Imagine a meeting that inspires honest conversation and transformative change on both personal and organizational levels. A meeting where everyone’s input is genuinely valued and appreciated—one that leads to deeper, more meaningful conversations among colleagues and across organizational levels.

David says “When I was attending the University of Waterloo, near my hometown of Toronto, I never imagined that my role as a residence “don” would turn out to be more relevant to my career than my major, Earth Sciences. As it turns out, listening is at the core of my work; it’s my passion.

Shortly after university, I began working as a performance consultant at the Canadian headquarters of Wilson Learning Corporation, a Minneapolis based training and development organization. And then on to Apple Canada where I held a variety of roles in sales, marketing and human resources. After five years with Apple, I was starting to ponder becoming an entrepreneur; despite the advice from friends that staying at Apple would have been more “safe” considering how successful the company was becoming. Since I am not one to necessarily take the safe route, I started out on my own! After several months, I joined business with five friends/colleagues in Toronto, forming The Cadence Group. We were a consultancy that built and delivered leadership development courses, primarily for financial services and technology organizations.

I began noticing a pattern in my training workshops. Clients would say, “This is great for us, but we’re not the problem—it’s leadership.” So I changed the focus of my practice and began working almost exclusively with senior leaders and boards, people who have both the desire and the power to influence organizational change.

Eventually, my curiosity pointed me towards the west side of the country and in 1995, I moved to West Vancouver and fell in love with the mountains, the ocean and the person who became my wife (not necessarily in that order). I continued operations as The Consulting Edge: Movers & Shakers, Inc. and furthered my passion for listening and helping businesses and organizations become more effective leaders – invoking curiosity and courage as core attributes.

I’m passionate about social issues and community service. Over time I have served as a volunteer member on the boards of Vancouver Theatre Sports League, North Shore Restorative Justice Society and West Vancouver’s Kay Meek Centre. Additional volunteer time is invested in parent groups supporting child & youth mental health on the North Shore, Leadership Vancouver Island and for several years, as a Board member/past National President of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers.

In my personal time, I enjoy hanging out with our teenage daughter and spending time outdoors with our two dogs, Holly and Maggie. I have recently begun to learn to play the ukulele, which I promise never to incorporate into my professional repertoire!”

Sindy’s first crush was a little boy she met on the playground when she was 5 years old. As a little girl through to her twenties, Sindy believed with all her heart that she would one day meet her Prince Charming and live happily ever after. Her first boyfriend at 15 was an innocent puppy love, followed by a sweet but tragic intimate relationship at age 19 when she discovered he had been unfaithful to her. Sindy was so heartbroken and devastated that she dropped out of university for a time, but eventually returned to complete her degree in Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) specializing in Accounting, Human Resources, Kinesiology and Psychology.

After graduating from university, Sindy was determined to heal her broken heart by focusing on her career and passions in health and fitness, travel, science and Vedic astrology. She learned and taught Pole Dancing, trained and competed in Ironwoman at age 21 while living in Los Angeles, California. Indulging more in her love of numbers, logic and scientific analysis, Sindy moved to New York City to work as a Forensic Accountant for 10 years. Specialized in handling the financial aftermath of divorce, she got up close and personal with her clients suffering from the tragedy of a marriage breakdown. Sindy was determined to find a scientific solution for men and women struggling in an intimate relationship. Psychic Channeler Christina Hill Shares Angelic Wisdom from Healing Ascended Master Athella with Sara Troy

Christina Hill was born with a heightened awareness of her intuitive abilities. As a young child, she could see, hear, feel and speak with spirit people and animals—those who had transitioned out of their physical bodies. She could also experience psychic impressions of people she encountered in life, often knowing a great deal about total strangers. For example, she could see where someone had been and where they were going.

At the age of five, she began assisting people during their dying process, supporting them as they crossed over. Those closest to her, however, told Christina that her gifts would only lead to eternal damnation so she hid her intuitive abilities away for much of her life.

After a great deal of personal transformation work and years of spiritual mentorship, Christina fully embraced all aspects of herself and her intuitive awareness. She discovered that she could open her whole self, including her voice and body, to enlightened spiritual beings who had messages for her. Athella

Christina met the Angel Athella in 2015 while in deep hypnosis. Athella told Christina that her life purpose had been revealed and that the time had come to start guiding people to discover their true nature. Turning the Mystical Into the Commonplace

One goal Christina and Athella share is to demystify Athella’s messages so they can be received and enjoyed by all. It may seem otherworldly to be receiving messages from a spirit being, but Christina asks us to consider the message more than the messenger:
