When I was diagnosed with breast cancer a second time, it hit me hard. I lost my energy almost overnight and started asking some big questions. Will I have the strength to keep living the life I love? How do I stay relevant in my business and in my own story? That wake-up call became the start of something powerful. I chose to live differently, diving into practices that helped me heal, feel strong again, and age with purpose. That journey led to my signature class, The Blueprint to Sustaining Relevancy, Vitality, and Longevity. I’m sharing this because I know I’m not the only woman asking these questions. And this isn’t just about bouncing back, it’s about rising even higher.

I spent years climbing the corporate ladder at IBM and Lockheed Martin, leading teams and pushing for results, but life had other plans. After surviving breast cancer twice, I realized it was time to stop living on autopilot and start living on purpose. That experience cracked me open and set me on a path of deep healing and reinvention. Today, I’m all about helping women, especially those in midlife, reclaim their energy, vitality, and sense of relevance. I blend what I’ve learned from the corporate world with what I now know about biohacking, energy healing, creative expression, and mindful leadership. Whether we’re in a coaching session, a retreat, or creating with clay, I guide women to step into their next chapter feeling strong, clear, and fully alive. And when I’m not doing that, I’m off exploring the world or playing a lively game of Pickleball with my husband, Mitch.
