16/25 ONENESS

Sara Troy presents Sara’s View of Life airing June 21st-27th

all-life-is-yoga-3-638

A word that causes so much confusion, what is oneness and what does it mean for us?

Oneness is NOT a giving up of your person, not a becoming a borg (Star Trek), or mindless, speechless, a droid or abstaining from responsibility; it is about being abundant within your self, being vibrant and full of life, being purposeful and living a meaningful life, and then sharing life that with everyone else.

We may call it wholeness, unity, togetherness, community, all for one one for all, no matter what you may call it, coming together as spirit and human we unit our divine energy as ONE.

When we seek oneness we are looking for those who resonate on the same frequency or higher, the same positive energy as our selves. Like-minded, like hearted, like souled and spirited people who like us want to help the world by aiding and supporting each other.

Coming together is about kindness, respect, self-value, value of life and an embracement of love. Love, that magical word, a word that is ooverusedand not used enough, not spoken in understanding but needing to be spoken in truth, love; just a word, but it is in the action of love that we need, the giving, sharing, doing of love, not just for some but for and from everyone.

When we fall in love every thing about us heightens, we can and do lose our reasoning, we feel tingly, we are in a zone of pure joy, but sustaining that kind of ethoric love is unattainable and if lucky it settles down to a glowing love that if honest and  will grow over time deeper and broader for ever.

Love starts with us first; we must have that love of self before we can love anyone else or be loved by anyone else truly. Self respect, self value, self care, is the foundation of self love. We will never find that undying love if we do not first have it within our selves from our very core.

Love and oneness is uniting, an energy that serves each other and our community. In unison of self love, respect and value for each other, we become a force that is so resonating that it units and invites others into that pure energy of Oneness. The divine energy that flows in around and through you, is one of such harmony and meaning that it grows in the joy of that wonderful collaboration of said oneness.

oneness

So find that love of self by taking your journey into self discovery, embrace the love you have for you, exude that love out, radiate it, share it, and water the seeds of life with it so it may help all life grow. We are all a part of this world, we are all connected, each colour, race, gender ,faith, we are one, it is time we came together in that unity filled with love of self, of life and our meaningful purpose and be the contributors to this planet and all living things in it, it is time for ONENESS.

16/13 Seniors & Grand Parenting.

Sara’s View of Life with Sara Troy airs from March 29th-

ce8b6c4240282a7a_92035897.preview

I am a senior in some places, and not quite there in others (age 65-70 to be a senior), but I am acknowledging that I am over that ledge of middle age tilting towards the other side.

I am 61 years young, I have 3 wonderful children ages from 27-33 and not one marriage or grand child yet. I have grand puppies, 4 of them and believe me they can be a handful, but I have no idea when I will hold a Grand Child in my arms.

I have friends older than me who also have no sign of a grand-kids yet, they will be in their 70’s when they become a Grand Parent and the question we ask is ,are we going to be energetic enough for them when they do finally arrive?

I am a struggler, story teller, nurturer, love the walks swims the drives, but have never been able to run with my kids never mind grand-kids. I have always had health issues that got in my way of physically living it up, don’t get me wrong, I have lived it up, I danced, and danced, but I was young and even limited then, now those limits are more and a daily challenge.

So will I have that energy to play with the grandchildren? Will I have the patience with their exuberant energy? And in waiting so long to have children was that a mistake?

This is what I will talk about this week on the show, for in today’s world there are so many children waiting to have their children, which I agree on, for children are for life and you must be ready, but it also means being an older Grand Parent and one must think on that too.

16/12 Senior Pets and our Love for them.

Join Sara Troy on Sara’s View of Life aired March 22-28th

As I say good-bye to my Kokomo and Sativa I feel my loss of the best friends I will ever have, they will always be with me, but my heart hurts.

I honour my pets and the love they have given me and will do so long after they have gone, now they need me and I will be there till the end for I owe them that dignity.

kokomoMy Kokomo aged 14 .7 years old. Died August 9th.

What a beautiful death, she had a bath , a streak dinner, ice cream and a long talk and snuggle with me this afternoon and new she was loved and it was ok to let her go. The vet was caring gentle and made it easy, she passed looking into my eyes with loving arms of my son Tyler and Bill Maquis on her. She is now at peace playing in the universe surrounding me with loving energy that will always be there.
I love my little one, my heart and soul, thank you for all the love you have given me, that you will still give me, for knowing you has made me a better person.
Always your Mama Sara

Kokomo my best friend, she saved me and bought me back into life. Our walks, our coffee outings, our swims and snuggles have fed me mind, body and soul for the past 14 years, I thank you my darling girl for all the undeniable love you have given me through the years.

Such undeniable unconditional and honest love you will not get from anyone else other than a pet, Kokomo’s love for me is felt deep within my soul and heart and no words are needed because she knows as I know that our love it true.

I am a better person for her being in my life, her unconditional love and pure support gave me the strength to live. She always knew my ups and downs, she was there for it all. Her simple joy of life showed me how to lie and I will forever me grateful for her being in my life.

I met my EX-Biz partner and friend Bill Macquis because of Kokomo and she was a love that united us for these 14+ years. I know he will miss her too, now all chapters come to an end, but she will be with me for my new beginnings in heart.

My Sativa aged 17.7years old. Died February 9th

Sativa was rescued by my daughter Tabytha, a feisty 6 lb cat who ruled theneighborhood and would go face to face with skunks, raccoons, and other cats and dogs. At 17 years old she still runs the house, she is Jumping up and down on the counter and still love to terrorise the grand pups.

sativa-0811 (3)

She lived with my youngest daughter for 6 years and loved the interaction of people coming and going. Now back with me and Kokomo she is always trying to sneak out and go adventuring, mush to my horror as we are on a busy road,.

Trying to tell her to stay home for her own sake is an on going battle, she still has so much life in here, and love adventure.
