Our civilization is global and growing but our oceans are dying.Ecosystemm collapse is accelerating. Some scientists claim we passed the point of no return on climate change some time ago. Others believe we still have time. What we know for sure is that our global economic model based on endless growth and consumption has made real solutions to an unsustainable civilization seem distant and remote. The Colorado Sustainable Showcase is a new option to an unsustainable world–a new-living system that can support any farm, community, government or nation seeking solutions to the long historical disconnect between people and nature. A unique breakthrough technology is integral to our design. With the turn of the last century, five breakthrough technologies—structural steel, the Otis elevator, line electricity, the telephone and the light bulb— redefined the modern world. We define a breakthrough technology as a discovery that changes the daily life and basic understanding of most people in the world should it reach mainstream commercial markets. Our mission is to bring technologies new to the world out of obscurity and into an evolution of living. Demonstrating a new way of living rooted in the intelligence of nature, our vision is to showcase and deliver a practical option to any region struggling to cope and yearning to live and thrive sustainably. The Colorado Showcase is a new option to an unsustainable world. Its new living solution employs a unique know-how for disconnecting from every unsustainable practice without hardship and struggle. One of its cornerstones is a portfolio of breakthrough discoveries integrated into whole system solutions. Three of the four parcels are approved for development. Our development plan includes a visitor centre circled by eco-huts providing comfort and weather protection for multi-seasonal use by hikers, cross-country skiers and eco-tour visitors. All our esthetic, energy-efficient living quarters employ unique power systems including thermoelectric generation, magnetic motor electricity or off-the-grid energy sources new to the world. The Colorado Showcase employs building technologies that draw warmth from the sun and coolness from the ground to deliver low-cost heat in the winter and virtually free air conditioning year round in a natural wilderness area. Our showcase is a 3rd-millennium vision that can have immediate practical relevance to struggling regions to cope. 4 Design: Our inventions will be integrated into building structures currently on the property where they can be experienced by visitors. New technologies woven into existing structures will include a 19,000 square foot Ranch home described herein. iPOWER Living LLC is a Colorado company that will bring the working prototypes of our breakthrough discoveries into commercially ready products. Our technologies significantly lower the human footprint while enhancing the efficiency of any home or business. Our technology toolbox presents solutions and new approaches to home building, road construction, structure heating and cooling, off-the-grid power, self-sufficient food production, soil regeneration, water purification, water structuring, and other discoveries, many of them new to the world. IPower Living is a technology incubator supporting the technology component of the Colorado Showcase. The Foundation for Humanity is a non-profit Colorado organization supporting the educational and world training component of the Colorado showcase.

I had a dream, I thought it was to be taken in one direction but was redirected to another. When I first started the journey, I had no idea that this was my dream all along. I got out of my way and kept walking forward in belief and purpose, not I am where I should be and know what wonders lay before me, I love who I am doing what I am doing because I fed the core, was flexible but steadfast and willing to bend but stay strong.
Kendra is currently a Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT) practitioner trained and supervised by founder Dr. Jon Connelly. She received her Master’s of Science from Columbia University in New York City, and her Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology from the University of South Florida (USF) where she developed an interest in working with veterans. As a US Army veteran, Kendra specializes in military-related trauma and provides a unique perspective to treat veteran mental health issues that are not addressed through Veterans Affairs programs. Before opening Sarasota Rapid Resolution Therapy, Kendra was using the Bio-Acoustical Utilization Device (BAUD) and doing dialectical behaviour therapy with high-risk individuals in private practice and a veteran’s benefits counsellor at USF and the Salvation Army. She received clinical training with the largest non-profit organization in NYC providing therapeutic counselling to homeless veterans. As a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern, she connected to using RRT with individuals because they were leaving one session having a sense of relief, peace, and energy after one session of clearing painful past experiences; it almost seemed a disservice to not provide this to as many people as possible. Kendra provides RRT for a wide range of mental health conditions ranging from PTSD and sexual trauma to grief, depression or any general feeling of being stuck from past experiences. Trained in cognitive-behavioral methods, Kendra finds RRT to be results-driven and the most effective form of treatment, far exceeding traditional methods of treatment or “talk therapy.” She regularly attends training’s with Dr. Connelly throughout the year and teaches workshops on strategies for transformation and healing. Kendra spends her time as a mentor with the Wounded Warrior Project and is also a veteran motivational speaker for Bravo748.
