea that became a dream.
We need dreams for they are the foundation of all that is, all that can be. So how do we honour that dream, that idea? how do we fuel it into a picture that can be seen?
Paint the picture, vivid and alive so that you are clear on what it is, start seeding and watering the idea into action. Nurture it protect it, allow it to grow in its own light and then guide it gently along its path to living.
Be willing to take a totally new path, for it may be the path to that dreams meaning. Remember to be aware of those around you and interact, for you never know who may have that nugget of info you need to grow.
Remember to be patient for dreams do not manifest overnight, and only grow at the rate they are meant to along with your loving care and conviction.
In the end, your dream may look totally different in reality, but as long as you have been true to the meaning of the dream, the core, the principle, the authenticity, then what you have now, is what you were always meant to have…this I know all too well.
So dream well, dream big, but be prepared to take action in all directions to fuel this dream into fruition, nothing happens by just dreaming it, you have to act on that dreams to build it.
I had a dream, I thought it was to be taken in one direction but was redirected to another. When I first started the journey, I had no idea that this was my dream all along. I got out of my way and kept walking forward in belief and purpose, not I am where I should be and know what wonders lay before me, I love who I am doing what I am doing because I fed the core, was flexible but steadfast and willing to bend but stay strong.
You too can live you meaningful purpose dream.

Kendra Simpkins journey really began when she was honorably discharged from the US Army in 2010 after having suffered a service-connected injury. Having attempted suicide the military quickly discharged her without appropriate mental health care and she was left to transition into the civilian world while struggling with depression and substance use. Now having found her way to recovery and being 5 years sober, her experience led her on the path to helping other service members still struggling with mental health issues that are not being appropriately dealt with through the Veterans Affairs.

RRT is an accelerated healing method that is gentle and painless. It’s an innovative approach developed by Dr. Jon Connelly that eliminates traumatic events from the past that cause painful emotions, thoughts and behaviours. RRT is task-oriented and effect-driven to clear the root cause. The RRT session will last until the task is complete and the mind is cleared.
The RRT process does not require individuals to relive painful past experiences or trauma. Conflict blocking desired change is resolved on a deeper level producing immediate relief and lasting change in emotions and behaviour. Practitioners report significant improvements in as little as one or two sessions, and clients report an immediate sense of peace, clarity and energy. RRT can help with a range of issues and conditions including PTSD, sexual trauma and complicated grief.
Kendra is currently a Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT) practitioner trained and supervised by founder Dr. Jon Connelly. She received her Master’s of Science from Columbia University in New York City, and her Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology from the University of South Florida (USF) where she developed an interest in working with veterans. As a US Army veteran, Kendra specializes in military-related trauma and provides a unique perspective to treat veteran mental health issues that are not addressed through Veterans Affairs programs. Before opening Sarasota Rapid Resolution Therapy, Kendra was using the Bio-Acoustical Utilization Device (BAUD) and doing dialectical behaviour therapy with high-risk individuals in private practice and a veteran’s benefits counsellor at USF and the Salvation Army. She received clinical training with the largest non-profit organization in NYC providing therapeutic counselling to homeless veterans. As a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern, she connected to using RRT with individuals because they were leaving one session having a sense of relief, peace, and energy after one session of clearing painful past experiences; it almost seemed a disservice to not provide this to as many people as possible. Kendra provides RRT for a wide range of mental health conditions ranging from PTSD and sexual trauma to grief, depression or any general feeling of being stuck from past experiences. Trained in cognitive-behavioral methods, Kendra finds RRT to be results-driven and the most effective form of treatment, far exceeding traditional methods of treatment or “talk therapy.” She regularly attends training’s with Dr. Connelly throughout the year and teaches workshops on strategies for transformation and healing. Kendra spends her time as a mentor with the Wounded Warrior Project and is also a veteran motivational speaker for Bravo748.
Sarasota Rapid Resolution Therapy has been invited to team with MindSpa Integrative Wellness Center, which is a team of practitioners who believe in using effective holistic and alternative modalities of treatment. Sarasota Rapid Resolution Therapy was also chosen last week by Street Shares as a finalist to receive a veteran small business grant. If selected funding will go towards proving veterans with the opportunity to receive RRT for immediate and lasting relief from trauma.

