We all long to belong, but to whom to what? Would we not be better just belonging to ourselves and loving living in our own light? I spent most of my life trying to fit in only to be left out. I was strange, I was different, I was love and reflection to which people did not want to receive.

Yes, we want a tribe to belong to, yes we want to be around people like-minded, like souled, but we can not lose ourselves in trying to fit in in the meantime. We talk about paying the price to be liked, and you have to ask yourself, is the cost too high?

You belong with you, within you, for you are the light you seek. Discovery your instrument, play it well with truth, and find that Orchestra that you can play in harmony with. You do not have to stay with one Orchestra you can play anywhere your vibes are in sync. Do not go where you do not feel that you fit or let anyone define you by their rejection. Your vibers are out there, be true to you, shine bright and you will attract them.

So many times a guest misses a show because they do not pay attention to the time zone. East, West Middle, what ever it is, please pay attention and be there at the right time.

We are so busy rushing to the next appointment that we do not read all the info needed for the one you are at or going to, stop, slow down, take a moment and be present.

It is the same with postings, take the time to read some of them and comment on what you have read/listened to. It is called respect, and you may just learn something along the way. Life is not about hurry up, it is about a steady step one foot in front of the other and see what is right in front of you, or you may miss out on something profound.

We just cruise on by only Liking, and not commenting because we are in such a hurry, WHY? are you on a Like quoter that you can not stop to read or see something to its end and then comment? Have some respect for those that have taken the time to post it, to share with you, to reach out. I am not talking about pretty pictures where a like or love or laugh is enough, but those where time has been shared and a decent reply is nice to give. So please take the time to read a document, an email, text, posting and get your facts right and respond appropriately.

So when Zooming, calling, or meeting someone, know the details first, call, meet Zoom on time in the right time zone and remember, if you don’t you have cost someone their time and maybe money.

Taking some time to chill and take life in, just breathe and enjoy, stop rushing.

221-15 Spring into Actionism of Change

Just like the Spring which is in growth action, we too must take steps in this ever-changing world to go with the flow and changes. Like the seasons, life is forever changing, we are still in the shade of dark with this virus and it does not matter if you believe it or not, change in our actions is so needed.

From death come birth, in birth comes possibilities and from there, opportunities are created. We will not see them if we are stuck in fear, hysteria, conspiracy theories, or hate. The only way to keep growing and moving forward is to allow the forces of change to lead us.

So as we navigate the ending of a transition, let us open up to what is possible and what in compassion, kindness, and understanding we can do in moving forward to a kinder more collaborative world, so we can be that positive change we so seek.

I ask you to see how Spring is in action and in how we to can spring into our own actionism and make our future a better place to live for all of us. 21-14 Podcasting Dedication for 9 years

Well, 9 years already, where does the time go. April 4th 2012 I did my first Podcast live, oh boy was that an experience, As it was live, I had to know when to come in at the right time pressing the eight buttons, but whoops, I pressed the wrong ones. 13 months of live podcasting was a great education and one that set me up for building my own platform.

In June this year, it will be 8 years of my own platform where I have over 2700 collective shows and I have done around 2000 of them my self. It is an honour to have shared the stories of so many illuminating people who have gone through their own process and become the FLAWSME AWESOME people that are today. They share their wisdom and skills acquired from their journey and are now here to serve others showing them the possibilities that lay before us all.

21-13 Entre Life’s Creation.

Sara’s View of Life with Sara Troy, on air from March 30th

Birth, what a wonder, a gift, but also what a pain. My daughter just gave birth to my first Grandson, we are elated in welcoming this little guy, but what difficulty she had to go through to have him. I myself had horrible birth experience, commas, forceps, epidurals, C sections, and apparently, I am allergic to pregnancy, I did it 3 times.

How fast we forget the pain and struggle in bringing our children into the world, if we remembered would we do it again? Once that babe is in our arms, we seam to forget the struggle of getting them here. Like a metaphor for life, getting through the struggles and embracing that birth of a new life.

Maybe it is meant to be hard so we will appreciate the gift at the end of it. Our own rebirth, a birth of a child, we value it more with the struggle, for we know what it took to get us there. Life is an inside job, and a process that never ends, just grows as we do. The willingness to go through it all only expands our abilities and allows us to see the gift of life in a more valued and abundant way.

If we value life and our own lives when we have experienced the struggle, why do we still see so many killings? Why are people so eager to dismiss life so easily? If we have known how hard it is to come into the world, the struggles of growing up and all the heartache and pain one goes through in life, why would murder be on your mind?

I feel we have lost the value of life, the value of the gift of living. The easier we make it for everyone, the more they struggle with their own existence. Life is about experiences, about death and rebirth, about participating in all aspects of life and in the GRATITUDE of this gift we have been given.

Media has become our slave driver, we bend break and fold to the expectations of what the media is dictating. You must be good looking, you must be rich, and famous and everyone has to want to be you…..but, a big but, when they follow that path they realize how empty it is, how very unfulfilling.

You are FLAWSOME just the way you are, there is no one like you and that is the point. Leave comparison, competition and dictation behind, and live the gift of your life with all its ups and downs, to the fullest it can be.

When you are willing to see life for the gift it is, then you understand how to embrace and value it, for truly it took a lot to come here, so now live it abundantly and with respect.
