Sara’s View Of Life with Sara Troy, on air from March 7th
Divide and conquer, does it really work? We love to put people in boxes, sort them by colour, race, sex, income, but why can we not see each other as part of one human race, a more loving race?
For so long people have rightly complained about their treatment from Western folk, so many women have suffered at the hand of a insecure angry man, and even in 2023, we are still speaking to the same old same old crap, and it seems unable to move on.
When we realize that we each and everyone one of us, is either the problem or the solution, we can start looking into our selves and decide to heal for the pain, the atrocities and take back our own power with love, first love of self, and life and love in each other.

Building Your Business with Sara Troy and her guest Cassandra Little, on air from February 14th
Energy is something that is felt or experienced. As a highly sensitive individual, my awareness was highly in tune with the frequency of everything around me. I was consciously aware of my outer environment, my inner environment and everything in between. As a creative, and as many creatives know, it’s harder to create when you are stressed, or distracted, or focused on anything other than the task at hand. I struggled for many years to move forward in my business because there was too much energy working against me, and not enough supporting me. The biggest thing that made a difference for me was working with scalar energy tools and incorporating various energy practices that help me to connect more easily with what I call the flow state. In this space, I am supported, expansive and feel more connected to my authentic self – where everything just flows. As I continually worked to strengthen this muscle and be in this creative flow, the natural momentum of things would build and come into my life – clients, connections, relationships, opportunities. This led me to want to show others that there is a different way – a different way to doing business. We aren’t met to force, or push, or manipulate our businesses – this goes against the natural rhythm of flow. Can we connect and sit in our inner frequency, and allow this to be the invitation to opening us into creating an abundant business?
I’ve never been big on labels but if I would to give myself a title I would say I am an Intuitive Designer & Alignment Facilitator. How I got here was a merging of two worlds… I originally studied and went to school for graphic and website design. This ignited my passion for creation, and design. This led me to dive deeper into the digital world, learning all things about marketing, analytics, websites, emails, design, social media. I worked with many start up entrepreneurs helping them establish and create their online presence. Although I loved it, there was a part of me that felt like something was missing. So I ventured into more of the spiritual side of things, learning various different kinds of energetic and healing modalities – reiki, subtle aromatherapy, soulful communication, light healing, thai massage, sound healing, metaphysical anatomy technique – to name a few. I loved supporting people to shed the layers they needed to connect with their innermost self, and move forward in creating the life they deserved. So here I was with two passions, both in two seemingly different worlds that felt quite opposite from each other.
Fast forward to today, I help clients develop an authentic brand, and create a website that matches with the essence of who they are. Along with this I use different techniques and tools to energetically support them in moving into a coherent space within them so they can go forward and weave that energy into their business.

Quantum Spirituality with Sara Troy and her guest Catherine Carrigan, on air from February 14th
In Reading the Soul, medical intuitive healer Catherine Carrigan reveals how you may be suffering from a wounded spirit, the karmas your soul may be carrying from this or other lifetimes, the burden of negative spiritual energies and why traditional medicine or natural healing may not be working to clear what ails you.
What is your soul’s purpose? Your soul longing? The stories herein will uplift your soul and help you understand why you were born.
Reading the Soul captures the essence of what all spiritual knowledge is based upon. Catherine gives a clear understanding of your soul’s purpose and the different soul contracts you chose before you incarnated. She fills the holes and questions that most people have about why certain things are happening in their life. Reading the Soul is insightful, and uplifting.
I have a passion for healing, and I can teach you how to become healthy using natural methods, including the very best of therapeutic exercise, nutrition and energy medicine.

Sara’s View of Life with Sara Troy, on air from February 14th
Love is not something you do, but someone you are. We try to define love by conditions and doctrine, but while we are chasing the fantasy of love, let us really look at what love is.
Love is an energy of kindness, compassion, caring, and nurturing vibrations. It is not something we do, when we love someone, it is some thing we are, we are the love. When you truly love from within yourself, and you raise up to that frequency on a higher level of being the love; you then exude your loving vibration, inviting others to match it with you.
We have been conditioned to think if we were just prettier, thinner, sexier, richer, brighter, more of something else, we would be loved, but that is not so, you have to BE THE LOVE to know love and no one can demand anything of you other than your true heart and soul love.
To love is to not knowingly to hurt another, for it would hurt you to do so.
To love is a a good vibration that resonates out from within to ignite love in each other.
To love is to give of ones self in a way that uplifts, and holds others in that higher vibe..
To be loved is when you are seen from your core and loved for all you are, not what someone ants you to be.
To Love is a look at life from a place of optimism and see the possibilities we can loving create.
To love each other is to see another from the soul heart and spirit that they are, and to embrace in all their loving energy.
Love is choosing to see the light in life and not feed the darkness of pain, anguish and despair, but to feed the love to heal, and become that love ourselves.
If we want to be loved, we must become LOVE, love from with in, loving who you are, why you are, and what you are here to do, and loving the purpose of you.
Love is to see the good in each other and not to place judgment upon each other, but to care for each other in any way we can.
To love is know the divine, for God, Source, Energy, the Universal wisdom, comes from a place of loving vibrations and when we decide to be a part of that love, we then understand, that LOVE IS OUR GENERATOR in life.
SIMPLY PUT, LOVE IS ALL AND WHEN WE COME FROM LOVE AND BECOME THE LOVE, WE KNOW HOW EMPOWERING LOVE CAN BE FOR US ALL.
May this Valentines day be one of self love and stepping into the loving energy of the divine.
