Setting some new priorities and putting things in perspective. We look at our life and see that something has become more important to us and now how do we set new priorities. We know we have to pivot but do not want to walk away from what we have built, so we look for a way to include all of it by rescheduling and manage our time.

With my new Grandson, I am at that stage, I want to see him more, be more of his life and help my daughter and her husband, so how do I manage it all? This is my journey now, and one I need to find a balance to include it all.

Are your strings being pulled each way, are you feeling pulled in different direction and wanting to include everything in? We can do it all it just needs management.

Celebrating 8 years of my own Podcast Community.

If you had told me 9 years ago, I would be doing podcasts for this long I would not have believed never mind having my own network. I started on another network live for 13 months, then in June of 2013, I started my own called PLV Radio (Positive Living Vibrations) the name has changed over the years, it became Self Discovery Radio for 4 years, the Self Discovery Radio TV, but as I was going into Podcast-books, Mentorships plus, I changed the name to Self Discovery Media.

No matter the name, the content has always been celebratory with the stories of courage, strength, resilience, and abilities from those who chose to walk their process and become the awesome flawsome people they are today. I always say, the best teachers are those who have gone through the process of struggle in life them selves.

I myself, have done around 2000 shows+, (my various host around 5-700) and I have learnt so much about my self through doing these interviews. It has also show me that despite the news of horrible things people do, we can when we choose to, be incredible people making a difference in the lives of others, because we made a difference in our own lives.

I went from 2-3 genres to 17 to be more directional on the topics, so our audience can find a show of their interest with out having to cruise all of them. We are on 11 audio platforms, 2 video platforms and featured on 3 sites, plus 3 Facebooks, Linked in, Tumbler, Twitter and Pinterest.

I want to do so much more, and I am in the process of the next Podcast-book on Our Forgotten Children series, and with a Mentors, Practitioners memberships, if you need help, we have the people who can help you.

So who knows what the next 8 years will bring, but I will endeavor to keep bringing you people who have stepped up to raising humanity up to all its possibilities and divine glory.

21-21 Hearing and Doing?

It has all been said before, but has it all been done?

With over 2 million podcasts, Ted talks and enlightened media like Oprah, you can say it has all been said before in one way or another. We have motivational speakers, Gurus, HOW TO PEOPLE AND WHY TO, WE HAVE SO MANY IDEAS AND SKILLS BEING SHARED WITH US FROM PEOPLE WHO HAVE WALKED THE WALK, NOT JUST TALKED THE TALK, AND THEY ARE CAN BE FUND ON LINE SOMEWHERE.

So please pray tell, why are we still adamant on going in the wrong direction?

I have had the honour of interviewing so many of these inspirers, who because of their own battles are now guiding and helping others on their journey of life. We hear them and see their courage, their strength and what abilities they have learnt and in applying to their life it has made them abundant within their soul, heart, spirit and mind, healing their body.

We are uplifted by such stories, we hear them, feel them and in so many cases it drives us forward into our own action to make our own lives more meaningful. We use their tools and skills and go deep within our selves to heal our inner soul and heart and so very often our inner child. It can be scary, and we can even get stuck at times, but please do not stay stuck, find someone else who inspires the shift you need to move forward, for life is about flow, always moving forward while living and loving the gift of the present.

21-20 Natures Summer Love

Spring is here and summer is around the corner. We are all hoping we can go out and enjoy it to the fullest, but each day we wait to see what happens with the old covid.

I am already getting out there by the water in the breeze, feeling the warmth of the sun and the rustling of the trees. Kids are riding their bikes, puppy dogs bouncing about, and people jogging, biking, walking, and running to connect back with nature again.

We take so much for granted, we moan so much about what we do not have, we forget all the beauty and gifts that are all around us that are there to heal, support, and love us. Nature, it is coming into bloom, awakening from a dark winter, rising up to the sky, and busy rippling out in an invitation to us to come and join our Mama planet in all her joy.

This is a time, to gentle go out into our beautiful world and explore what she has for us. Maybe it is just a walk along the water front viewing the sea to sky. When we look out on the ocean and see land far away before us, it opens our minds and hearts to possibilities.

Walking, rollerblading, jogging, skipping, biking, running, or simply strolling, move toward the warmth of the sun, be kissed by the breeze, hear the loving song of the birds, and feel the joy of life all around you.

Life is to be lived, so let go of the winter blues and all that came with it, and embrace the kiss of the sun, the wind and the energy of an exuberant summer and let it fill your soul, heart, spirit and body and mind.

21-19 Our Global Village

Self Discovery Wisdom Podcast

Let us celebrate our global village and support and collaborate together. That has always been the way to secure and strengthen a community, the coming togetherness. First, we need to know ourselves, who are we from our very core? what do we stand for, what is our passion that leads to our mission and meaningful purpose? Then in that self abundant light, shine yourself on others in your village, your community.

Being a part of a like soul, and spirited group, where you share each other’s abilities and celebrate with each other while collectively supporting everyone, opens the door to personal and communitive love. That sense of belonging to a tribe a community that gets you and where you are in harmony with each other that lifts each other up, and allows us to expand our divine abilities to greater heights.

So look around, locally, digitally, social media, interact and get to know others with whom you can connect with and be there for each other in all of your meaningful purposes.
