Sara’s View of Life with Sara Troy, on air from January 25th.
GIVING OF ONE’S TIME, MONEY, ENERGY, AND WISDOM IS A WONDERFUL GIFT TO GIVE. I ALWAYS SAY ONE DROP MAKES A DIFFERENCE, FOR IT ADDS UP AND SPILLS OVER. It can be hard giving of one’s time, we are all so busy, we may be broke ourselves so money is hard to give, our wisdom cost us nothing to share, and our energy in exuberance can make such a difference, but what else can we give of our selves that is that one drop?
I know we are all stretched out right now, even burnt out, but when we are of service to one another, we help each other build-up, sustain, and even thrive once again. Whichever way you wish to give back, is ok, but please, in gratitude for what you have in your life, be there for others who are just trying to survive, grow, become, and stand tall in their own lives.
I donate a little (money) a lot, I can’t afford much as I am a pensioner and this network relies on donationsto thrive too, but I know that if we all gave a little it would grow to be a lot and be that difference we all need to thrive once more.
So look for what you have in gratitude, and look to whom you can empower and give dignity to even in a little support in stabilizing and sustaining their own lives. Money, time, energy, wisdom, clothes, goods, whatever they need, for even a drop multiplies and become that difference in survival into thrivel of what we all need.

I’ve often shared on air the value ofTrue Colours, a personality trait program that reveals how we perceive the world and how we listen, respond, and connect with others. When we truly understand our own lens—and learn to recognize how others see life through theirs—we open the door to deeper, more meaningful communication. It’s in this shared awareness that real transformation begins, both in how we relate to ourselves and how we build bridges with those around us.
There are both right from their point of view.
Discovering my True Colours was a true liberation. For the first time, I understood why I felt so different from my family and those I loved it gave me permission to embrace who I am, exactly as I am. That moment was the beginning of a profound journey. Now, 25 years later, with a deep awareness of my perceptions and core truth, I not only live it in everything I do—I teach it too. Helping others uncover their colours and step into their authentic selves has become part of my purpose.
We guide you in discovering your S.E.L.F. by uncovering your true personality traits and exploring who you are at every layer, revealing the purpose behind your authentic life and its connection to your relationship with self. When you truly understand yourself, you gain clarity on how to respond to the world and engage with others in a more conscious, empowered way.
Through a blend of personality insights, elemental influences, and the wisdom of Astrology, Numerology, and Chineseology, we help you form a holistic view of how you perceive life and connect with those around you. Communication becomes more impactful when it flows from authenticity because when you speak from your truth, others can’t help but truly listen.

We all have yearly good intentions, and we wish to meet certain goals, so what is on your canvas this year? Self Discovery and I are one and the same, and the brush we desire to paint on our canvass this year is….
Write Sara’s book (Sara has been asked to share her life story)
Produce “The Forgotten Children’s” a collaborative series book (see details here)
Draw more ways of funding to the station. (Fund Us here) (WE ARE FUNDED BY YOU THE AUDIENCE )
Growing deeper in wisdom both personally and in our shows.
I do not believe in new year resolutions, but like to paint some commitments I desire to achieve. I know that I can not achieve all of these on my own, and I am asking my Self Discovery Community to be a part of this journey in making some of it happen.
Wisdom is a life experience fully felt, knowledge is learned and stored for future use. When we use our wisdom to guide our knowledge, then we have a clearer picture of how to paint our canvas of possibilities. I am painting in the direction of desire, but what comes out on the canvas is what is meant to be. So allow your brush which is armed with knowledge, and tap into its wisdom, and paint that desire into reality.

Are you in flux this year on what to give for Christmas? Are there shortages of products where you are? or do you simply have no idea what to give everyone? Here are some suggestions and ideas from me of what you can give this year, but mostly how you can step into caringness, kindness lovingness to you and all your care for.
Here in BC, Canada, we’ve witnessed the harsh reality of an overwhelmed landscape: whole towns threatened by rising waters, farms destroyed, livestock lost, vital roads and railways washed out — the very infrastructure we rely on for survival gone in the blink of an eye. When the scale of suffering feels too big and it seems like there’s nothing we can do, it’s easy to feel helpless. But there is something we can do. We can stand with those in crisis — we can support organizations working on the ground. We can make donations in the names of our loved ones, turning our gift-giving into a powerful act of hope and solidarity.
By giving in this way, we help rebuild communities. We help provide shelter, food, care — and most importantly, love — to people who are feeling lost, frightened, lonely, or abandoned.
This Christmas — let your gifts not just be things wrapped in paper, but gifts of hope and compassion. Together, we can make a difference.
What is gifting it forward? It is gifting a donation to an organization in someone’s name and giving them that gift for Christmas, it becomes a gift of giving that keeps on giving. BOOKS IDEAS HERE and HERE
Support your local food banks, think of the homeless, the lonely, the single parents, the elderly, the singles and the children.Every drop counts so please donate, money, or time, of items, and hope.
Good gifts to also give as a family is food, hats, scarves, socks, coats, blankets, sleeping bags, kids’ toys, art books crayons, books to write in, novels for parents, toiletries, and so much more.
Your donation ensures our programs and committees receive the funding they need to provide life-changing aid to Ukraine, especially during these troubled times
Goats make great gifts! When you buy a goat, sheep, donkey or chicken through Unwrapped, you are supporting Oxfam’s programs. These gifts are not just about food security – they’re also about ensuring communities have access to marketable products, like milk, wool or eggs. A single goat can create greater self- sufficiency, self-esteem and educational opportunities for recipients and their families. – See more at:
