    As some of you may know I had a bad fall a while ago which has led to extended concussion.           This is why I have not had any new shows here for a while, just too trying.

It was a silly fall over an uneven pavement that has caused not only this concussion but numbing in the legs due to burst blood vessels and painful bruising, but also deafness in one ear and a slow response in memory.

Who knew it would take this long to heal, it is 6 weeks so far and I am told expect months. This is of cause for me is a challenge, I like to work 7-8 hours a day on my radio station and was about to take it to the next level when this happened. Frustrating as it is, I have to listen or the healing will take longer.

So why DID THIS HAPPEN? IS IT A SLOW DOWN GIRL? OR PAST ISSUES, OR WRONG DIRECTION?

I believe it is your on the right track, but not now, it is time for ME to love and heal ME the same as I do for others. I am a giver very often at my own expense, I have had to learn to be a receiver and that had been a challenge, but now seen as a gratitude gift for my contribution to humanity from those who celebrate me.

So over the next few months, there will be fewer shows, the station’s upgrade will take longer, the next phase will be introduced slower and I hope that all will be revealed when the time is right on what the divine wants from me.

Well, it is here at last, my trip home to see family and friends.

The last time I was home it was to say goodbye to my Mama in April 2014, she passed February 2015. I did not go back for the funeral, we had a celebration of her life here my children. Since then my brother had a heart attack, which as he went Vegan is now doing very well, my sister is a few years older than so and time is a clicking, so it was time to go home and unite once more.

I am also taking the time to meet with some of my Self Discovery radio guests while there, it is going to be awesome to put faces to the voices. We have our first Self Discovery Ebook coming out in April, of which Tony Selimi of London is in, so excited to meet him. Maybe get some of them to commit to the next ebook due out in the summer.

My sister Jane has got us on a fun schedule, seeing cousins, shopping, museums etc. Then I go see my brother in Lincolnshire where we have a few days before we come back to London to have some sibling time altogether.

So bags packed, finishing up my shows edits, got some good ones for you while am away, will be working on social media and email while away, but I am taking time for me and have a look at what is possible for my future.

Love, we all seek it, we all need it and love is the vibration in which brings us loving peace.

Love is not only man woman, parent-child, it is love for everyone, for all living things and for life in its self, for without love who are we? Without love why are we? and in absence of love what is there?

LOVE is our healing, it is our joy, when we do anything with love it grows, when do anything in love it resonates, love is the most common denominator in this world, for, without it, we only live in hate, fear, and distrust and that is no way to live.

Join me as I speak of love and the embracement of it even when the tide of hate comes at you. When we give love a chance we all as one global nation win.

Being a radio blog host or Podcaster requires some skill and ability to bring the best out of your guest. It is not about you unless you are doing a show about you only even then if it does not speak to the masses with a topic of interest they will not listen to you.

Do not become a host because you want fame or money, it takes time from you and conviction, do it because you want to support others.

Rules of conduct when being a podcast guest. 1. Respond on time with the material your host needs for the show. 2. Understand your host's style and respect it or choose another podcast to go to. 3. Be on time for t

Being a guest on a media blog/podcast requires respect and gratitude, for someone is promoting you because they like what you stand for and doing to enhance the lives of others. You do not come demanding nor say “how many listeners” as that implies your not interested unless they have the numbers to serve you if you only serve one person that is what matters.

The authenticity of self and Sincerity in one’s service,  and in respect, and consideration for the time someone has taken out to interview should always be remembered. For some, this is a hobby but still costs them to produce, for some like us here at Self Discovery Media, it is a business, a serves that inspires, invites and guides people on their own journey in life.

With so many podcasting/video blogging out there today, one can be overwhelmed by who is doing what. Do not just go on air just because, but make sure the show genre represents you first and your story and work/topic, and that the interviewer has a style that suits you.

Many podcasts are now Video as well as audio, so if you are doing a video podcast, please make sure that you have good lighting, sound ( earplugs and a mic), and dress for the camera, clean and somewhat smart.

One must understand, THIS IS WORK, it takes time and commitment, respect, and the ability along with a passion, to listen and communicate with your listeners and guests.

If a host charges, it is because there have costs involved and maybe it is their full-time job, please respect their commitment and that it is their work and a service in promoting you and your work.

16/07 Following the Breadcrumbs of Misdirection

If we pay attention there are always signs, the breadcrumbs to show us our way, but do they always show us the right path? We see the possibilities, what could be, what we want it to be, but maybe this was not the path at all but a misdirection.

How do we know? and once on the path do you continue forward or go back or REDIRECT?

We are all so bombarded by the exterior noise we don’t always hear our inner voice or our instincts and we override our gut our soul’s intuition. How to tune in, how to know when to retreat or how to redirect, for maybe that was the reason for following the breadcrumbs in the first place.

We can’t let the unknown stop us, for that is the journey of life, but being able to see when to adjust, redirect or retreat is key to not getting in any deeper than we need to.  Sometimes it is just meant to get us going, and when we see it is the wrong path but not the wrong journey we are more able to seek out or pay attention to another path along the way.

It is about being adjustable, adaptable and in-tune with our environment, for the signs are always there, we just have to learn to read them and follow our instincts and not someone else’s breadcrumbs.