In Eternal Dharma, he addresses: To most people raised in a Western culture, Dharma is an ancient Eastern word of vague concept…what does it have to do with your fate, your duty, your Karma? Oftentimes parodied on television, it seems to be something vaguely mystical.
But in a powerful new book meant for everyone seeking purpose and deep spiritual connection, Eternal Dharma makes clear that Dharma is something that everyone must grasp to achieve a life of alignment with their own nature and the nature of the Divine. Without that, success, love, and joy are elusive and hard to achieve.
Eternal Dharma, How to Find Spiritual Evolution Through Surrender and Embrace Your Life’s True Purpose is not a book just for die-hard spiritual seekers. Vishnu Swami, also known as The Maverick Monk, has taken the essential teachings of the 5,000 Hindu teachings The Vedas, and distilled them into an exuberant, loving, and practical guide for today’s average person looking for more out of life.
Dharma is simply the true nature of anything. As Vishnu points out, a water’s purpose is to be wet and flow. If you turn it into ice, it will always return to its natural state–when not held in its unnatural state by reducing the temperature. If you try to use anything against its true nature, it will fail to serve and the road will be bumpy. Similarly, every person has a purpose. If they act in accordance with their true nature, they will succeed and achieve their intended role. Thus, if people or things are not in their Dharmic state – in a state of alignment with their true nature – no progress can be made without a struggle.
Eternal Dharma gives people the tools to discover their Dharma, and then how to use that as a springboard to unravel the mysteries of achieving Passionate Enlightenment, a state of deep, loving, connection, and alignment with the Divine.
Vishnu reveals his Unprecedented Elemental Reality System, an entirely revolutionary understanding of the physical elements of earth/water/fire/air/ether (known and observed in Chinese and Indian cultures) and three new subtle elements that create a hierarchy that allows us to master our lives and create tangible results.
Understanding the Unprecedented Elemental Reality System opens the door to the spiritual evolution and surrender that can lead to a joyful life lived in concert with the Divine in a practical real-world environment, without having to be a monk in an ashram.
Revealing these ancient teachings in a way everyone can understand is just one of the methods that Vishnu Swami has both aligned with his spiritual tradition, and at the same time defined it – earning him the nickname of The Maverick Monk. Raised in a monastery in India from the age of 11, he was sent into the world to teach the wisdom of the Vedas everywhere from Bengali villages to American cities. He has bestowed the honor of becoming the youngest swami ever at the age of 23 by one of the world’s greatest bhakti-yoga masters.
But far from living the sheltered life of a traditional monk today, Vishnu is a youthful respected personal growth and spiritual leader who is just at home with millennials, college students, working professionals, and simply the curious, as he is with those consciously looking for spiritual advancement. He has been featured on TV and radio, in newspapers internationally, and in an award-winning spiritual documentary. His true joy at communion with the Divine spills over into every page, and his deep desire to make that accessible to all permeates the book with love for his readers.

The New Humanity
With Donald J. Trump the President of the United States, fear and divide is enveloping the country like the new normal that follows a great seismic shift. Watching the news, you can see for yourself. One segment of America seems gleefully empowered while another feels the urgent imperative to push back hard. Those who perceive the greatest threat to the American union since the civil war are dumbfounded by those who celebrate the head-spinning election of Donald J. Trump. While America energetically is no longer a country anymore, the largest movement to change the world in history has ignited as well.

Today’s movement is larger than the Renaissance, the American Revolution and the Sixties combined.
What is the vision of today’s emerging movement? Our generation is pregnant with a great human transformation. The forces of darkness will not win the day. A movement to change the world is the story of our time—and it is our time to rise to the occasion and write a new human story.
This site supports the three components of today’s emerging movement:
Resist and Reform Movement
Political Revolution Movement
The New Humanity Movement
We have different approaches to changing the world but respecting our differences and supporting each other, a future time will remember the present time as humanity’s greatest generation.
The Foundation for Humanity is a non-profit 501 (C) 3 providing resources and training for humanity’s greatest adventure. These training resources are available now:
I was an activist in the 1960s movement. I partnered with John Lennon to end the Vietnam War. I was also the coordinator of the largest anti-war and civil rights coalition of that era and one of the Chicago 7, described by the NY Times as “the most significant political trial in U.S. history.” In 1971, I coordinated the largest civil disobedience arrest in American history.
These days, I am working with an amazing team of young activists who are bringing their passion, training skills and organizing experience to support a new generation to change the world today.
At this site, you can join humanity’s greatest adventure. You can support the movement that is writing a new human story. We need everyone who wants to stand up for humanity on deck now. As Donald J. Trump becomes a wrecking ball on the fabric of society, many of us are also noticing our oceans are dying, civilization is unsustainable and humanity has come to a crossroads. I sincerely hope you will get involved and I welcome your thoughts and suggestions for inspiring a movement that can change the world today.
