I am proud to be a woman in todays world, for we are the answer to what the world needs. The era of famine energy is upon us, and no matter how the misogynistic men of the world complain and try and take us backwards, we are already to far forward from the lasting restraints.
We have fought a long battle to be heard, seen, listened to and embraced for who we are, but no longer, for we are that higher consciousness of a loving vibration, and nothing is going to stop us now.
Embrace your womanhood, be the strength and value you are, and become the love and peace you seek, for that will guide both men and other women to embrace all that you are.

Divide and conquer, does it really work? We love to put people in boxes, sort them by colour, race, sex, income, but why can we not see each other as part of one human race, a more loving race?
For so long people have rightly complained about their treatment from Western folk, so many women have suffered at the hand of a insecure angry man, and even in 2023, we are still speaking to the same old same old crap, and it seems unable to move on.
When we realize that we each and everyone one of us, is either the problem or the solution, we can start looking into our selves and decide to heal for the pain, the atrocities and take back our own power with love, first love of self, and life and love in each other.

We are all in a hurry to get things done, we have intentions, agendas and we want to meet them, but it does not always go as planned. I was looking after my Grandson, then going to look after my sons house and pups and cat, while he was away. I got to see some friends, help out a bit at his restaurant, and I was meant to finish editing my memoir finally.
Well, I saw friends, walked pups, had time with my oldest daughter, then…. the internet did not work,( I needed that to finish the editing) and I got sick. I crawled through the days walking pups, seeing people, but was in bed by 4pm, flattened. A most peculiar virus, no cold, hit my chest so hacking away, no shivers, but sweeting lots, and body ache like none other, and yes, flattened.
We are in a time when nothing is normal, no colds, flu, or viruses. So we need to pay attention to our minds, and body’s when they are feeling over wart. We can not push ourselves, or ignore the signs like we used to. It is time for the stich in time, and take care of ourselves all the time.
So make sure you have that daily time to look after you, that lump of time to nurture you, time to decompress, time to stretch, time to relax. You are with you all the time, so make sure you are aiding you and your wellbeingness, and your mind body spirit and soul, will be there for you.

Love is not something you do, but someone you are. We try to define love by conditions and doctrine, but while we are chasing the fantasy of love, let us really look at what love is.
Love is an energy of kindness, compassion, caring, and nurturing vibrations. It is not something we do, when we love someone, it is some thing we are, we are the love. When you truly love from within yourself, and you raise up to that frequency on a higher level of being the love; you then exude your loving vibration, inviting others to match it with you.
We have been conditioned to think if we were just prettier, thinner, sexier, richer, brighter, more of something else, we would be loved, but that is not so, you have to BE THE LOVE to know love and no one can demand anything of you other than your true heart and soul love.
To love is to not knowingly to hurt another, for it would hurt you to do so.
To love is a a good vibration that resonates out from within to ignite love in each other.
To love is to give of ones self in a way that uplifts, and holds others in that higher vibe..
To be loved is when you are seen from your core and loved for all you are, not what someone ants you to be.
To Love is a look at life from a place of optimism and see the possibilities we can loving create.
To love each other is to see another from the soul heart and spirit that they are, and to embrace in all their loving energy.
Love is choosing to see the light in life and not feed the darkness of pain, anguish and despair, but to feed the love to heal, and become that love ourselves.
If we want to be loved, we must become LOVE, love from with in, loving who you are, why you are, and what you are here to do, and loving the purpose of you.
Love is to see the good in each other and not to place judgment upon each other, but to care for each other in any way we can.
To love is know the divine, for God, Source, Energy, the Universal wisdom, comes from a place of loving vibrations and when we decide to be a part of that love, we then understand, that LOVE IS OUR GENERATOR in life.
SIMPLY PUT, LOVE IS ALL AND WHEN WE COME FROM LOVE AND BECOME THE LOVE, WE KNOW HOW EMPOWERING LOVE CAN BE FOR US ALL.
May this Valentines day be one of self love and stepping into the loving energy of the divine.

It is our human nature to fight back, we have a knee-jerk reaction to things and we like to be argumentative and be right. This, unfortunately, gets us nowhere, so why don’t we try a different approach in 2023?
We know we are still in this pandemic and all its variants; we know we are in transition in our personal lives, mental health, wellness, financial security, in industries, and in our global economics. So fighting against it is futile. This is the time to ask ourselves what we are going to do about it, what we have learned, and how we are going to seed opportunities for 2023.
Everything, even disasters have a reason, some times it is to change our direction, sometimes a lesson about ourselves we need to learn, but it is always about us having the ability to make the changes we need to move forward and not drag ourselves down by what has been.
2020, 2021, just survival, 2022, coming out of the fog, and all of it was a time of reflection, a time to review our lives and go into ourselves and feel what we want for our future. A time to step up and be counted in heart and kindness and help each other on this windy, rocky path. We have so much to be grateful for, but when in fear, doubt, and hysteria, we can not see the gifts before us.
2023 is a year of nurturing those seeds you planted, watering them, and allowing them to grow. It is a time to allow and open up to change and when you come from the heart space, your mind sees things differently and you feel more enriched by what is possible and what is growing within and around you.
This transformation of humanity still has about 2-3 more years to grow out off. If we come together and stop fighting each other, and start listening to the inner voice, we will see how we can make the changes and why we need to, for if we do not, this planet and the source of universal energy will change it for us and it will be a harder ride than even 2024.
So let us rise up to the occasion and be the change the world needs, be the strength and solution we need in our own lives. FOR IF NOT YOU, WHO? We can not wait for others to do it for us anymore; we must be proactive in our own lives and in our community in order to thrive and rise up to greater heights.
