Weight loss is a topic that has been misunderstood for decades. Products and services have been created and sold resulting in a multi-billion dollar per year industry. The marketing for this industry sells individuals on the idea of quick results with promises of “Lose 30 pounds in 30 days” or “Get a six-pack with these quick and easy steps.” These results are achievable, they say, if you buy their product or service.

There is no need to buy anything and you don’t need a guru or a system. Over the past 13 years I have helped people get out of pain and lose weight. I’ve heard all of the excuses and “reasons” why someone hasn’t reached their goal. I can sum up weight loss in one sentence: if you want to change your weight, change your habits.

5 Steps to Fix Your BS

Feel like life is passing you by? One day blends into the next and before you know it, another year has gone by. It’s time to take action. Here are five simple steps that will help you improve and achieve more than you ever thought possible.

  • Step 1
    Identify the 5 pillars and what each one means in your life. Learn how each pillar affects your life/happiness (outcome to what people are wanting)
  • Step 2
    Examine each pillar and assess what your life looks like today in each of these areas. What’s going well and what could use your attention? What areas do you hope to grow the most in?
  • Step 3
    Digging Deeper. Now it’s time to look more closely at each pillar and be more intentional and specific at identifying the root causes of why these things aren’t unfolding as you’d hoped. Once we identify the problems, it’ll be easier to identify the solutions and create a path forward.
  • Step 4
    Taking Stock of the Now – What would be your ideal feeling in each of these areas? What do your short and long-term goals look like? What behaviors, beliefs or attitudes are you engaging in that are moving you away from these goals? In this step, we take a moment to find out where you are starting from today.
  • Step 5
    Chart Your Course – It’s time to start the path to having the life of your dreams. In order to do that, you need to have a plan. In this step, we look more closely at each area you want to grow in and create a specific action plan on how to do exactly that

I got married in 2004. A little over a year later my wife and I welcomed our daughter. 5 months after that I graduated as a Chiropractor and 7 months after that we moved 2 hours south to start a business. In May of 2008, after 1.5 years in business, our son was born with dwarfism, which is very rare. This was unexpected and we were left with more questions than answers. Some of the complications of being born with dwarfism affected his health.

Over the next 12 months he spent a total of 6 months in a hospital 2 hours away from our new home. We were stressed in every aspect of life including mental, physical, emotional, chemical, and financial. My focus shifted from running a business, making money, and supporting a family to keep my son alive and my family together. Exercise, eating properly, and my health in general weren’t things I was concerned about. As a result, my health declined and my weight went up, and up, and up. I noticed changes in my health like a slight wheeze upon any physical exertion, I was coughing more, I had less energy, and it was harder to go to sleep and stay asleep.

I didn’t recognize or even like myself when looking in the mirror. I felt as if I had no choice but to focus on my son and family. The problem is, if I was not taking care of myself I would not be able to take care of my family. One day I recognized this was not heading in a direction I wanted and if it continued I would end up being in a place I did not want to be. At that moment I decided to make a change, but how? What should I do? Where should I start? This is when “Think and Lose Weight” was created. I took everything I knew and had learned in practice and applied it in this program.

Think of Rapid Transformational Therapy as  the shovel to dust off the true diamond that you really are , which is  lying beneath heaps and piles of  limiting beliefs, shoulds, should nots, not good enoughs, overthinking, self doubt, procrastination, underplaying yourself. 

-What is it that leads to overthinking, procrastination, self doubt, followed by strategies to combat it.

-You   were all born to let your inner light shine bright, please don’t dim it to make others around you feel comfortable.

-Our subconscious governs 95 % of our daily lives.

-Procrastination is the outward result of fear of failure and fear of judgement.

-The mind learns by repetition.

-The mind cannot hold conflicting beliefs.

-The mind respond to pictures and words you install.

-The quality of your inner dialogues determines the quality of your life.

-Inner child healing is a very important aspect of achieving and living at our best potential. Almost all subconscious self limiting beliefs take root during our very early years on earth.

I trained as a medical doctor, specialising further become an eye specialist.

I have been working in the National Health Services UK since 2013.

I was pretty burnt out working full time. Becoming a new mum and COVID lockdowns came in all together in 2021. I ended up in a really dark place. I had to get myself out of there.  This gave me time for introspection, go deeper to look for what is it that I am truly called for. My desperate search led me to Marisa Peer via Mind valley quests ( online learning platform ). 

