Jackie shares two ways that she personally has tried.  The biggest component to automatic writing is allowing yourself to express the thoughts that are freely popping into your head, giving yourself permission to write them done. This week I had the opportunity to watch the documentary film narrated by Katie Couric, titled FED UP, which exposes the  major ploys by the food industry, to cover up what is perhaps the biggest economic threat to our society.malbrourFor years, the Tobacco Industry denied the negative affects of their products on consumers. In fact, when I was growing up, Fred and Barney (Yabba Dabba Doo) were seen after the show with Betty and Wilma, enjoying their WINSTON Cigarettes!  (Remember:  Winston tastes good, like a cigarette should!)  Thank God we’ve made progress and smoking is no longer “cool” and in fact, is outwardly, openly and loudly required to tell their consumers that if you smoke these, they will kill you! (Look at the packaging warnings below)

The Negative Effects Of ObesityAnother secret killer and maimer is OBESITY.  OBESITY is caused by what you put into your mouth.  The food industry would want us all to believe that it is “lack of exercise”, but its not. Gym memberships have doubled in the last 20 years and so has OBESITY.  Today, Fred and Barney can be seen, post their show, promoting a large bowl of  FRUITY PEBBLES!

I was so moved by what I saw in the film that I was moved to give a Toastmaster speech on the topic this morning.  However, I am compelled to get the word out to as many people as possible. Tune in next Tuesday as I reveal many of the dark secrets that the Food Industry is holding over us in the name of BIG PROFITS.
