Where would we be without a dream? where would I creativity come from our progress? and without the dreamers who inspire us, where would we find our courage?

Everyone you admire who has aspired to a level of greatness, did it because they had a dream and were not afraid to pursue it. We see them now on a pedicle we put them on, but we forget the struggles just like us that they had to face to get there, that is why they are so inspiring not the fact that they are there now.

Both Oprah and Louis Hay, came from their own darkness and stepped into the light of love and life. Both new painful struggles that they chose to make them stronger. Both knew pain and suffering, rejection and persecution, but rose from that to being a beacon of hope and light for us.

Look at their journey’s and see for your self what they went through to reach the heights there at now. ( Louise ascended last year leaving a wonderful legacy with her Hey House platform) She took the journey through life and showed others that they could not overcome, but thrive in their own divine presence. Oprah became an invite to embrace our inner voice. She openly took the spiritual journey so we could learn and open as she has. It has been wonderful to see her embrace this divine truth of her inner wisdom and self-love and doing it so openly. http://www.oprah.com

So why do we think that only they can do it? why do we put limitations on our selves? Why do we think only others can and we can’t? Well, I believe that I Sara Troy can and is in her own right doing what they have and are doing. I am building my own legacy here with the Orchard of Wisdom Library (coming soon) and the  Self Discovery Community.

My dream was to count in this world leaving a mark I would be proud of. I am doing it, whatever heights it takes is up to me and the universe, but other than their big public success, my dreams are in action and are counted.

18-03 From Frustration to Positive Energy Because of You

Last week I asked for help, one thing after another was bringing me down and I was feeling depleted, I asked you, my listeners, to spare an ounce of energy, and now because of that gift, I am seeing and feeling my divine energetic purpose in motion again.

It is wonderful when people share that gift of energy, it lifts, it propels one into a new frequency that is far more conducive to one’s journey. It does not have to be much, it does not have to be in person, but when someone decides to share that divine energy in good faith, it works wonders.

Never underestimate how energy works, you could be across the world or even out of this world, but when an energetic message is sent with the right intent, it will reach who it needs to serve. We and everything about is made of energy, a frequency that resonates at a particular vibrational field. That energy can be a negative or positive depending on it intentional vibration, so when we send out good wishes, caringness, kindness, healing and love energy, it does reach those in need and does have a collective resonance that helps.

Thank You for without your caring I would be lost.

18-02 Enough is Enough I need your help please.

Yes, I am hurting right now, and normally would just suck it up and get on with things. But this time too many bruises bumps and pain, I need help so I can get on with things.

I came to Toronto to expand Self Discovery Radio and Community, I have connected with some wonderful people and organizations and we are in the planning stage of expansion, which is already a global concern.

Would someone tell Mr Murphy to kindly leave me alone and let me get on with what I am here to do. No more painful falls, no more having to find a new home, no more interruptions, instead, a healthy body, a home I am welcome in, and beautiful divine energy to carry out the work that needs to be done.

So if any of you have any energy to share and could share a little with me to get back on track, I and my work would so appreciate it with much sincere gratitude.

As the quote says, I am not here to change your mind, that is your life’s journey, I am here to help you embrace that change and share with you the wisdom and tools others have found along the way on their own life’s journey.

We are entering a new vibration, one that requires us to step up, for we have been shaken up and woken up, and now it is time to step up into the action of changing it up.

2018 is that time, the energies are right, the vibration of our intent set, and the wind behind our backs propelling us forward into a new era of empowering our lives and liberating our hearts and souls into being the answers we seek.

No longer just a thought, but an action, no longer just a discontent, but standing up and being counted, no longer living in fear, but rising up above the fear to empower our very being, our humanity and in the protection of life and planet.

Tis the time to be jolly, but also the time to come together.

So much is put into Christmas, the gift buying. the parties, the feasts, but please do not forget the Love and the gratitude for each other. With so much hype, we are inclined to forget the lonely but also just how lonely Christmas can be for anyone.

We can be lonely in a crowd, we can feel left out at the gift giving, we can feel embarrassed that we are unable to give gifts. We are not all on the same budget, and the pressure of buying a gift can be very daunting. So if someone gives you just a card, or something homemade or even just a friendly Christmas cheer, please acknowledge the gift in that.

If you are alone this season, find somewhere open and go, Star Bucks are open Christmas day as are many other places, even if only just going for a cup of coffee, go and spread the cheers, for everyone there needs it and together you can lift each other up.

Remember the faith you celebrate is about love, about being there for one another, about caring and the giving of one’s self, the greatest gift you can give is that of your self. If you invited anywhere, offer to help, do the dishes, payback on kind gestures of gratitude. Bring your good cheers, respect, gratitude and joy, and share that with everyone.

Do not let this joyous season be one of hate, disconnect, or fear or loneliness, but one of loving caring kindness and a celebration of life, the birth of life a time for LOVE.
