Airing October 7th-13th on Spiritual Awakenings with Jackie Mihalchick

Join Jackie as she talks about change. She talks candidly about the similarities and differences imagesseasof the seasons within her life.  Jackie takes the everyday experiences we all have and unwraps the spiritual aspect.  In today’s show she compares the changes of the seasons to the changes in our lives.  She also talks about how we can take a lesson from the earth and learn to be an active participant in the changes versus letting them just happen. We have all heard the saying “Nothing stays the same but change” But what does that mean? Jackie talks about what part we play or can play in the changes in your life.  She discusses how you can start to welcome and make change in your life…how to allow it.

Listen in as Jackie shares a personal story about how she was awakened to the changes around her, how she learned the importance of being aware of your surroundings. She shares her lesson on perspective and challenges you to make some small simple changes in your life, and pay attention to the results.

is not a subtle argument.

The door there
is devastation.

Birds make great sky-circles
of their freedom.
How do they do it?

They fall, and falling,
they’re given wings.”

P14/40a The Yoga of Cleaning balancing your life

Positive Living Vibrations with Sara Troy and her guest Jennifer Carter Avgerinos. Aired on October 7th.

535490_132072783593440_745254993_nWhat is The Yoga of Cleaning? These are two activities that don’t usually go together. Or do they? Yoga means union or yoking of the mind, body and spirit. When these three aspects of us are brought to the task of cleaning (which is the art of purification) a greater expansion of well-being is created. When cleaning is combined with the technologies of yoga and its sister philosophies – ayurveda, meditation and vastu the result is the cultivation of sacred space within our homes and within our lives. You do not need to practice yoga to read this book and you need not be a germ-a-phoebe either. This essential guide will show you how to spiritualize your cleaning routine, take back your life and recreate your home as sacred space. Praise for The Yoga of Cleaning: In the yoga world, a popular meme is to take the practice off the mat and bring it into daily life. The Yoga of Cleaning does just that in full force and with playful intention. This very fascinating book poses the surprising interplay between yogic principles, yogic philosophy and the processes of cleaning. The Yoga of Cleaning is not just an esoteric overview that attempts to stimulate a deeper awareness and sense of spirituality to cleaning. Nor is it simply a “how to” cleaning manual. Instead, Jennifer has produced a work that merges the two in an engaging fashion, introducing the reader to methods that inspire otherwise mundane household and personal chores to something of a higher purpose. She reminds us that all actions have meaning and impact on our lives. She supports the process with holistic, efficient and streamlined strategies for care of the self and its surroundings. 14/39 Skin Solutions and other Bacteria Issues

Aired September 30th -October 6th on Wise Health with Suma Nathan and her guest
David Louis DeFebo

David is Back again for more empowering information on the old and tested Schweitzer Formula

david_oilhrlng200Suma  talks  with  David about how to use Schweitzer Formula internally for a variety of issues including; inflammation, gastrointestinal disorders, skin problems and as an anti-biotic.

Basic guidelines for taking Schweitzer Formula(SF) internally are as follows:
Start with 1/2 teaspoon twice daily.  Best taken on an empty stomach 1/2 hour before or 90 minutes after a meal. After 2-5 days you can begin increasing the dose, first to 1 tsp, the 1 tbsp.  You can keep increasing up to a maximum of 1-3 ounces or so if desired. In most cases between 1 tsp and 2 tbsps twice or thrice daily is a good range to stay within.

We also talked about Anti-inflammatory skin issues such as Acne, skin lesions, moles, and dry skin.
To use Schweitzer Formula for skin issues the main lesson I’ve learned is to use it often to get the best effects externally.  Using it 2-4 times a day or more will yield the best results especially when dealing with difficult challenges.
To use externally simply apply directly with a cotton pad or use the handy roll-on bottle that is available on the website.  Let air dry for several minutes.
Schweitzer Formula is a natural disinfectant and also stimulates the bodies own healing response encouraging cells to regenerate new healthy cells.  The disinfectant properties remove bacteria and other infectious pathogens allowing the healthy regeneration to go on.
