 “Why” do I wish to share: My why is my Father and my husband and the respect I have for their military service. I believe all service persons deserve services and benefits that they gave their life for.

Face It is Your Time, is a veteran to veteran with spouses assistance service. We help with getting them the right application forms. We also assist with understanding what needs to be replied to and how the reply needs to be stated. At the end of the day, it’s about veterans and spouses supporting one another through difficult times.

I am the child of a proud marine veteran and the wife of a proud army veteran. I’m a lifelong caregiver, who stands in the gap for my fellow caregivers who are family (children) or spouse caregivers. I am a servant of the Lord and a caregiver of his children. I continue to fight for the rights of service men and women and all the military spouses.

Ernestine Day is an Alchemist Intuitive Soulful Guitarist. In 1996, as she started her Healing Journey, she opened up to her own Thoughts, Feelings and Emotions she would Channel this energy through her Guitar without using words. In June 2021 she started using a Looper, this tool has helped open her up even more, which reflects in how she expresses her music today.

Ernestine Day and her Guitar have been together for 27 plus years. they have shared life’s Joys and sorrows and everything in between! This has created a symbiotic relationship with them both. Almost a “Soulmate” relationship where their Souls Merge. This allows for Ernestine to synchronize the energy from her soul, with her Heart. Engaging fully with the universal flow that is wanting to be express through her. 

Therefore, she opens herself spiritually to her Devine connection, she allows that to come through in each session with the benefit for those who are listening. 

In June 2021 she began playing with a Looper and quickly recognized how this added another dimension to her music. Allowing her to be going even deeper in receiving new deeper levels of energic flow. This continue to involve as they continue this musical journey together, When Ernestine goes Live, she has no idea where the music will take her but allows the universe to flow through her what is needed to be expressed at that time. Ernestine has recorded songs and albums that have been created in this manor for the healing, relaxion and beauty of all to enjoy. Her lives are never the same and are uniquely in there composed how she expresses them. When Ernestine is inspired to do a Live, it is a unique Channeled composition needed to be expressed into the world or whoever is listening or hears it.

I have just listened to Jay Shetty and Gabor Maté, and it really spoke to me from speaking on Trauma and every day life experience and being authentic. ( The ROOT CAUSE Of Trauma & Why You FEEL LOST In Life | Dr. Gabor Maté & Jay Shetty)

We look at trauma and believe we are victims of it; maybe it was just an unpleasant experience that we need to learn from rather than let it pull us down into despair. Of course, some are genuinely traumatized by something catastrophic in their lives, but we also go through ups and downs in the life of good and bad experiences is life in itself that are here to teach us, strengthen us, and show us are courage and abilities.

How can we be authentic in who we are? How can we know who we are when we have let life dictate who we should be, going in and allowing ourselves to discover who we are, being who we are from the inside out, is where we will find that authenticity.

I have lived my life trying to fit in, trying to be what others expected me to be, only to let them down and betray myself in the process. I have after a life time stopped being what others want from me and just being my authentic self, who I am in all my flawsomeness.

I suffer from sadness; it is what I feel when I hear the pain, feel the disconnect, and feel pulled to fix something in a world that needs to take ownership of their own pain and fix it for themselves. That is the healing, the growth, the discovery of self, and becoming one’s true authentic self.

Who you are, why you are here, what your gift is, how you use it, and whom you use it for, is why we are here; to serve life with tour particular gift of who we are in all our authentic flawsomeness.

I have been away looking after my 2-year-old Grandson while my daughter gave birth to another Grandson. Things went wrong, and during the c-section, the little one had his femur broken. On top of that, because he has Down syndrome, there was concern about his oxygen levels. He was in ICU for nine days while they had to discover how to feed him, as he has a full-bodied brace that holds his leg in a position for the femur to heal, but this means he can’t be bathed or held in a cradled position and we have to be so careful how we hold him.

So you can imagine, it has had its level of stress. I oversaw my little RORO, my 25-month-old grandson. We went to the hospital daily to see Mama, Papa, and his baby brother, who he has taken to well. Ma and Pa with baby Louie were in the hospital for nine days but are now at home and so much more relaxed; they are navigating Louie’s needs while balancing the needs of Roro and my daughter’s recovery.

I am home now for a bit while they get into a routine, but there are so many medical appointments to come for this little boy.

One thing for sure, I know he knows he is loved, by everyone, and that love is so pure, extending the love for our RoRo too. As a grandma my heart is full, and when I hold my grandchildren there is feeling of such deep love that feeds our very soul.

So there have not been shows for a week or 2, I will have some for you next week, but the balancing act right now is with family and seeing them stablized, so I am on call to go as needed, willingly.