Rapid Transformational therapy transformed my life and I listened to my inner calling  to train in rapid transformational therapy. This was August 2021, when my son was 4 months old. I did the virtual online training and then the live training. As RTT transformed my life and I offer RTT sessions  to help others find the true diamond with unlimited talent and possibilities that they really are by helping them get rid of the limiting beliefs and be the true authentic self there are meant to be

SKY IS NOT THE LIMIT, BUT YOUR BELIEF SYSTEM IS……

I still love working as a medical doctor, I have found more balance in my life. I work two days a week in the hospital setting and rest of the week I am providing life transforming RTT sessions and working on my own personal growth, development and of course being the best mum that I can be to my toddler son…..

Sarah has just been made the International Ambassador in Portuical for People Health Alliance

Sarah was in her 20s when her life took a dramatic turn: she traumatically lost her fiancée and baby. She felt such deep and profound grief that she began withdrawing from life. The coping mechanisms that had served her until this point in her life failed completely, and for a while she was completely lost.

Sarah ultimately picked herself up and pointed herself in the direction of learning new things that could potentially help. Her journey, painful as it was, led her to where she is today.

Sarah is an energy worker and healer who over the past few years has felt called to be part of the birthing of “the New Earth.” To that end, she and her family are currently in the process of going off the grid, exploring new (and also very old) ways of being, and cultivating right relationship to nature, the environment, and to spirit.

On a very practical level, Sarah is learning how to set herself up sustainably on her own land. But on a deeper level, she is supporting others who are doing the same, and cultivating a community where everybody is connected, growing, and nourishing one another. She has been honored with the role of Global Wellness Ambassador at the Global Wellness Summit 2022 and is excited to continue her work in the community and across the globe to create New Earth. She is host of New Earth Podcast and has been instrumental in development of the People’s Health Alliance in Portugal.

My Dad sat us all down on the couch, me and my 2 older brothers. And he told us what we were all afraid to hear.. I was 5, but I still knew in my gut what he was going to say. Mom’s gone. 

That was one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to go through in my life. I didn’t know it that day, but a seed was planted, a passion for me to do something to help people not suffer like my mom did from cancer. 

In high school I got super involved in sports and I saw our athletic trainer helping all of us athletes with our injuries so we could return to play. And that’s how I learned about athletic training and I saw how we can make the body strong. When my mom was struggling with cancer I saw her body weak and now I was seeing how we could make bodies strong and that passion that was planted in me when I was 5 started to come to life.  And I made it my life’s mission to help people just like you be healthier, stronger, and happier.  

I went into physical therapy, but it was frustrating because just as we were getting our patients better they were discharged due to insurance limitations. I had to breakthrough the insurance limitations, breakthrough people not getting the treatment they needed and deserved. And many other physical therapy practices were not teaching people how to strengthen their bodies for good. They’re only helping them get strong for that moment instead of helping them for the rest of their life when it counts the most. It was also during my years in physical therapy that I discovered a way that helped us get our patients results in a fraction of the time we would normally spend.

And so it was time for me to leave physical therapy to take that passion and everything I have learned and bring it to everyone and make it easy. I started teaching people to become healthy, prevent disease, improve how they feel, and reverse the aging process. 

So for the past 20+ years, I’ve spent countless hours and thousands of dollars mastering my craft and developing a protocol/way that has helped thousands of executive men and women over 50, just like you, reverse the aging process in only 20 minutes twice a week without breaking a sweat. 

Jeff is a graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Cohort 5 and has been an active member in the Entrepreneur Organization’s Accelerator program and served on the board.

Jeff Tomaszewski is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University (Case) with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Sports Medicine and a master’s degree in Exercise Physiology. He is a certified Athletic Trainer through the National Athletic Trainers Association and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

He began his career as a clinical Athletic Trainer for Ohio Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine and served as the Medical Coordinator for the National Youth Sports Program at Case.

Jeff then left his career in physical therapy to pursue a master’s degree and become the Assistant Athletic Trainer/Professor at Case in 2000. Shortly after obtaining his master’s degree he formed MaxStrength Fitness in May of 2007 in Westlake, Ohio, which has grown into Cleveland’s premier personal training facility. A second facility was opened in May of 2017 in Willoughby, Ohio and the MaxStrength Fitness Franchise was launched in 2022 to help fulfill his life’s mission of helping as many people as possible live a high quality of life into their golden years.

He is a student of marketing, world-class customer service and providing the most efficient, effective, and safe mode of exercise.

Along the way Jeff has also obtained Professional Status as a Natural Drug-Free Bodybuilder solely using the methods and systems implemented at MaxStrength Fitness and he continues to use these systems to help countless clients achieve their health and fitness goals.

In 2021, Jeff established The JLT Fund, to honor his late wife, Jodi. The JLT Fund seeks to endow women who possess the drive, passion, and altruistic spirit of its namesake by giving them access to financial resources to pursue the powerful tool of a law degree.

Jeff has three beautiful daughters Emma, Chloe, and Paige.
