I am a business digital marketing coach, a writer, professional  business speaker and podcast creator –  I run KSM PODCAST  Growing Business Online 

I want to share about my dream and goals, how I started my business and how I have done that to work online on an international market, do a lot networking event and connect with many amazing entrepreneurs, small business owners, solopreneurs globally. I really like my business, I work mostly online(remotely), and I travelled all round the world in front of my computer, and can freely say that I am connection “ Queen’’.

I want to share about me. Who am I? Why I do what I do?  What were my challenges in business and life? Why I started to work as a freelancer 2010. (marketing manager and later business and digital marketing coach) etc. How I started writing as co author of the book ‘’Global Women in Business’’

I connect with new connections globally and help them to grow their business online. I support female and male small business owners to run businesses online and build and online presence, to get visibility, clients, and income.

 Kristina is a business and digital marketing coach. She is also marketing manager, consultant, speaker, writer, podcast creator and visionary.

She is co?founder of PromoZiS Team?freelance ? a team specializing in web, graphic design, digital marketing and consulting.   Kristina helps small business owners build their online presence by creating their websites and landing pages and developing the corporate identity of their business. She coaches entrepreneurs digital marketing plan strategy, social media strategy creation and how to build business online presence and SEO for business pages.

She likes to connect with businesswomen and businessmen and networks with business communities in the local market and internationally. She is a coauthor of the book “Global Women in Business”. There are seven women co?authors from all round the globe (Australia, New Zealand, the USA, France and Serbia). Kristina helps businesswomen to connect through social media in the way that they gain awareness of networking and building their business through referral marketing. She helps people to achieve their goals and dreams and bring about transformation in their lives. Kristina is passionate about singing, speaking and hiking (walking).

Though she had always dreamt of a career on the stage, Dravon went on to earn a doctorate in pharmacy from Creighton University and has worked as a pharmacist all of her adult life. Along with her medical career and theatrical aspirations, Dravon has also always had a keen interest in personal development. After reading Norman Vincent Peale’s The Power of Positive Thinking in college, she went on to make a lifelong study of the power we all have to create the life we want.

Dravon is now the happy mother of two teenagers, a successful pharmacist, inspirational speaker, author, and an actress whose career credits include a recurring role on HBO’s acclaimed “The Wire”, many stage plays, and independent films. You can go beyond what you think is possible. My daughter was born at only 27 weeks and because of the wrong medicine we also ended up with a feeding tube. Doctors were saying to prepare for long term issues however I told myself “I am not going to be a special needs mom”. I set the goal that she’ll be healthy and 4 years later we got the tube out, she is completely normal, goes to normal school and is the happiest toddler ever.
